00:05beaches and the quiet streets stretch along the harbour. It's the perfect place to start an
00:11incredible voyage. I'm on board a luxury cruise ship called the Silver Moon that is designed for
00:15exploration and relaxation. It's part of a seven-day adventure that starts in Busan and ends
00:22in Tokyo in Japan with stops along Kanazawa, Hakadeti and Emori. Already I can feel the
00:29pace of life slowing down as we head out of the harbour and into the sea. It's a bit windy
00:35outside
00:36so I think it's the perfect time to explore what Silver Moon has to offer inside. On board the
00:42Silver Moon, luxury begins in the veranda suite. From the plush bed to the elegant sitting room
00:47and the marble bathroom, every corner of the suite is designed for comfort and calm and every detail
00:53on this ship feels designed to slow time down. Up on the top deck, relaxation reaches another level
01:00the spa and pool area is the perfect place to watch the sunset melt into the horizon.
01:05And if you really want to unwind, deck 6 is home to the spa treatments.
01:09On Silver Moon, the restaurants become destinations in themselves. My favourite spot was the Arts Cafe,
01:16a place where you can pick a book, order a signature hot chocolate and find a cosy corner to curl
01:22up in and
01:22simply disappear into another world while the ship carries you towards the next destination.
01:28And of course, no cruise is complete without a buffet. The best surprise was the seafood extravaganza on
01:34deck 7, where we indulged in endless sushi, prawns and fresh seafood. If you're feeling adventurous,
01:41you can even try your hand at cooking in the salt lab. For something truly special,
01:45Kaizeki offers an elegant Japanese dining experience, ending perfectly with desserts like creamy matcha ice
01:52cream. The ship also offers Italian and French restaurants if you're in the mood for a mini
01:57vacation within your vacation. And when Silver Moon arrives at Kanazawa, an entirely different
02:03kind of beauty awaits. Home to Kanrokuen Garden, considered one of Japan's greatest landscapes,
02:09it's a place designed to be beautiful in every season. We arrived just in time to see the cherry
02:15blossoms. Even the rain somehow made it more magical.
