00:00:07so most people you know create gigs wait for others and they get nothing others as in o-r-d
00:00:17-e-r
00:00:18and it gets nothing meanwhile someone in the same niche that they have
00:00:24create their own gig and they are making thousands of dollars what is the difference
00:00:31you may ask the difference is your keyword your gig title and your gig image and that is exactly
00:00:40what we're going to be talking about in this video hi my name is adebola i'm an executive
00:00:45virtual assistant and virtual assistant coach in the next say like one hour or one hour plus
00:00:51i'll be giving you the exact complete blueprint that will help you set up your fiverr account
00:00:59to you creating your first gig and you know landing your first order i'll be giving you
00:01:06actionable strategies that you can implement today so let's go into it
00:01:24hello buddies it's so good to have you here without wasting too much of our time let's dive right into
00:01:33hits so fiverr mastery from zero to your very first sales from zero to your very first sales
00:01:45so right now would um be defining what fiverr is what is fiverr i'm sure quite a number of us
00:01:56do not you
00:01:58are not really familiar with this um freelancing platform so fiverr is a global market
00:02:07that's connecting freelancers with clients who need services and this service is babies from graphic
00:02:18designing virtual assistants any automation whatsoever sales appire make.com um
00:02:28anything just you know mention them edible all of those things graphic design i think i mentioned
00:02:36that they are writing video editing programming just name it anything services i even heard from someone
00:02:46that if you are like a crypto trader or something and you know you know your way around working like
00:02:54you
00:02:54can offer those services on fiverr as well so and what makes it what makes fiverr a very powerful
00:03:03freelancing platform is because millions millions millions like we're talking millions millions visitors
00:03:13every single year like it's it's it's it's as like people keep you know signing up either to be a
00:03:21buyer or
00:03:22to be a seller and for you as a freelancer or a virtual assistant that is like a um that's
00:03:31a massive traffic
00:03:33you don't you don't you don't you don't even need to generate yourself all you need to do is just
00:03:37to
00:03:37make yourself and your services have enabled on that particular on on fiverr you get and here's what
00:03:46most people don't realize about fiverr it's actually not just a marketplace fiverr is a search engine
00:03:58like yes just like google fiverr is a search engine when someone needs a logo all you need to do
00:04:08is just
00:04:09to type logo design in like in the fiverr search bar trust me you're going to see like we're going
00:04:18to see
00:04:19numerous of sellers for that particular service and fiverr's um algorithm decides who shows up first
00:04:31second and third or maybe last you get so your your your success on fiverr boils down i said that
00:04:43to make to
00:04:44establish this point that your success on fiverr comes down to understanding how to rank in that
00:04:50search and that's exactly what we are covering that's exactly what we are covering today that's
00:04:59exactly why i decided to make this video you get what makes the difference it's not just like look
00:05:12it's not like you're doing the game of oh let me try this and let me try this let me
00:05:17try that what
00:05:19really works on fiverr strategy yes and this strategy is actually comes down to these five things and
00:05:29number one is your keyword your keyword is how buyers actually find you without the right keywords
00:05:37you are invisible you know i mentioned earlier that if a seller if a buyer rather a buyer is somebody
00:05:44that
00:05:44needs your services why his seller is you that you are you know to write in that service so if
00:05:51a buyer
00:05:53search for a particular service and you don't rank high like you are invisible you see that there is no
00:06:02way that seller would even see you sorry that buyer would even see you to buy your service so it's
00:06:08very
00:06:09important to use the right keyword so that you can stay visible in the eyes of your buyers number two
00:06:17is your title don't worry we are going to like um explain all of these things one after the other
00:06:23number two is your title and this is what makes buyers click on your gig instead of you know millions
00:06:31because of other search results they get when they search for your service no battery is your image
00:06:41yes in local or like in the business and was it called this college your display picture yes so this
00:06:49is
00:06:50what makes you stand out and you just take 0.3 seconds to actually grab the attention of your buyer
00:06:58so it's very
00:06:59important that you have a very very um an image that actually stands you out amongst millions of you
00:07:09know every other search that comes up when you are being when your services is being searched number four
00:07:17is your delivery hand this is how you get you know your reviews five star reviews and build your
00:07:26reputation this um this strategy are actually secondary because i mean um your keywords you're tied to your
00:07:34image you know as a newbie as a newbie that you know just want to start using fiverr as a
00:07:43virtual assistant
00:07:44or maybe um maybe any other digital skills that you have with those so your delivery the delivery is just
00:07:55basically okay when a buyer orders for your service how did you deliver it was it all time did you
00:08:02eventually you know um got the um what did five star rating did you get a very um a very
00:08:14good review and
00:08:16excellence review yes the number four is your consistency this is how you turn fiverr into a long-term
00:08:23sustainable income yeah you have to be very very consistent on fiverr yes the same way you are
00:08:33consistent with your whatsapp the same way you log in into your whatsapp like every every every second
00:08:39of the day you should also like bring that energy to find out because the algorithm actually sees
00:08:46everything so when you master these five pillars you will be you will be um you'll be in the top
00:08:56five
00:08:56percent yes you'll be in the in the in the top five percent and today we're breaking down each one
00:09:04like
