02:40The family have had their eye on a holiday home
02:42of their own for a decade,
02:43but there's one particular factor
02:45that's hurrying the process along.
02:47At the minute, Ireland is very cold.
02:49It's miserable and it's been raining, I'd say, for a month.

02:53It's been constant rain for a month.

02:56That's one of the biggest factors of coming over,
02:58is the fact that you can jump on a plane in February
03:01and, you know, catch up with a bit of sun.

03:06it's going to be for coming out in the summers
03:08and at Christmas,
03:10but myself, I'm hoping to retire in about 10 years' time,

03:19so they won't get much peace.
