00:05I think the gaminess is there is something that is just called freezer taste.
00:09And I swear to God, I was doing some research about clearance bird's eye and the history of frozen foods.
00:13Everyone hated frozen foods for the first, like, 15 years.
00:16They said it had this distinct taste of hay or grass.
00:19And so that can still kind of happen when food isn't frozen fast or when it warms up in a
00:24freezer truck and then gets delivered.
