00:11is now under the scanner in a CBI paper leak investigation.
00:15In a Facebook post from November 2025, the family had called it a matter of great pride
00:20that five children had secured seats in government medical colleges.
00:23Here's what we know so far.
00:25The alert chain begins in Nashik, where Shubham Khernair is accused of accessing the need
00:292026 question paper and sharing it further.
00:32From there, the paper is said to have moved to Yash Yadav in Gurgaon.
00:36Investigators allege that Yash knew Vikas Biwal, the son of Mangilal Biwal,
00:40one of three Biwal brothers from Jamwa Ramgad.
00:45Through this connection, the paper allegedly entered the family network for a payment of around 15 to 30 lakh rupees.
00:51Officials further allege that two of the brothers, Dinesh Biwal and Mangilal Biwal,
00:55later circulated the paper in Sikar, where it was sold again for profit.
00:59The brothers run a real estate business called Biwal Properties in Jamwa Ramgad.
01:04Three members of the family, Dinesh Biwal, Mangilal Biwal and Vikas Biwal are currently in CBI custody.
01:09Shubham Khernair from Nashik has also been arrested.
01:18Two children of Mangilal cleared NEET in 2025 and are now studying MBBS in government medical colleges in Rajasthan.
01:25Two daughters of Ghansham also cleared the exam in the same year.
01:27These results are now being viewed as part of the broader investigation.
01:36The Biwal brothers have been seen with several BJP leaders including Jamwa Ramgad MLA Mahendarpal Meena,
01:42while Congress leaders have alleged political protection in the case.
01:45The BJP, however, has denied any formal connection with the family.
01:48CBI searches and questioning continue as the investigation expands across multiple states and alleged links.
