00:00Pragmata is not the game I thought it was going to be, and for some of you, I think
00:03that's a good thing. Here is who I think should or shouldn't pick up Pragmata when it releases
00:07later this week. You should buy Pragmata if you like linear sci-fi action games. There
00:12are collectibles to find around the map, but not much else in terms of open world stuff,
00:15so if you're looking for a more non-linear experience, I would say you shouldn't pick
00:19this up. You also should buy Pragmata if you enjoy puzzle solving. Hacking the enemies
00:23and various environmental activations are important to succeed in the gameplay, and
00:27you can't just shoot your way through the game. So those of you who aren't into puzzle
00:30solving, you probably shouldn't get this. Lastly, if you like games that allow multiple
00:34types of gear to be used strategically with upgrade paths you can get from defeating enemies
00:38and collecting currency, this is definitely something you should buy. Pragmata is more
00:41complex than I expected, but to me that's a good thing, as I love me some upgrade paths.
00:45However, if you are looking for a game that has dozens of guns to choose from with high
00:48intense action, you shouldn't buy this. Pragmata balances strategy, gunplay, and puzzle solving,
00:53and isn't just a high octane shooter like Doom. I had a wonderful time with
00:57Pragmata, and I never even got to mention how wonderful the story and visuals are.
01:01Its complex gunplay was fun to learn and master, and the enemy variety made this game a wonderful
01:06challenge. Is this something you think you'll be picking up? Let me know in the comments.
