00:00Now, every single day, week, and month of this campaign, we have had to prove the naysayers wrong.
00:08Some congressmen from right here in Butts County, this barely finished his first term, we've proven them wrong every step
00:16of the way.
00:20Our problem in Washington is that we don't, not that we don't have enough Republicans, it's just that we don't
00:25always have the right Republicans.
00:27And John Ossoff is blocking progress every opportunity he gets.
00:32I was willing to put politics to the side and do what was right, and John Ossoff, he wouldn't do
00:39that.
00:39We're going to show that Georgia's senators are not picked by California and New York donors.
00:47I started this campaign almost 10 months ago with a mission, and that was to deliver Georgia a workhorse.
00:56Someone who has been in tough fights and come out on the top, and someone that has always put the
01:01people of Georgia first in everything they've done.
01:04And y'all, tonight, we are one step closer.
01:11Now, every single day, week, and month of this campaign, we have had to prove the naysayers wrong.
01:20I mean, the folks out there who have been saying that some congressman from right here in Butts County, this
01:26barely finished his first term, could organize statewide, could build the coalition, or could even take on the machine and
01:34win.
01:35Well, we've proven them wrong every step of the way.
01:44And listen to me now.
01:45When you hear people talk about how much money John Ossoff has, remind them of the results tonight, that the
01:52winning campaign did the most with the least.
01:55We were outspent 15 to 1, outmatched, but I tell you what, not outworked.
02:07I'll tell you why I'm successful.
02:10You see, I took that experience of being in one of the most regulated and taxed industries out there to
02:16Washington, D.C.,
02:17and I was able to get two pieces of legislation signed into law by two presidents from two different parties
02:24in just two years.
02:26The Trink Act, it helps local law enforcement out there fight these deadly drugs that are killing our communities.
02:35And the Lake and Riley Act, which you know is named for a young nursing student that was murdered in
02:40my district by some illegal that Joe Biden and John Ossoff led into this country.
02:47And it just simply makes sure that these illegal, violent criminals are picked up and deported sooner.
02:54And, y'all, that was the very first piece of legislation that President Trump signed when he returned to the
03:00White House.
03:00And in just one year, that Lake and Riley Act has been responsible for removing over 20,000 illegal criminals
03:08from our streets.
03:13And, you see, those bills, they didn't just pass because I dropped them in the hopper, went and did a
03:18press conference and called it a day.
03:20I mean, you know, I knew I could get Lake and Riley passed with just party-line votes.
03:24But I also knew that I needed leverage in the Senate, so I went and got Democrats.
03:28I went door to door and made sure that that piece of legislation was passed in a bipartisan fashion.
03:33I mean, y'all, I had Democrats tell me that, hey, I've never seen a Republican in here pushing their
03:39own bill.
03:40But I had others, like John Ossoff, who just sat there quietly while I explained to him how this was
03:46going to help our constituents
03:48to make sure that another Georgia life wasn't lost at the hands of some illegal alien out there.
03:54You see, that's the difference, y'all.
03:57That's the difference in someone being in the private sector, in a do-or-die business,
04:02where if you mess around and make the wrong decision, then you go out of business.
04:07That's just something you don't see in Washington, D.C.
04:10Listen, I am so proud that our campaign has been supported out there by Lake and Riley's family,
04:16by the National Border Patrol Council, Turning Point Action, which was founded by Charlie Kirk.
04:23Yeah, that's worth it.
04:24Yeah.
04:28CPAC, Club for Growth, Newt Gingrich, over 200 local and state officials, and many of them are here with us
04:36tonight.
04:37You see, they're with me because they know that I deliver results.
04:40I know how to win.
04:42If I say I'm going to do something, I get it done.
04:45It's just that I don't operate like a typical politician.
04:49Because, you see, if passing bipartisan legislation that helps Georgians was so easy,
04:54everybody would be doing it.
04:56And the Senate would probably work a lot better as well.
04:59But, y'all, how many times have you seen Republicans have control of the House, the Senate, and the White
05:07House,
05:07and still struggle?