00:09:05i'll be explaining one like each of these five pillars one half that the other so that you can fully
00:09:11understand
00:09:12what you are trying to see i'm trying to move to the next slides yeah so you might ask how
00:09:24does fiverr works
00:09:26sorry how does fiverr works i i know that that would be the next question that would be on our
00:09:33mind
00:09:34how does it how does it even work so before we actually dive into how it works you need to
00:09:40understand
00:09:41how before we dive into you know the five pillars yeah you need to really understand how fiverr works
00:09:50think of fiber has a funnel with four stages yeah take a fiber as a funnel i really want you
00:10:01to like
00:10:02stay with me so that you can fully understand this think of fiverr has um a funnel with four stages
00:10:10and
00:10:11the stage one is the buyer searches for a service let's say a buyer searches for logo design yeah
00:10:22does um does the buyer search yeah you can see it on the on the um on the slide that's
00:10:31the
00:10:31buyer search number two is fiverr's algorithm ranking and this ranking is for millions of gigs
00:10:49the system ranks gigs yes the system ranks gigs based on relevance yes the third stage is that the
00:10:56buyer sees your git or new and trying to find the header click or scroll past yes that's another stage
00:11:05then the next stage is the buyer reads your description um looks at your portfolio and decide to
00:11:12order order or they don't so your job is to optimize every single stage of this funnel that is your
00:11:22job
00:11:22you don't have two jobs you don't have any other like you don't have two things you are doing on
00:11:27video and then here is you know if it's kind of standards as I'mα»tting and you're letting me know the
00:11:39business data there that gives me um takeε»ΊζδΊΊ and tennis and indistinguologist study
00:11:47and an audience of coklos who have not seen that as you are working in that asking and that's
00:11:57them like it does not convince them that you can actually carry out the services they would
00:12:02not buy and that's stage four you get so the buyer search the algorithm ranking the order
00:12:10conversion that is where the buyers click and maybe order for your service for the dudes
00:12:18then the last is that the buyers read your descriptions and you know now decide to say
00:12:25okay i want to go on with this person or i just you know scroll past so every step actually
00:12:33matters
00:12:34every step every step matters and we are going to optimize all of them right now yes we're going
00:12:42to optimize for right now so um the algorithm that is like the first call we'll be talking
00:12:55about what's fiver's algorithm cares about this is actually what controls your visibility yes the
00:13:07algorithm is what controls your visibility private ranks dig based on you know um based on these four
00:13:19main factors and number one is your relevance your relevance is is just that um do your your your
00:13:28keywords do they match what the buyer is searching for you don't just use keywords as okay what you
00:13:36feel in your head okay this should be a keyword in a particular industry be sure that that keyword
00:13:44we actually put you in the faces of your buyers the second is your performance how many people clicked
00:13:50your gig when they see it all of these things are things that buyers will actually see when they maybe
00:13:57eventually click on your gig or not they are going to see it the impression they click through it they
00:14:04are
00:14:04going to see if everything how many people clicked on your gig how many of those that click click on
00:14:11your gig
00:14:12actually made and order and this is your click through rates and your conversion rates
00:14:22so performance is number two and it is basically about your click through rates and your conversion
00:14:29notes the third one is your repetition this is when maybe you're not a newbie any longer you've you know
00:14:37landed a lot of order the people that are ordered from you they gave you a good you know review
00:14:45a positive
00:14:46review five star rating this is what buyers actually also look out for it attracts buyers when you know
00:14:55that the repetition of the person they are trying to um they are trying to hire is you know is
00:15:04high like
00:15:05is he has a positive he has a good reputation as a virtual assistant one of the things is they
00:15:12want to
00:15:13you know you have a a buyer hand
00:15:18they want to know that they you will be able to keep all of their maybe files anything concerning them
00:15:26highly
00:15:27confidential they want to know they want to know so here with something that you've done over time
00:15:34definitely the buyers that you've worked with before you know that time would put together a whole this
00:15:41person is a professional and keeps you know high confidentiality like any buyer can see that and just
00:15:48without even giving you that we have i've have landed rules on fiver that i did not even do interview
00:15:54on
00:15:54all we just did was they initiated the other house started working and that is because of the
00:16:01um the reviews that i've had in the past you get the fourth one is activity how fast do you
00:16:10respond this
00:16:11is one thing as well that's why i said you need to start treating your fiber like the way you
00:16:17treat your
00:16:18your water bring down your water energy to fiber how fast do you respond to messages are you logging in
00:16:27regularly some people they say they they want to land um jobs on fiver hand they are off most of
00:16:33the
00:16:34like your buyers will actually see all of these things for what's worth it make sure you go to your
00:16:41fiver have it on your mobile device and you go there like regularly just go scroll scroll through
00:16:47check what you can change check what you can you know i just means make sure you do it every
00:16:53day
00:16:53every day yes are you they want to see to that are you completing orders or you are cancelling orders
00:17:01there are people that you know they get orders and they just can see it on the way maybe due
00:17:06to the fact that
00:17:07they cannot um they cannot deliver it on time or something just came up or also they can't say it's
00:17:15your
00:17:15all of those things will actually show in your profile it's going to show you have on your profile
00:17:21so here is what matters here is what matters you can't control the algorithm directly but you can
