00:00I'd rather be poor in spirit, O Lord, than to be rich in the eyes of the world.
00:12I'd rather be poor in spirit, O Lord, than to be rich in the eyes of the world.
00:20Hey, what's going on, everybody?
00:23Hope you're having a great, great day wherever you're watching.
00:26I'm Jason Hunt here, and welcome to the Fire Realm, where we are broadcasting globally.
00:34And we have special guests here that I want to introduce you to today.
00:39And I hope you're excited because I'm excited.
00:42And I know they're excited as well.
00:45But first off, for those that's your first time watching and watching the broadcast and tuning in,
00:51I'm Jason Hunt, and I'm the founder of the Fire Realm Global TV Network.
00:57And I have a special guest, Sean Cain and Bishop Fred here.
01:02Y'all just say hello to the people.
01:04Hello.
01:05All right.
01:05And you already know for all those where you're always watching that the number one thing that we are passionate
01:13here about at the Fire Realm
01:15is that fire of God that sparks in your heart for revival.
01:20And our guest today, I think you're going to be real blessed to hear their stories
01:25and to hear what God has done all the way from Uganda.
01:30Right.
01:30Amen.
01:31Amen.
01:32Man, let's give Uganda a hand clap for that.
01:37So I'm excited, you guys.
01:39And I believe that this is going to be a real treat for you.
01:42Now, remember, at the bottom of the screen, you can always stay connected to what's at the bottom of the
01:49screen here.
01:50But first off, how are you all doing today?
01:54Bishop Fred and Sean Cain, how are you doing today?
01:58What has the Lord been doing in your ministry?
02:00I want you to tell the people what God has been doing with you.
02:04But first off, we'll start off with Sean and then move on to Bishop.
02:09Just tell us a little bit about your story, what God has done with you, who you are, and just
02:15let the people know.
02:17All right.
02:18Thanks.
02:18Thanks, Jason.
02:19All right.
02:19It's just good to be here and just be able to share.
02:24I'm Sean Cain.
02:26I lead Evangelism Global.
02:28We're known in Africa as Yeshua Global Mission Africa.
02:33All right.
02:33Awesome.
02:34There's a difficulty with securing the name Evangelism Global with the Ugandan government.
02:39Okay.
02:40So we picked a different name.
02:42Okay.
02:43But our passion is just to bring the gospel to those who've never heard about Jesus to reach the unreached.
02:50So, yeah, my story is pretty simple, relatively simple from my point of view.
02:57Right, right.
02:58I didn't grow up in a Christian household and just reached a point in my life I felt worthless, lost,
03:07and totally empty.
03:09And wandered into a church with my best friend, plotting to knife the drummer of the church.
03:16And in the process, heard the gospel, and Jesus appeared to me and just changed my whole life.
03:24Wow.
03:24The first thing I could think was, how is this the biggest kept secret in the world?
03:30I've never heard about this Jesus guy.
03:32Right, right, right.
03:33It took me until I was 24 to hear about the gospel, and I thought, everyone needs to hear about
03:39Jesus.
03:40I got it.
03:41Yeah.
03:41So that's my life now.
03:44Wow.
03:44My life's for Jesus.
03:46Wow.
03:47Amen to that.
03:50And I think that that could resonate also with a lot of you out there that, man, that you were
03:57broken and you had an encounter with the Lord in a place of brokenness.
04:03My God, that's real powerful.
04:05What about you, Bishop?
04:07Go ahead and tell us a little bit about yourself and also your background, how you got saved, and things
04:13like that.
04:15Thank you so much, my brother, Jason.
04:18I'm so grateful to be here to be able to share my testimony.
04:23My name is Fred Mugambua, and as you've heard, I'm pastoring a church known as Crisis Church, Uganda, and also
04:34we have another ministry we call Africa Harvest Mission,
04:39which helps us to reach out to the rest of the parts or countries of Africa.
04:45I am married to Elizabeth, and together we have been blessed with 12 children, and I'm also a grandpa of
04:5620 kids.
04:57Whoa, grandpa!
05:00You look great, by the way.
05:01Thank you, thank you, thank you.
05:04I'm so grateful to God for such an opportunity to share more from my heart.
05:11But as a youth, at the age of 18, I was so much depressed in my life.
05:20And in my country, Uganda, those of you who know about the history, you know that we had a civil
05:28war that lasted for like five years.