05:09And it's always because it's in the Senate that's the problem.
05:14You know, I'm just a businessman.
05:18So, y'all, I look for the best deal that I can get out there.
05:21And if you're a conservative Republican, and you want a conservative government,
05:28I'll tell you something.
05:28I've got a deal for you.
05:29How about this?
05:30How about a two-for-one?
05:32With me as a nominee, you're not just going to get to replace John Ossoff,
05:36but you're going to replace a Democrat with an actual conservative who will fight.
05:41And I mean fight.
05:47You see, our problem in Washington is that we don't, not that we don't have enough Republicans,
05:52it's just that we don't always have the right Republicans.
05:56That's right.
05:57But I'm going to tell you, any Republican is better than a Democrat.
06:01But just because you've got an R behind your name,
06:04it doesn't mean that you'll stand up and take the tough votes that put Americans first.
06:10I've not just promised to do that, but I have delivered on it.
06:18Hey, campaign slogans are cheap.
06:21Those slick advertisements, they're expensive.
06:24But the right voting record, now that's priceless.
06:30I will never apologize for being America first.
06:35As a matter of fact, I am unapologetically pro-God, pro-Trump, pro-Second Amendment,
06:42pro-strong military.
06:43By gosh, peace and strength works.
06:50If it's not good for Georgia and this country, I will never support it.
06:58We need to replace John Ossoff with someone who will put our state first, not California and New York.
07:06I mean, y'all know this.
07:08John Ossoff doesn't represent our state, our people, or our values.
07:11I mean, he's effectively California's third U.S. senator.
07:16I mean, in fact, John Ossoff is as Georgia is putting pistachios in a Pepsi.
07:25Look, President Trump brought us back from the brink of where we were under Joe Biden and the Democrats like
07:31John Ossoff.
07:32Y'all, we need to take advantage of every opportunity to deliver a safer, a more productive, a more affordable
07:40America.
07:41But right now, right now the holdup's in the U.S. Senate.
07:45And John Ossoff is blocking progress every opportunity he gets.
07:50I mean, he shut down the government to try to give illegals health care.
07:55I mean, men and women's sports.
07:57I mean, he supported open borders that allowed killers like Jose Ibera come in.
08:03I mean, he's even opposed to the Save America Act, which most Americans out there support.
08:10It's just common sense.
08:12But John Ossoff, no.
08:14He's against it.
08:16See, Georgians want bipartisan productivity and common sense.
08:20And that comes from being a small businessman who knows how to solve problems.
08:24They just want someone to go to Washington and fight for them.
08:29Like nursing students in Athens.
08:31Like young families who just want to buy a home.
08:35Our veterans.
08:37Or our farmers out there who've had some of the toughest time in the day and do a road in
08:43Washington.
08:45We've got just anyone who wants a smaller, more productive government.
08:50So, yeah, I look forward.
08:52I look forward to prosecuting the case against John Ossoff.
08:55His first term versus my first term.
08:58And here's what you're going to see.
09:01Here's what you're going to see on that stage in October when I'm up there.
09:04You're going to see a successful small business owner who took the hard lessons he learned in the trucking industry,
09:10went to Washington, D.C., and delivered for the state of Georgia.
09:20Versus a guy who's never had a real job in his life.
09:26Someone who is out there that's voted with those California crazies and those New York nut jobs
09:31to make your lives less safe, more expensive, and less free.
09:38Listen, John Ossoff, John Ossoff's going to need every penny he's got to defend his record.
09:46And by the way, just to let you know, the bulk of his money has come from California and New
09:52York.
09:53Those far-left activists out there.
09:56So if you want to be a tough incumbent, you better put up the toughest fighter.
10:01And I am the only candidate out there, y'all.
10:04The only candidate who has built a grassroots fundraising program with donations from every county in this state,
10:11all 50 states and territories.
10:13I'm the only candidate who's organized all 159 counties with over 800 convoy captains out there.