00:17:29control these four factors that i have just mentioned so for you as a newbie you might say oh
00:17:38i don't have a repetition yet on fiver like because you've not landed any anywhere and all of that
00:17:44but you can you know start with you know being relevant have a good keyword like let your keywords
00:17:53match what the buyers are looking for the next one is your performance rates like have i click through
00:18:01and that's that this will only happen if you improve your gig ranking significantly that's you optimizing
00:18:08every like every time make sure you optimize every time and activities there are a lot of people that
00:18:19come on fiverr to just at least before even you before you buy something you will negotiate you talk so
00:18:26when they
00:18:27come to want to negotiate with you or want to you know just make inquiries make sure you actually um
00:18:35respond fast login regularly so that you can be in their faces one there is something else that i would
00:18:45really really love to talk about and this is very very important that is what is on the next slide
00:18:51and
00:18:52that is the first 60 days yes so there's something um critical that most sellers don't know you are a
00:19:03seller
00:19:03if you are going on fiverr to sell yourself a service you are a seller and most sellers don't know
00:19:09this
00:19:10thing when you create a new gig on your fiverr account fiverr gives you a temporary visibility boost for the
00:19:19first
00:19:2060 days so automatically when you create a gig you can go and test it when you create a gig
00:19:27you have high
00:19:29impressions i click through like you have everything they just give you that free think think about it
00:19:36that they they give you and had for free for the first 60 days they are testing you yes they
00:19:42are testing you
00:19:43okay during this window your gig gets shown to more people than it would normally do
00:19:52fiverr is watching if people are clicking if people are ordering are you delivering quality to work on time
00:20:01so what you should do in these first 60 days is you have to be very active on that gig
00:20:06you've been active is you regularly logging in going back to check check it
00:20:14check it what is happening what is happening because it is when um you're active on it
00:20:26yeah and you are um yes when you're active on it that is when you know
00:20:33buyers will also the algorithm will also see it that you're actually active and
00:20:42anything can happen
00:20:46so if you perform well during these 60 days fiverr rewards you with permanent eye ranking
00:20:54your gig stays visible and orders keep coming on a particular like that that particular gig
00:21:02so the first 60 days is one you should not joke with you should not joke with it and if
00:21:11you perform
00:21:11poorly maybe no clicks no harder bad reviews translations fiverr buries you on page there's
00:21:20something they call page 47 where nobody will ever find it like that's like end and end end end end
00:21:27if if you're loading a particular search page and you're having over hundred um responses you know
00:21:36your your your gig is now on like page 47 that's like four thousand seven hundred
00:21:48before i can assure you that before a um a buyer gets to that page okay after checking to 100
00:21:59100
00:22:00like seeing 100 search results the person the buyer is going to get somebody up yes the buyer is going
00:22:07to
00:22:08get somebody to actually um to actually hire yes so it's very very important and that for 60 days you
00:22:16are very happy this is your gold is like a golden window and that is why getting it right from
00:22:25day one
00:22:25is absolutely critical is very very important we don't we don't get a second chance to make a first
00:22:32impression with how god reading you know algorithm is algorithm i can't explain but algorithm is just
00:22:41algorithm it's not human as you can you know see how it doesn't like that so i had an issue
00:22:47or something
00:22:48so you have to get it right you have to get it right so now we'll be going through the
00:22:57keywords yeah
00:23:00without keywords you are invisible yes i said that earlier without the right keywords you are invisible
00:23:07it does no matter how good your service is if buyers can't find you you don't exist you do not
00:23:14exist
00:23:14so keywords are the bridge between what buyers are searching for and your gig showing up in the results
00:23:22so if you get this wrong and everything else um everything else does not matter as soon as you are
00:23:31you get the keyword strategy wrong everything else does not matter it does not matter again and if you
00:23:38get it right you are like halfway to success yes it's still halfway because
00:23:45your your buyer might decide to jump on and interview with you if you don't do well with the interview
00:23:51it still doesn't matter you get so so it's like halfway to you know landing in it so how do
00:23:58you find
00:23:59the right keywords i'm going to like show you the simple three steps um process to to follow
00:24:11to follow so number one is the autocomplete method so let me explain something when you go to find a
00:24:20search bar you can even as you are watching this um video you can go to it when you go
00:24:25to
00:24:27fiverr search bar you can start typing his service slowly like watch what suggestions come up so those
00:24:37suggestions that come up are the actual searches that real buyers are typing every single day write them
00:24:44all down yes so for example you can type logo design and fiverr suggest logo design for business logo
00:24:53designs for minimalist logo design for you know modern and entrepreneurs these are the um keywords that
00:25:04buyers search so that's your clue to do what to use them so if you do logo design for for
00:25:13businesses
00:25:14there is no point you just put in global design so you have to add logo design for businesses so
00:25:20that's
00:25:20the autocomplete methods go and sit down with it and make that search so the results you get are what's
00:25:29actual like real life buyers on fiverr search for so make sure you use any of that number two is
00:25:37the
00:25:37competitors analysis when you search for your service open the top 10 sellers on that service on that gig
00:25:48you look at their title their tags the first paragraph of their description what keywords are they all
