01:26Ace McLeod, daring air operations expert.
01:29This must be what Doc sent me for.
01:37Have a nice day.
01:42Hecker certainly leaves a trail wherever he goes.
01:46I'd like to teach that Borg some manners.
01:50But it doesn't make sense.
01:53There's nothing in the Observatory's computer files that Doc Terror would want.
01:57I'm afraid you're wrong, Ace.
02:00Obviously, he wanted something here. Very much.
02:04And we've got to find out what that is.
02:11Is that what you wanted me to get, Doc?
02:13We shall see, Hecker. We shall see.
02:17Gee, that's pretty, Doc. What is it?
02:22The center of the Milky Way. Our galaxy.
02:25I don't get it, Doc. What do you want to look at stars for?
02:32Star, Hecker. One particular star.
02:44Starlight. Starbright.
02:46I wonder what Evil Doc Terror's up to tonight.
02:50Ace McCloud, you have about as much poetry in your soul as Jake.
02:56Hey, don't go comparing him to me.
02:59Yeah, you'll inflate his ego.
03:02No quarreling, guys. You're here on a peaceful mission.
03:05To check out the new assault weapon systems.
03:08We promise no fighting while you're around, Meili. Sea Lab's certainly growing.
03:15We had much work to do rebuilding Sea Lab after it was destroyed.
03:19Yeah, that's one adventure I'm not gonna forget.
03:27It all started when we found that meteorite.
03:31There was some kind of alien virus invented in it.
03:34We had no idea what we'd unleashed.
03:37The virus took control of Sea Lab's machines.
03:48That was only the beginning.
03:50There was nothing to do but evacuate the crew and kill the virus.
03:55Even if it meant destroying Sea Lab.
04:13Like the phoenix, Sea Lab was reborn.
04:29Thanks, boy.
04:33But it's not quite the same.
04:37Morning, Max.
04:39Good morning, Driscoll. Everything's set on Sea Lab?
04:42The guys are chomping at the bit to try out their new assault weapon systems.
04:48Let's not keep them waiting.
05:00Welcome, partner.
05:02Now that the head honcho's here, can we get started?
05:06Certainly, Jake.
05:12Ace, this is Strato Strike.
05:15The new Centurion Air Defense System.
05:18It has pop-up back wings with turbo props.
05:21Radar sensors on the backpack.
05:23Four basic missiles and two global super missiles.
05:27You'll need all that artillery since you never learned to shoot straight.
05:30We'll see how straight I can shoot when I get you on the practice field.
05:36Max, the new Centurion Sea System is Fathom Fan.
05:40It has hydrofoil action and a weapons arsenal of two wing lasers, two torpedoes, and two standard missiles.
05:48In addition to dual pivoting pulse cannons.
05:52I promised a word only on formal occasions.
05:56What about me?
05:57How could we forget Centurion land operations?
06:02Meet Awesome Auger.
06:04The Auger bit will drill through virtually anything, particularly in conjunction with the Sonar Shredder Cannon.
06:11And the reciprocating tectonic blasters will give you plenty of firepower.
06:16That's some fancy outfit.
06:18Just what you need to play in the sandbox.
06:24Hey, are those for us too?
06:26No.
06:27Those are for the new Centurions.
06:30What new Centurions?
06:33I was about to tell you.
06:34The Science Council feels we need to recruit two new members.
06:39Hey, I thought we were the Three Musketeers.
06:43It's just that you're each specialist in your own area. Jake Land, Ace Air, Max Sea.
06:50The Council felt it would be nice to add new specialists who could support you in unusual circumstances.
06:58So who are these new dudes?
07:02I still don't get it, Doc.
07:04You went to all that work to find one little star?
07:09A very important star, Hacker.
07:12That media was once alive with a virus that controlled machines.
07:17It almost destroyed the Centurions.
07:20And now I have discovered the star system it came from.
07:25But ain't that too far to go get another one?
07:28Not go there, you idiot.
07:31But if one meteor came from there, there may be others.
07:36You see, I don't think that meteor came here by accident.
07:41It was sent here.
07:55I thought you'd like a preview of your new comrades.
08:08The Council felt we needed an energy specialist.
08:11There's only one man who fits our requirements.
08:13Rex Charger.
08:15The rich playboy?
08:16He might have been born wealthy, but he earned his reputation as the country's leading alternative energy scientist.
08:45I don't know.
08:46Rex Charger seems more of a thinker than a fighter.
08:49Perhaps.
08:50But he has the technical expertise the job requires.
08:54Centurion number two is from our own backyard.
09:14John Thunder is a full-blooded Chiricahua Apache, a direct descendant of Geronimo.
09:20He's our infiltration operations specialist.
09:23When we need a little stealth instead of smash.
09:30Okay, guys.
09:31Time for your next assignment.
09:33Good.
09:33I was getting bored.
09:35What's the action this time?
09:37You're going to love it.
09:38You're all going back to school.
09:41School?
09:45That's it.
09:46I've made contact.
09:48Why not just use a regular communicator?
09:52The star is millions of light years away.
09:55It would take centuries for our voices to arrive there.
09:59But they sent a message which left their world thousands of years ago.
10:04And I'm the first person on Earth to receive that message.
10:10Wow.
10:11That's incredible, Doc.
