00:09We responded to a disturbance call.
00:12The driver of the truck told the responding officer on the scene that he had a bomb
00:16and what appeared, the officer said, appeared to be a detonator in the man's hand.
00:21So we immediately evacuated the nearby buildings.
00:25He gave up and did not resist and our folks were able to take him into custody without incident.