00:25:57using using that's your pattern i did not say copy and paste i said that is your pattern because if
00:26:03you
00:26:03also copy and paste on fiverr you know i i told you that fiverr is a is more of a
00:26:08search engine yeah and all
00:26:11of these things they see it it sees it it detects it you get so use the pattern not copy
00:26:19and paste
00:26:21then use that pattern learn the strategy that buyer that actual buyer is using number three is get
00:26:29specific this is the most important step like don't go after broad keywords go after long tail keywords
00:26:38and long tail keywords are um they actually focus on specific phrases for better targeting
00:26:49specific phrases that actually have less competition you get so instead of logo design go for modern
00:26:57minimalist logo for tech startup instead of writing um instead of writing or saying writing just like
00:27:07writing like w-r-i-t-i-n-g we can just say seo blog writing for website for health
00:27:16websites so specific
00:27:19keywords rank easier and they actually converts better they rank easier and they convert better so they are
00:27:31good and bad keywords i said it earlier they are good and bad keywords and i'll just i'll show you
00:27:39the
00:27:40the differences i'll show you the differences if you are saying logo design sorry let me just go back
00:27:49you are saying logo design is bad because that you are going to get like 2 000 results
00:27:56of like other sellers that you are competing with and it's just impossible to rank that kind of you know
00:28:05keywords
00:28:07yeah there are two broad terms that would not even attract buyers effectively
00:28:16but let's say you you say modern minimalist logo for tech startup
00:28:23you know that you have you've now like you've streamlined it already so anybody that you know
00:28:30that is looking for something a logo for tech startup easily they are going to see you
00:28:36it is specific it targets a particular style and how there is and it's very very easy for fiverr to
00:28:45rank
00:28:45this kind of keyword another bad example is you is you saying writing services it is too vague what are
00:28:56you writing for who you get
00:29:01but a good keyword for that for that same for that example is seo blog writing for health websites this
00:29:09is specific
00:29:11specific skill specific niche specific and a specific outcome definitely so you see the the phrase you have to be
00:29:23specific
00:29:25being specific is your competitive advantage on fiverr yes um the more specific you are the easier it is to
00:29:34rank and the better your clients
00:29:37will be so please you have to be specific when you are you know writing your keywords on fiverr so
00:29:50moving on
00:29:52moving on
00:29:56keyword placements
00:30:00keywords
00:30:00so you might just and i know you'll be hearing me saying keywords keywords keywords keywords keywords keywords keywords keywords
00:30:06keywords you get
00:30:09where to put your keywords
00:30:12the the next question that will be on your on your mind will be like okay where am i going
00:30:16to put these keywords yeah
00:30:20and tell me
00:30:23where am i going to put these keywords now you now that um you have your keywords where do you
00:30:31put them
00:30:31keyword placement is ranked by importance number one is power number one pirates is your geek title
00:30:39the geek title and this adds the highest weight in the algorithm your main keyword should be
00:30:45at the very start of your title the next one is your description fiverr pays attention to your description a
00:30:55lot
00:30:56then the next is your search time so all of these things are like um
00:31:01they are processes when you are you know creating your gig on your fiverr gig
00:31:07these are processes you have to put a git title you have to put a description you have to put
00:31:13a there's also a column for search tags
00:31:17you get to use five search tags so you have to use all five strategically number the fourth one is
00:31:25your um
00:31:27so there are actually two descriptions yes
00:31:32so the first one is like immediately after your title then there is another description
00:31:38hat like
00:31:40after the search tags i think this one is is a long description so you have to sprinkle keywords
00:31:47naturally maybe two or three times while you're writing your long descriptions the fifth one is
00:31:55frequently asked questions section and you also have to answer questions using your keywords naturally
00:32:04yes so as i have said earlier you have to be very strategic with all of those things
00:32:11strategy it is not look when you're opening or when you're creating the fiverr gig let it be at the
00:32:18back of your mind strategy like let it be ringing strategy strategy like how can i do this better how
00:32:24can i do this that's what you know yield results for me gig title formula
00:32:39so your git title is your hc character sales pitch it's a characters i i believe you actually
00:32:50understand what that means it's a character sales pitch i will close your service plus the audience and the
00:33:02benefits yeah so let me break this down you will start with i will i will is actually um fiverr
00:33:10standard
00:33:10in fact the highway is already there so you just add your service your audience and the benefits then you
00:33:17had your specific service not just design logos not just right design logos no inputs design a modern i will
00:33:30design a modern minimalist logo add your target audience for tech startup or for youtube creators
00:33:41or for personal brands like add the target audience then you had the benefits that will
00:33:53that will boost brand recognition so let me let me like read everything together i will design a modern
00:34:02minimalist logo for youtube creators that keeps viewers watching or i would design a modern minimalist logo for
00:34:14tech startup that would boost brand recognition
00:34:20that way you're putting your service your target audience and benefits
00:34:28your title should actually make someone stop and think this is exactly what i need like if your title
00:34:36is converting is converting enough that is all that you need to actually land that um so actually land
00:34:46that gig that order so these are examples these are examples i will design logos
00:35:02i will design a modern minimalist logo for your tech startup why this is good is because it is specific
00:35:10it is clear like it has a clear audience and implies on understanding sitting a professional writer here
