00:11Just a super pared-down piece of this that would only work for the Bears and Arthur Heights.
00:18Now, listen, I don't know if that works for the Senate.
00:20I know that there may be some issues over here in the House if that happens,
00:23because frankly, I think a lot of the Chicago members here on my side of the Capitol
00:28were able to vote for my bill because there were things in there that helped out the city of Chicago,
00:32right?
00:33And so, listen, at the end of the day, this is a possibility.
00:36I think that, once again, Senator Cunningham is going to have that conversation
00:40based on where he thinks works in his chamber, and we'll get there.
00:44But I just want to also say, listen, this seems frustrating to a lot of Bears fans,
00:50a lot of folks who are looking for the end result on this, and I think we're going to get
00:54there once again.
00:55I know this seems like a long slug for folks, but I think it requires some of these fits and

01:03in order to get to a good spot.
