02:49No matter what power or ideology they serve, they're tasked with enforcing what's known as the end of history.

02:59Operants have a wide and varied skill set.
03:01Psychological conditioning, stagecraft, physical prowess, asset management, as well as highly experimental techniques known as advanced cognitive maneuvers.
03:13Ability is said to bend material reality to an operant's conscious will.
03:17That is, if you believe in that kind of thing.
03:20All the while, the work is overseen by a distant, all-seeing controller.
03:25Your controller is more than just your supervisor.
03:28They are your tether back to reality and yourself.
03:32It's dangerous, complex, reactive work.
03:35In theatre, anything can happen.
03:38Operants don't carry out their work alone.
03:40They must also cultivate networks of assets to pull off their assignments.
03:44Herschel's former network was called the whole sick crew.
