00:19among the passengers were 80 men, 17 women and 18 minors. Upon their arrival
00:24authorities activated reception protocols to ensure a safe and organized
00:28welcome. In this regard, the return to the homeland plan is as initiative of the
00:32Venezuelan government to offer a free and safe return to migrants who face adverse
00:37conditions abroad and wish to return.
