00:28you're endangering the community.
00:30These steps that we're taking are intended to be temporary.
00:34And of course I am confident that in time the UK economy is going to bounce back.

00:41But I must be absolutely clear with you.
00:43The speed of our eventual recovery depends entirely on our ability,
00:49our collective ability to get on top of the virus now.