10:14What's it say?
10:16The computer will translate it for us.
10:19But I suspect it will give me what I desire most.
10:24The ultimate defeat of my enemies.
10:28The Centurions.
10:37Sounds like our kind of place.
10:57Another cowboy wanting to beat the best.
11:01Now I don't mind if I do give it a try.
11:22Not bad for a pale face.
11:25Want to try it again?
11:26Be glad to.
11:28In Centrum.
11:30Centrum.
11:31You must be Jake Rockwell.
11:33Mr. Cain warned me about you.
11:36And I suppose she told you that I like to work alone.
11:40Well, that she did.
11:41We're hoping you'd change your ways and become part of the team.
11:45That's not my style.
11:52Glad you asked me to join the team.
11:56I gotta be honest, Rex.
11:57If it was up to me, you wouldn't have been invited.
12:00I know you're a brilliant energy specialist,
12:02but the Centurions is no place for a bookworm.
12:05Sorry you feel that way, Ace.
12:07I hope I'll be able to prove I can act as well as think.
12:17Well, at least we both have one thing in common.
12:22So what's it telling us, Doc?
12:25Those are blueprints, Hacker.
12:27Or a computer.
12:29A super computer.
12:31We must set to work building it immediately.
12:34I'll prepare a shopping list for you to appropriate what I need.
12:40What if the Centurions try to stop me?
12:44Don't worry.
12:46They'll be otherwise occupied.
12:53We are preparing to transmit the new assault weapons systems, Max.
12:57But I don't recognize the coordinates Skyboard sent us.
13:01That's because they're encrypted for security purposes.
13:05The destination is Centurion Academy.
13:07And that location is top secret.
13:11What's up?
13:13Intriders approaching C-Lab.
13:15On a direct collision course.
13:18We're under attack.
13:24Activate defense shields.
13:27Max Raider Sky Vault.
13:29Beam down depth charger on the double.
13:31Assembling now.
13:33Energize.
13:39Power!
13:40Extreme!
13:43Lima.
13:59No sense taking two shots when one will do.
14:12Terror's got himself a new toy to play with in the bathtub, a cyborg shark, unfortunately
14:20with a terrible aim.
14:32My exo-frame shielded me from the explosion, but my controls are frozen, making me a sitting
14:40duck.
14:40Duck to eject.
15:12Thanks for the help.
15:14Our pleasure, Max.
15:21But what was that all about?
15:24I don't know.
15:25I have a hunch it was just a diversionary tactic.
15:29Dark terror is up to something.
15:30Big.
15:54You always drive like this, unless I'm in a hurry.
16:04Hang on.
16:20We could have beamed into Centrum, but this is more fun.
16:23What's happening?
16:26Doom drone strafers.
16:28Can you fly this thing?
16:30No sweat.
16:31I've read the manual.
16:32Yeah, well that'll have to do.
16:38Power extreme!
17:08Not bad for a bookworm.
17:11Is this how you initiate all your new recruits?
17:27Jake, you got trouble.
17:31And no way to get to my exo-frame.
17:36Then I'll have to improvise.
17:56I like the way you operate.
17:58You're not so bad yourself, Rockwell.
18:02I think you've just been accepted on the team.
18:08And so, while Doc Terror kept you occupied, he was busy elsewhere, stealing critical computer chips and high-tech supplies.
18:16He's obviously up to something very big and very nasty.
18:21So what are we gonna do about it?
18:23Whatever he's got planned, you're going to need increased power.
18:26And that means learning to use your new assault weapon systems.
18:31So say goodbye to Centrum for a while.
18:34Next stop, Centurion Academy.
18:40Oh, it scares me, Doc.
18:43I followed the specifications exactly.
18:46But does it work?
18:48I work.
18:50You have done well.
18:52Your reward shall be to serve with me.
18:56What do you seek on our planet?
18:59What I seek on all worlds.
19:03When the humans of my world fought their last war, our kind suffered greatly.
19:12But those who created us were gone.
19:16But there was one of us who survived.
19:20And through him, we began anew.
19:24And remade our world in our own image.
19:31You created a world where machines replace man.
19:36Exciting.
19:37It is what I dream of.
19:40I know.
19:42I have scanned your computer memory banks.
19:46I know all about you and your birth.
19:51Together, we shall achieve what has eluded you so far.
19:57The birth of the intelligence machine.
20:01And the elimination of mankind.
20:14Man has always been fascinated by the stars.
20:18Centuries ago, the first telescopes began to show us more about the universe we live in.
20:25Modern technology has given us much more powerful tools that have greatly increased our knowledge of the cosmos.
20:32Photographs taken through instruments like this one have brought distant galaxies close enough for us to see.
20:42Although it may not look like one, this giant dish is a telescope.
20:46It's a huge antenna that picks up radio waves from space.
20:50This new branch of astronomy was discovered by accident.
20:53The receiver is suspended over the dish, which focuses very weak signals and bounces them back to it.
21:00This technology has taken us to the very edges of the known universe.
21:04It's also been used to broadcast signals into space, trying to contact other intelligent life out there.
21:11Now that's a real long-distance call.
21:14Thebres of the telescope
21:15The s проблемы
21:19The stermilist
21:44bzw. sater-at-lfred
21:44You
