Watch this clip where a woman accidentally sent her iPhone plunging 10 floors from a hotel balcony while filming a Sephora advertisement.
Marjan Tabibzada from Los Angeles, USA, recorded the shocking moment at the St. Regis Hotel after spending the entire day filming content for a beauty campaign.
On the final shot of the day, she placed her iPhone on a tripod outside on the balcony to capture herself opening the balcony door. But while filming, the phone suddenly fell from the balcony below, leaving the screen completely black after impact.
She said: “I was recording an AD for Sephora at the St Regis hotel. I was recording all day long, on the last shot of the video. I wanted to record myself opening the balcony door.
“My iPhone was on a tripod and so I placed it on the balcony. And while opening the door to get the clip recorded my phone fell. “The entire screen went black. I had to go to Apple and replace my display screen as well as the frame. But thankfully there was no cracks, and nothing happened to any of the data/apps on the phone! Also my case was also from Apple!”
One user commented: “Oh haha!! That’s a good phone”
Sephora's Instagram commented: “The dedication, we see you!!”
