00:20Well, as far as we maintain institutional respect to our co-equal branch.
00:25That is an internal dynamics within the Senate.
00:28And I think in terms of the decision, collective decision, whether the Senators will be changing the leadership,
00:35that is entirely up to the decision of the individual Senators.
00:39Ang sa amin lang sa House Prosecution Team, being the spokesperson,
00:43we try to avoid or refrain from commenting anything that actually intervenes into the internal dynamics of the Senate.
00:51So ang pinaninindigan namin, whoever becomes a Senate President or whatever is the composition of the Senate,
00:58in terms of key positions in the Senate, will not affect the soundness and the volume of evidences
01:07that the House Prosecution Team will be presenting to the impeachment court.
01:13And sir, nung House impeachment proceedings, marami na tayo na ako,
01:17we have aplap statements, lumabas, nagrayana, lumabas.
01:24Ang dami na natin bagong informasyon na nakuha from the House level.
01:28So ano ba yung mga bago ba bang aapangan yung kuli ko when it comes to impeachment?
01:32Ano ba yung bago yung mga presentin ko?
01:34Yung mga bago bang witnesses na yan na ka for the trial?
01:37So what I can tell you is, based on the possible witnesses,
01:41it would be still consistent with the testimonies and the documents that we have gathered.
01:48In the pre-trial, I believe, the pre-trial, setting down the grand rules for the impeachment court to proceed.
01:57So part of that is actually identification of the potential witnesses with that markings of evidences.
02:03So doon po makikita natin kung ano yung magiging presentasyon ng House Prosecution Team.
02:11At the same time, also the defense.
02:13So in-anticipate natin that all evidences will be released and probably will be discussed in the pre-trial.
02:22But other possible witnesses, that would depend on the acceptance of the Senate acting as an impeachment court
02:31because, of course, kailangan din natin magiging transparent to the court as a sign of respect to the court.
