00:04like a full-on party party is a good way to put it you know we play the serious stuff
00:09we play the
00:09ballads um but it's you know sandwiched by a whole lot of party stuff up tempo um i would say
00:16if you know my stuff you're gonna have a great time if you don't know my stuff there's enough
00:20in there to have a great time if you hate me you're still could probably have a good time at
00:24the show um and that's just always been important to me those were that's what influenced me the
00:29great entertainers like chesney and kid rock growing up and eric church and those guys it
00:35was just always like this is the show is awesome so we kind of tried to you know do our
00:40own version
00:40of that a little bit you've sold over 150 000 tickets you went over to australia sold that
00:46whole thing out that whole tour what's been the most surreal part of this entire process for you
00:50so far the international stuff certainly is cool like uk and australia were two of our best stores
00:56we've done and that was crazy that like it just reached across you know it must be so enlightening
01:02there's power of the internet really yeah um because it's not just me it's so many other artists that
01:07have connected with those people um but still the most surreal thing was like the first
01:14tour that me thomas mack and alexander k did and the second show we played on that tour was in
01:19louisville
01:20kentucky at some rock club and we walk in and there were 500 people there and that felt like a
01:25million
01:26people and that was the most surreal thing that like we've just been making videos for two years
01:31straight and and now we're seeing these people and there's a line at the at the merch stand and they
01:36want things signed and you know that i'll never get over that feeling yeah it's like the best it's the
01:43best drug in the world
