00:41That has caused a huge amount of damage to the front end of his car.
00:45Everybody else, I think, safely was through and passed that,
00:47but that is surely going to bring about a safety car
00:50with that car stricken there,
00:51because there's no way he can drive that car out of harm's way,
00:54and that might have affected the barriers as well,
00:57where he made contact.
00:58So there is poor old John Baker,
01:00who retired from the race earlier on following a bit of contact,
01:02but I think that was cold rears that just caught him out there,
01:05and with that car stricken there,
01:07that means safety car, I'm afraid,
01:09is going to come out.
01:11I've got to say, everybody did superbly well,
01:13because, unfortunately, with John Baker going into the barrier
01:17and then bouncing back out again,
01:19that caused Ian Graham to sort of spin across the middle of the pack,
01:22right in front of the diesel cars, the Class 2 cars,
01:25and I think, as far as I could tell, nobody made contact,
01:29and everybody just about avoided each other,
01:32so that would have had a big bottleneck effect,
01:34but they all were able to avoid that incident.
01:38So whilst we remain under safety car,
01:41we should probably be able to have a quick look at the replay,
01:44so we need to keep our eye on the dark blue and lighter blue car
01:48that's at the tail end of this particular one,
01:51because Ian Graham started in 7th place,
01:55and the car of John Baker started in 9th,
01:58so there's John Baker.
01:59He's round the outside of Ian Graham.
02:01Is there a little bit of contact mid-corner between the pair,
02:04or was it cold rears?
02:05It's difficult to tell from that angle.
02:07Yes, there was a bit of contact, yes.
02:09So Ian Graham was able to just touch the tail end of Baker,
02:15and you can see John Baker, big heavy impact into the barriers.
02:17He's out of the car and OK,
02:19and Ian Graham spins back across the other way,
02:21but for John Baker, I'm afraid,
02:22that was a big hit into the barriers.
02:24He is OK, but with that car stricken there,
02:27we have gone from safety car, I'm afraid, to a red flag.
02:30So with 12 minutes and 56 seconds remaining on the clock,
02:35because under safety car conditions,
02:37that clock was still counting down,
02:38we do now stop the race, I'm afraid,
02:40and that will allow our fantastic Snetters and Marshals
02:44to do all the requisite amount of clearing up of the incident,
02:48inspection of the barriers where that car made contact,
