ICC arrest warrant vs Dela Rosa now 'valid' after SC order

Palace Press Officer Claire Castro on May 20, 2026 says the warrant of arrest issued by the International Criminal Court against Sen. Ronald Dela Rosa is now deemed 'valid' after the Supreme Court junks his appeal for a temporary restraining order. Dela Rosa is now also considered a fugitive after he has gone back to hiding following the Senate shooting incident last May 13.
