00:00Okay, and here we come to the elevator that takes you down to all trains. Here it comes.
00:13Uh-oh. Is this thing broken?
00:17Hold on one second. Let's go down to the stairs. Stay up here. Stay up here. I don't want you
00:22to
00:22do the stairs again. Is this thing actually broken? I'd be shocked. Actually, I'll give you a view of
00:33the platform down here. This is, again, your typical New Jersey Transit Island platform. This
00:38station opened in 2016. Uh, station has not seen much use, but I think the future is, um,
00:46obviously, this is a little detailed look for Jervis Hoboken. I'm right now walking in the
00:51direction of Hoboken. It's a really nice train station overall. Um, you know, this is, uh,
00:57and there's your timetable for the main in Bergen County line, and you can see, uh, that's the train
01:02map. So we are here at Westmont, and that's the Bergen in the main line. And I think if you
01:08look
01:08a little bit down the line and see Westmont track two, um, oh, you can actually hear another train.
01:17I, oh, okay. I think we're about, I think we're about to catch a train down here. It's a little
01:23bonus.
01:26What? We are, I'm going to check the elevator, but I wanted to do a walk around. This station is
01:33awesome.
01:37Speakers here too. Um, you know, it's an interesting fact. They used to have announcements on this station,
01:42but, um, the residents actually complained about it. And I guess it makes sense. I mean, the houses are
01:47right here, so I totally get why the residents wouldn't be too fond. Um, and I believe that train
01:53all the way down there, if we zoom in, is a Metro North Express, or it looks like a Bombardier,
02:01uh, oh no, it looks like an Alstom, Alstom Comet, uh, locomotive. But the next train isn't
02:08supposed to come until 625. Yeah. It looks like, yep. It definitely looks like a multi-level that's
02:13all the way down there. I can just see, um, this iPhone has excellent zoom. So you guys are about
02:18to see a train. Kind of makes up for the elevator that's gone.
02:39Oh, this is going up to Suffern. How about that? There it is. Multi-level.
02:46All right, let's keep going. Wow, that was pretty cool.
02:52Guess, I guess that train doesn't stop here. Sorry guys, I guess the elevator's broken on this side.
02:56Yeah, that's what I'm starting to, I'm starting to think that. I'm starting to think.
03:00That's fine, you still got an elevator, guys. But we'll, we'll check down here,
03:04because I didn't check down here, because I wanted to give everybody,
03:06like, kind of a walkthrough of Westmont Station. There isn't really, um,
03:12a dedicated walkthrough. Uh, so if the elevator is broken, we'll, um,
03:18we'll just go ahead and walk up the stairs and we'll end our tour. And that's the elevator that
03:21actually does work. All right.
03:39Okay, the elevator looks like it's sitting down here.
03:41Buddy, buddy, stop. Let's see.
03:44I don't think it's working. Just stay out of that, please.
03:52Yeah, you know what? It looks like this thing is broken.
03:55Yeah, let's get out of there. I don't like working elevators.
03:58Wait, I just want to get a cabinet. Hold on.
04:06That's a shame. Well, New Jersey Transit, you have an elevator to fix. And there it goes.
04:14ND. I wonder what that means. All right.
04:20Let's see. Let's see what happens. Is this thing going to legit go?
04:23I'm just curious. I just want to see what happens. Let's see.
04:27Okay. I told you it was working. Yeah, you're not that normal.
04:34That thing was, this thing is definitely not in working order. We're writing the...
04:39All right, that's it.
