00:35Since linking up with Aspinall,
00:37the British promoter hasn't been shy about UFC fighter pain.
00:40And after a matchroom boxing event over the weekend,
00:43he weighed in on one of MMA's hottest talking points,
00:47John Jones being left off the White House card.
00:51Jones revealed he was offered no more than $15 million,
00:54half of the $30 million he reportedly declined to face Aspinall
00:57to fight on the UFC's Freedom 250 card this June.
01:02In response, Hearn claimed,
01:04John Jones and Tom Aspinall are under contract.
01:07If they weren't under contract,
01:08I could do Aspinall against John Jones
01:10and I'll pay them double what the UFC offered them properly.
01:15If Hearn is telling the truth
01:17and saying he could get Jones and Aspinall
01:19paydays closer to $50 million per fight,
01:21then choosing not to re-sign with the UFC
01:24may start to look very appealing for champions
01:26nearing the end of their contracts.
