In this video, we break down why avoiding conflict is actually destroying your ability to build real intimacy and succeed in your career. Many people would rather start a completely new job than have an uncomfortable conversation. But skipping these tough moments means you are basically skipping school when it comes to life skills.

Taking Accountability
We explore how realizing you aren't always the victim is the first step to personal and professional growth. You play a role in every interaction, and mastering human confrontation is a skill that will benefit you for the rest of your life.

Your Early Career is a Graduate Degree
Instead of running away from difficult situations, treat your early life and early jobs as a graduate degree in human interaction. This shift in mindset helps you embrace accountability and build deeper, more authentic connections with the people around you.
