00:04I don't think we've ever been closer this time around than we had ever been.
00:07Time is ticking away, though, as the legislature goes out of session on June 30th.
00:12And so we're a little bit up against it right now, but it's still something that sits out there, and
00:17we remain hopeful.
00:18Whether it's this session or this year or next year or whatever it's going to be, we anticipate at some
00:23point we will be a ballot measure.
