00:00Welcome back. The Acting President of Venezuela, Dulce Rodriguez, laid a Council of Ministries meeting where she announced projects aiming
00:06to ensure the well-being of the people.
00:10From the Miraflores Palace, the Acting President appointed the Minister of Education, Héctor Rodriguez, as Presidential Commissioner.
00:17Within 90 days, he must develop a proposal for a new governmental structure accompanied by the sectoral vice president for
00:22planning, Ricardo Menendez.
00:24Meanwhile, the Minister of Economy and Finance, Anabel Pereira, was appointed commissioner for the efficient management of the national government.
00:31The aim is to adapt the public administration to the country's reality and create an executive branch that ensures the
00:36common good.
00:37In this scenario, the Acting President stated that despite the economic blockade, Venezuela has achieved sustained growth over the past
00:43five years
00:44and emphasized that the country will continue to move forward towards a homeland free of sanctions and at peace.
00:58I have said that even with our hands tied, we have achieved sustained growth over the past five years.
01:06Just imagine what Venezuela could keep if we were free of sanctions.
01:11Consider the immense potential of our nation and most importantly, the identity that has enabled us, as Venezuelan men and
01:18women,
01:19to reach this point despite the severe economic blockade, unlike anything our republic has ever experienced.
01:27And, I will argue, unlike what few other countries have experienced in terms of limitation on their economic, financial and
01:34commercial potential.
01:36So, with great hope, we embark on this pilgrimage, we are pilgrims, men and women alike, and we march, pray
01:45and sing together for a Venezuela free of sanctions and at peace.
01:51We are free of sanctions, free of sanctions, free of sanctions, and at peace.