00:35:18i will write seo blog post that ranks your website from google like
00:35:26let's say for first and d the buyer actually needs somebody that would help them rank on help their
00:35:34websites rank from google and you put this i will write seo blog posts that rank your website on google
00:35:40that is what they want to hear they are not even looking back and saying okay is this person they
00:35:45are
00:35:45going for hits asap i will these videos very very wrong no specific specificity i will but the right
00:35:55thing to do is i will edit cinematic youtube videos that keep viewers watching why this is so right is
00:36:02because it is platform specific let's say there's somebody that needs this kind of cinematic videos on
00:36:09is our youtube channel they already know who this person knows how to do it it is platform specific
00:36:16it addresses the client's real goal and they go for it they go for hits they don't even need to
00:36:25do too
00:36:25much so make sure you put all of these things into consideration when you are actually writing your gig
00:36:33height so so the next one is the gig image and it's actually underrated as well like people don't
00:36:42you know people people feel he's not composed you i actually put my well the the knowledge is that
00:36:49because it is a um search engine i don't really need to put my picture and all of that all
00:36:55i need to
00:36:55do is just to make the algorithm see me use the right keywords i know but then your gig image
00:37:02is
00:37:02actually also parts because some buyers will just want to know or see the face behind the gig
00:37:12right so it's also very important i use eye-catching visuals high quality images actually grab
00:37:20potential buyers attention let's even you know shift to like reality when you see something and you
00:37:30know it's it has eye-catching visuals as a person as a person you are drawn you are naturally attracted
00:37:38to that thing you get so bring that um bring that into privacy or that's okay when clients see my
00:37:48when
00:37:48buyers actually see my image they are drawn to it it attracts them we get the next one is professional
00:37:58presentation you have to have well composed images that convey credibility and trust another reason why
00:38:05you should use the good images because it actually conveys that trust oh they are seeing a face they are
00:38:11putting a face yes even if it is like a professional headshot that is already edited or something
00:38:18so far there is a face you get this conveys credibility and trust yeah then another thing you should add
00:38:28in your gig in your image is your work like display your best projects there's also a section where you
00:38:36put
00:38:36your projects there's a section you put your project so you should showcase your work as well something you
00:38:46you should not do is use generic stock photos no don't do that you know how those free
00:38:56stock photos are a lot of those things don't you should not or maybe cluttered text or blurry images
00:39:05you you should not be like every other seller actually if you go on fiber you are going to see
00:39:10all of these things
00:39:11so and in a way some people are doing this and and they are landing others you just try to
00:39:17do the right
00:39:17thing look out for something that will make you stand out that's just the um the brain behind like the
00:39:25um
00:39:27the um what's it called the the plus behind this
00:39:34you should make sure you try to actually stand out yes try to stand out
00:39:43so um
00:39:47moving on moving on
00:39:51gig image design elements
00:39:55the perfect gig image has five elements and number one is that you show your work don't just tell
00:40:03if you are a logo design show a natural logo that you have actually come up with
00:40:07if your virtual has assistance my virtual has assistance show something that's you know you
00:40:15maybe like a travel itinerary you did for someone maybe you are an executive here and you did and you
00:40:24do
00:40:24quite a lot of um what's it called canva design um what else administrative tasks data entry um
00:40:35um some evas actually did view um video editing add it all of those things make sure you just you
00:40:44know put
00:40:45it in it put it in it showcase your work showcase your work the same way you have cv that
00:40:54you attach
00:40:55when you are you know applying to jobs you also need to actually put your work on fiver
00:41:04i it totally skipped my mind to you know come up with a um with a gig title for virtual
00:41:12assistant so
00:41:12let me just do that now i will be your executive virtual assistant or i will be um i'll be
00:41:23your
00:41:24executive i'll be an executive virtual assistant for you can also use text as startup to streamline your
00:41:36workflow i will be a data entry specialist for
00:41:51a data entry specialist for your
00:41:58for your maybe fashion business something like that
00:42:03i will create or i will yes that is i will create
00:42:09youtube thumbnails for your youtube channel like just make sure you are putting you had
00:42:23the service the benefits the service the audience and benefits
00:42:31and don't don't don't don't forget you can use the autocomplete use the autocomplete strategy
00:42:39the competitors had analysis just go and put all of those things in the search bar first and you
00:42:45just see the people that are ranking and you use their patterns so i thought to mention that
00:42:52like i i i totally forgot so the next gig image design element is text overlay
00:43:01you can use text overlay box keep it short
00:43:06so maybe you you have i'm i'm talking about like there there's something like a thumbnail as well that
00:43:13you use for your gig um image so after adding your your picture make it short professional logo design
00:43:23don't don't don't write something too too long that is now even not visible to see or youtube video editing
00:43:35or um
00:43:39or executive virtual assistants for busy entrepreneurs like don't don't even cluster
00:43:49not so much things the next thing is color psychology use colors that influences um perceptions positively
00:43:59don't use colors that are not um match your colors with your services
00:44:06so i i think there's actually a slide that i i spoke about this then the next one is human
00:44:13elements this is your secret weapon we don't know it is your secret weapon show your face let your face
