00:18aside 14 conditions and the bond imposed by the Shah Alam Magistrate's Court on November 21st last year.
00:25In her ruling, Suryati said the court allowed the appeal, filed on November 26th last year, after reviewing all documents
00:33as well as written and oral submissions from both parties.
00:37She said the order issued by the Magistrate's Court on November 21st, 2025, is set aside along with the RM2
00:44,000 bond and the additional conditions imposed for a period of three years.
00:50Suryati said the respondent may file an appeal if dissatisfied with the decision and the court would provide written grounds
00:57of judgment for that purpose.
