00:33The acting president emphasized that despite the U.S. criminal blockade, the Bolivarian government continues to prioritize investment in health
00:40care and technology in order to guarantee the right to free, quality medical care.
00:51The absolute priority is the health of the Venezuelan people, especially the most vulnerable sector, which has been hit hardest
00:59by the economic blockade and legal sanctions.
01:03The Venezuelan people are united in addressing something as essential as health.
01:09Without health, there is no life. This is fundamental.
01:13And it must be a priority for national, regional and local governments.