00:44:21be very visible add your face there are a lot of people that don't have images on fiverr but you
00:44:29can
00:44:29go on x and you know search for fiverr accounts or there's there's actually a particular guy i can't
00:44:37remember his his name right right now that talks about fiverr you were saying it one time that it's
00:44:42very important that you actually add your image to your fiverr gauge it's very very important don't
00:44:51don't just put services no don't put services so for the color psychology trust blue evokes feelings of
00:45:02dependent dependability and security creating you can use um other colors like create like orange rather
00:45:12orange orange inspires enthusiasm and imaginative thinking growth this is definitely great so just
00:45:21use colors that actually matches you to use ash colors or colors that's they are not even visually
00:45:28pleasing don't do that don't do that all of these little little things you feel they are little
00:45:34they are actually the um foxes that spawn the divine so pay close attention to them image
00:45:43does and don't do professional clear image do professional clay visual sorry dues sorry professional clay
00:45:54visuals enhances enhances credibility a world composed image builds trust and attracts buyers i can like
00:46:02i have said this over and over see see this image now the lady is smiling is is is smiling
00:46:09see her face
00:46:11clear catchy you know and professional she's dressed professionally don't go and wear colors that are so
00:46:22so please don't do all of those things don't don't use claw cluttered visuals like this like like what's
00:46:31what's it showing on on our on this slide right now it's it's not professional avoid busy design that
00:46:40distracts from your message you know you're actually passing a particular message so avoid using anything that
00:46:47just you know distracts the clients from actually paying attention to what you're actually um trying to
00:46:58to say exactly don't use generic stock photos
00:47:06yes there's some they do these things that actually happen just one photo a lot of people are using it
00:47:15no don't do that don't use blurry low resolution images don't mislead people by showing work you did not
00:47:25actually do and don't use dark images that are hard to see i'll i'll go over what you should do
00:47:34use
00:47:34professional high quality images
00:47:38professional high quality images make it clear and easy to understand at thumbnail size use actual
00:47:46examples of your work use readable bold states if you add any to your um to your thumbnails then test
00:47:57different versions and keep the buyer stock on your gig yeah so you might ask how do i even create
00:48:10this
00:48:11gig image there are a lot of tools you can use number one on the list is canva you can
00:48:16use canva to create
00:48:17it when you go on canva just search for fiverr gig image or fiverr thumbnail just search for something
00:48:25like it's going to give you a lot of it's going to give you a lot of templates you can
00:48:31pick any and
00:48:32just adjust make sure you adjust don't copy don't lift it like that change the color adjust the layout
00:48:39add your own picture and all of those things there is remove bg for you know maybe if you want
00:48:46to remove
00:48:47background of your image you can use remove bg and you're not using canva pro because on cover pro you
00:48:53can actually remove um background you can you can just use remove bg to remove it then you import
00:49:03to canva there's also photopedia and if you are a graphic design pro you guys have your photoshop you
00:49:11know the professional um graphic design tools
00:49:17great gig disc description description structure and this is just basically your sales page it needs
00:49:24to answer to the questions what do you offer why should they choose you and what happens next
00:49:31so the paragraph launch is going to be your hook
00:49:36and they are very critical for seo you get so make sure you had you know what you do your
00:49:46service
00:49:47what would be what benefits is going to bring to the buyer then your experiences and
00:49:57um the the delivery promise yes you have to have that as well you have to have it because you
00:50:06have
00:50:06to convince them as much as you can the paragraph two is um you use bullet points to list exactly
00:50:15what
00:50:15they get so as a virtual assistant you've introduced yourself i will help you streamline your um
00:50:25your busy workflow to create more time or to increase your productivity or to create more time for you
00:50:35to focus on other business activities then you use bullet points to actually you know list what you'll
00:50:43be doing what what they are going to to get so administrative tasks data entry customer support
00:50:50travel itinerary you list all of those things cover designing your social media management just make sure
00:50:59you are listing what you can do so after that you let them you know know why they should choose
00:51:08you what makes you different your need your unique process your experience your guarantee they want to
00:51:15look at those things and for the fourth um paragraph you can put how it works give them a simple
00:51:21step-by-step
00:51:23um it just reduces anxiety and you know build trust and you might ask what do i mean by that
00:51:31a step-by-step
00:51:32is just you know you're telling them how you onboard them and how you help them with the particular
00:51:42with all of the services that you have listed you are going to keep it short it's not it's not
00:51:48something long ago
00:51:49it's not like you're going to be picking it one after the other you just give them that you know
00:51:55that guarantee that they are in the same
00:51:57hands and this will help them to reduce their hands anxiety and just build trust make sure you had keywords
00:52:05you know as i i said it i said that earlier earlier rather sprinkle keywords in your description then
00:52:15you have your call to action yeah and the call to action is just you know you are ready to
00:52:21um scale your
00:52:23business 10 ready to scale your business by you know 2x or 10x or 3x anyone click continue to order
00:52:33now
00:52:33or message with your questions so you actually keep it scannable you use bullet points no walls of text
00:52:40don't clutter don't have don't say too much no and make sure you actually preferred let it be grammar free