10:25You see, you don't win this state anymore by running the most TV ads.
10:30Sorry, cameras in the back.
10:32You don't.
10:35It takes real grassroots efforts and operations.
10:40Y'all, either the other candidates didn't care enough to do it,
10:43or either they just didn't inspire volunteers enough to sign up.
10:47But either way, it doesn't matter.
10:50That is just a recipe for disaster in November if you put up some milquetoast nominee like that.
10:57Listen, we're not here tonight because I've been propped up by somebody else
11:03or because I've spent the most money in this thing.
11:09No, we're here because we work hard.
11:12We've got the best organization, the best voting record, and the best message,
11:17and that's what it's going to take to be John Ossoff.
11:24Now, everybody knows that I do best with the MAGA base.
11:28It's because they know I've always been with President Trump.
11:31Even when it wasn't popular, I was still out there on the trail fighting.
11:36But what you may not know is that, y'all,
11:38I polled best against John Ossoff in a head-to-head matchup.
11:42And I performed best with suburban voters and women.
11:46And why is that?
11:47I mean, is it because I got the best hair in the race?
11:52I don't know, maybe.
11:54No, it's because voters are resonating with the fact that I hadn't spent a career in politics, y'all.
12:00I'm just a businessman who gets results.
12:03And when tragedy struck in Georgia, I was willing to put politics to the side and do what was right.
12:09And John Ossoff, he wouldn't do that.
12:12That's the voters that you've got to persuade if you're going to be successful in November.
12:17That's why I'm the only candidate out there that is either tied or within the margin of error with John
12:24Ossoff
12:24in every general election poll.
12:27So, what's our path to victory?
12:30Simple.
12:31Same as what it was for Governor Kemp and President Trump.
12:34You turn out the low-propensity voters, Trump voters, and you have a message for the Atlanta suburbs.
12:40Because, you see, the suburban and independent voters, they just want results.
12:45They want somebody to go to Washington to deliver for them.
12:49And I have delivered.
12:51See, you don't beat John Ossoff with no record.
12:56You win by having a record of results.
13:00And thank you.
13:06You see, I've shown that you can go to Washington and put Georgians first.
13:10You don't have to listen to your toners in California and New York.
13:15John Ossoff, he can't say that.
13:17You can pass bipartisan legislation that makes the lives of Georgians safer and more secure and never sacrifice your values
13:26to do it.
13:28When I signed up for this, you know, I knew it was going to be tough.
13:33I knew it would be tough to run against an incumbent U.S. senator.
13:37But, y'all, what I didn't know is that I was going to have to face an incumbent governor in
13:42the primary first.
13:44But, listen, looking at the results tonight, it shows that nominees are not picked on West Pace's Ferry.
13:52And in November, we're going to show that Georgia's senators are not picked by California and New York donors.
14:04You know how they're picked?
14:06They're picked by Georgians who want and reward candidates who are authentic, who mean what they say, who do what
14:13they promise.
14:14And just like what I've done in Congress in a bipartisan way, and all the while, I've still held true
14:20to those conservative values.
14:22The secret to my success, y'all, it's just that I learned the hard lessons from the real world.
14:31You know, when to compromise, when not to budge, how to get the best deal out there so that I
14:38keep families fed and employees employed just to stay in business.
14:45Because I don't know about y'all, but sometimes, I swear, y'all, I felt like the federal government's number
14:50one job was to put me out of business.
14:53And that's the perspective that I took with me and with every vote that I take.
14:58That's exactly what you need more of in the U.S. Senate, and that's exactly what you'll get with me
15:03in the U.S. Senate.
15:11You want to defeat John Ossoff and also put a real conservative fighter in the Senate?
15:17Because, I mean, Lord knows, y'all, we need more backbone over there.
15:21I need your help.
15:23I need your help.
15:25Listen, I'm Mike Collins.
15:27Help me get to the U.S. Senate, and I promise.
15:30This old trucker will deliver.
15:33Thank you for your time.
15:34Thank you for being here.
15:35Thank you for being here.
