00:08and you were here at the beginning of the year in Delhi.
00:13So it's very good to see you back,
00:16and very good to see you for this very important meeting we will have tomorrow.
00:22Between India and Japan, of course, we have a special strategic and global partnership,
00:27and that signals that our ties have a larger implication, larger importance, larger impact.
00:36And one example of that will be tomorrow when we meet in the quad format
00:42to discuss how to advance a free and open Indo-Pacific.
00:49Today, I look forward to discussing our bilateral cooperation,
00:54to discussing global and regional issues.
00:59And I think particularly in this current situation,
01:05what is happening in West Asia or the Middle East is important,
01:10because we are both energy-importing nations.
01:14We are big trading nations.
01:16We have maritime interests.
01:19I would also like to discuss with you economic security issues,
01:23because I think today that is very important
01:28as a concern for all major economies.
01:34So once again, a very, very warm welcome.