00:52:51grammar error free because when you're writing as well and there are a lot of you know you commit a
00:52:58lot of
00:52:58blunders yeah for me even me as a nigerian i don't like it i just see your um what's the
00:53:08call and i i move
00:53:10past past it i don't see you as somebody that i can commit work in turn so you should make
00:53:17sure you actually
00:53:21um proofread before you eventually
00:53:27move to the next section so we go to the prices strategy so on five other three package system
00:53:34so you can decide to name them anything basic package standard package premium package so the basic
00:53:42package package is for entry points is entry points for new buyers so you just you know put a particular
00:53:51put a particular come up with a package something basic yes and not too high you can just put five
00:54:00dollars for a virtual assistant five dollars per hour and you list what you are going to do for them
00:54:05you
00:54:05can put document creation um canva design social media management for 30 minutes or for one hour in
00:54:14a day like you just put things that that's corresponding to that five hours five five dollar per hour
00:54:20and if you want to start with seven eight nine or ten dollars is also fine but make sure you
00:54:26you know what
00:54:27what i said you've already made your research you've seen how these people the like the team players in that
00:54:36niche how they are you know how they charge and all of that you've seen it and you just use
00:54:41that pattern
00:54:42in a way you get to come up with yours as well so moving on sorry
00:54:57moving on um okay so when you are creating your gig there are some extras
00:55:04so let's say fast you can add fast delivery all of those things are actually in the um
00:55:11they are in these sessions so some are optional some are so i think this um these extras these gig
00:55:18extras are actually optional it's not compulsory you fill them but you can also fill them
00:55:22fast delivery you had a price to hit so let's say five dollars is your you know your main price
00:55:31for fast delivery you can add additional five dollars that okay they don't they want it earlier than
00:55:37the time you actually deliver so you've had it an extra revision you can also add a price to hit
00:55:44source file they want the source file of anything that you did any service or any
00:55:51um project that you completed completed for them you also had a pricing to eat you also had the pricing
00:56:01to hit getting your first order so there are different ways you can actually you know
00:56:08make these things come so you can have a launch discount so let's say normally you would charge maybe
00:56:14ten dollars you now say okay because you are just launching you are going to you know slash price and
00:56:20you'll be giving them seven dollars you'll be giving them for seven dollars for this you might have to
00:56:31even create like a separate um like a flyer you can post it on on your other social media platforms
00:56:38and
00:56:39you attach the link of your fiverr gig to it so if they are interested they will definitely just click
00:56:47the league and they would order you get the buyer's request respond quickly to potential clients needs
00:56:55it's very important in fact when i i just started out what's one of what's my tutor told me that
00:57:02as soon as they they see because if they message you and it's already like maybe 20 30 minutes no
00:57:08response from you they move on to another buyer they might want to get that thing done like asap
00:57:13they move on you get social promotion share gigs on social media platforms you can i just said that
00:57:22you can copy your even let's say maybe you're very active on linkedin or you're active on x and all
00:57:27of
00:57:27that copy the link of your of your gig go and paste it on different on all of your social
00:57:36media platforms
00:57:37anybody can click it and they just please an order you get so moving on
00:57:48so let's see if you can click on buyers request so let me dive deeper into um buyers request because
00:57:54it is actually powerful it is powerful and to assess this you go to more then you click on buyers
00:58:04request i
00:58:05i wish this was a practical class but if you really want the practical class you can subscribe to my
00:58:12um
00:58:12exclusive community we call i call it the growth community so we do all of these things like
00:58:20step-by-step practical it's just for the whole year you get to pay 20 000 euro and
00:58:28you are like you be you will be on the platform from january yes from january to december and we
00:58:37hold
00:58:38different different you know um different practical classes where you get to actually do these things
00:58:46yourself you see it is it is now more of practical not just you know yeah so then you click
00:58:54on buyer's
00:58:55request new request appears every hour you get so and you can also send proposals
00:59:06daily yes you can sell pro we can send proposals on on on on on fiver yeah so you have
00:59:21to also
00:59:22personalize every response no templates you know the way we we talk about these things when using upwork
00:59:29when even you know sending um cover letters you have to personalize each you don't use one
00:59:39um one proposal you are using for for a particular use it for all no you have to personalize each
00:59:48each
00:59:48you have to personalize each you get so and on fiver speed matters you know i i told you when
00:59:56you get
00:59:57a message from a buyer you have to be very fast because actually those indians philistines pakistan
01:00:05all of those people they their patience level is zero in fact minus minus 0.0 minus they are not
01:00:14patient
01:00:14that at all so as soon as like you get you go you go and attend the t sap we
01:00:21get
01:00:23you have to send your proposal within the first hour of the request being posted
01:00:31so moving on moving on
01:00:37moving on delivery excellence delivery excellence so you have to over communicate you have to be
01:00:45communicating with your clients ah it's very very important you don't just you know go silent on
01:00:52them communicate let them know the stages of their projects let them know they actually want to know
01:01:02so don't don't deprive them of that so that was why i put over communicate
01:01:08under promise and over deliver don't over deliver hand on that promise when i promise them and over
01:01:15putting your best to over deliver to them you can include bonuses let's say okay um they are requesting
01:01:23for your vision and and how and maybe they've exhausted it you can just do it for them and just
01:01:28say okay
01:01:29you are doing it it's also a way to buy them over they'll keep coming back you get professional delivery
01:01:35message i think i i i noted something now let me let me um let me check it here
01:01:51okay professional delivery message so hi you can put your name have completed your projects
01:01:57you can put the project name there here is what i delivered you can list what you delivered if you
01:02:04need revisions let me look forward to your feedback so you don't just you know send the uh what's it
01:02:09called to them like that have a professional delivery message and ask for the views politely actually
01:02:17these people are nice people so if you if you do your job well you can ask them for for
01:02:23the views and
01:02:24they show they will show give you that you know review after they have accepted their delivery i'm glad you
01:02:32can just tell
01:02:33them i'm glad you're happy if satisfied i would prefer a five-star review it helps others find my services
01:02:41don't bear go it's not easy it is not begging is it is what you deserve for what you know
01:02:48they have
01:02:49of course they would have given you the response oh i love your work and none of that so you
01:02:54just ask for
01:02:55it politely it politely it is not begging and just to ask once and politely you get you know yeah
01:03:05you
01:03:06also have a repetition so if if you're saying um what what is that word now so persistent and you
01:03:15know you
01:03:16are just you are just begging and making it feel that making them feel that they are doing you a
01:03:23favor
01:03:23is not going to you know portray you well let me put it out so you just ask them politely
01:03:32yes and most of them actually do they do you see it is not that hard
01:03:40so we have um the next slide we will be talking about fiver
01:03:46uh fiver sellers um level fiver level progression rate requirements i actually made this screenshot
01:03:54directly from fiverr so this is level one you have to have success five success score okay from new
01:04:01seller to level one you have to have five five success score your rating must be 4.4 response rate
01:04:0980 percent orders you must have completed five orders you need unique clients you must at least so
01:04:16that means that you might complete five orders and it's just one client so if you have completed the
01:04:22fiverr and you have this 400 or any and this is just one client you will still not move to
01:04:28this level
01:04:29so you have to be able to complete um for three different clients so that is what this means
01:04:38then for moving from level one to level two you have to add seven success score 4.6 ratings 90
01:04:45percent
01:04:46rates orders you must have completed 20 orders and 10 unique clients so even if you've completed
01:04:53hundred hundred orders and it's just maybe two or three or four or five clients and you have your
01:05:01two thousand honeys as well you might not be able to move if you don't have 10 different clients already
01:05:08i hope you understand so that is how it works and top rated this is it so those are the
01:05:15fiverr
01:05:17sellers level metrics that matters what to track what to track weekly so you track your impressions
01:05:27and this is just how many people are seeing your gig in the search results if this is low your
01:05:33keywords
01:05:33are wrong so you have to go back yes you have to go back and you know work on it
01:05:39clicks how many people
01:05:41are clicking your gig if this is also low your gig your your image or your title needs should be
01:05:47worked
01:05:47on the orders how many people are buying if this is in your description pricing or review needs improvements
01:05:54your conversion rates the percentage of click that's turned into harder your goal is maybe
01:06:0310 to like 30 percent yeah so you need to have 10 up to 30 percent conversion rates response rates
01:06:14you have to be able to this um some people will say within 24 hours 24 hours is even in
01:06:20the first one
01:06:20hour you have to be able to respond yes then completion rates other completed vessels canceled you have to have
01:06:28high it has to be like 90 90 95 percent so these are metrics you should actually look out for
01:06:37these are metrics you should look out for and common mistakes you should avoid violating the term of
01:06:46services term of service number one of such is on fiverr you don't share numbers you don't share links
01:06:55as soon as you share numbers or you share link the bots there's a fiverr bots that you know
01:07:00the monitors everybody's and chats it just blocks you not sometimes some people are lucky their
01:07:07accounts will not be taken out but it just blocks your communication with that seller so with that buyer
01:07:14rather so you can share meals yes you can share meals can you share meals yes you can share meals
01:07:28you can share
01:07:29meals so if exactly if your words is exactly for your number you even you know write it you know
01:07:35bots are
01:07:35here they will they read you get so you just write it in a way that the you are clear
01:07:42so here is my in my
01:07:44here is my email you put your email kindly forward the project details like but sharing of numbers and
01:07:55links they don't want to see it they don't want to see so avoid doing that copy pasting descriptions
01:08:02i said this earlier even if you are going through other people you just learn their pattern you learn
01:08:08your strategy you don't copy and paste ignoring messages you are just
01:08:14you are hoxing if you are doing that if you are ignoring messages you are hurting
01:08:19your response rates yes late deliveries it does not speak well of you as well competing on price alone
01:08:27price price is not even anything on fiverr child you need to be able to win the algorithm over first
01:08:34that's
01:08:34like number one then over committing you are overcoming and you are under deliver don't do
01:08:40that though because it's going to affect your profile it's going to affect your profile so
01:08:47these are success checklist before you launch keywords research title using the formula we spoke
01:08:54about professional image description is compelling you have your td packages prized strategically