05:32And during that time, you couldn't tell whether you will come back alive when you walk out of your house
05:42and coming in.
05:44There was no guarantee that you would come back alive, because many people were being shot, dead, and so many
05:52things were happening.
05:54And so many questions came to my heart that if I happened to die, because I had listened to the
06:02gospel before, and I was not surrendering my life.
06:06But because of what was happening, and I was put to a test whereby I was put to a gunpoint
06:17like five times, and bilaterously, God was delivering me.
06:23So I came to understand that, you know, life has an end.
06:29And God has been gracious to me, giving me an opportunity to escape.
06:38And I said, one time when I listened to the gospel, I said, you know, let me be more deliberate.
06:48And I said, listen carefully.
06:54And I had so many questions.
06:56And I went ahead, and I sat down, and this gentleman who was sharing the gospel gave me time.
07:09And I was so grateful that he could listen to me, and I shared my heart out, and he was
07:19willing to help me out.
07:21And through his prayers and so many scriptures that he quoted to me, convincing me, until I was able to
07:32understand that I need to surrender and give my life to Christ.
07:37Hallelujah.
07:38Since then, I decided to surrender.
07:43Oh, wow.
07:44Oh, wow.
07:45And I think, wow, powerful, powerful testimony of just the power of God.
07:52And, you know, Bishop and Sean, you know, a lot of people, and I love your transparency, because a lot
08:01of people, and I know you all listening out there,
08:04that some of the things that are being talked about here today, it's not an accident you're watching.
08:11I think that God specifically puts you in the right place at the right time to listen to a message
08:18that can resonate to where you are.
08:20So if you hear anything, know that God is talking to you today, and that he's also showing you an
08:27example that no matter where you are in your life, there is always hope.
08:34And not only is there hope, but there's a way for a brand new life and change.
08:40And so I'm so filled to hear that, to hear y'all's story.
08:47The second thing I wanted to just get to is a lot of people don't know what salvation is, right?
08:58They hear powerful testimonies.
09:01They hear your testimony, my testimony.
09:03And they hear, okay, you got saved, you got changed in your life, but what does salvation actually mean?
09:12So I want to go ahead and start with Bishop, and then you can pass it on to Sean.
09:17What does salvation mean?
09:19What have you, and what has the Lord revealed to you concerning salvation?
09:24Thank you so much.
09:27Salvation, in brief, I would say is the all of what you need in life, to live peacefully with your
09:39neighbors, to enjoy the life that God created you to be.
09:46It's a whole package of everything that makes life.
09:50So before you get to know Christ, it's like when I get a car, when I build a house, it's
10:00like when I get money, I will be okay.
10:03But salvation is beyond that.
10:08Salvation is what explains the real you.
10:13And it's all about getting to know that you cannot exist where God is not.
10:22It's God who created us.
10:25And when we sinned, he decided not to allow us just continue in our sin because it was leading us
10:38to eternal death.
10:39And we are not created to have an eternal death.
10:47We are created to be living forever.
10:52So once you don't receive Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and Lord, your life is cut short by a
11:06way of saying you will not live peacefully forever.
11:12You will be either condemned to hell or you will have eternal life, sharing your life with your Creator.
11:20So giving our lives to Christ is so much to do with the whole of life, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and
11:34domestically.
11:36We have so many issues in life.
11:38But it's like you giving it all to God, saying, Lord, I know you are the one who created me.
11:48And whatever concerns me is your business.
11:52So it's like I am giving back my life to you.
11:59That's all about salvation.
12:02Briefly, that's what I can say.
12:04It's when you allow God now to take the upper hand of your life.
12:11Amen.
12:12Amen.
12:12Man, and that's so powerful.
12:14You want to go ahead and piggyback on that, Sean?
12:16And I'm going to highlight certain things as well that both of you are saying.
12:22Because the thing is, you have to understand what salvation means.
12:28Salvation is bigger than just church, a building.
12:33You know, many people see it as religion.
12:37Right?
12:37So we're going to really dissect that and get into the core.
12:42But go ahead and piggyback on that, Sean.
12:45What's the salvation mean?
12:47Wow.
12:47You know, really well said, Fred.
12:50Amen.
12:50Yeah, really well said.
12:53I think I would just exacerbate things to try and add too much more to it.
12:57But just to say, salvation is us being brought back to what God originally intended for all
13:04of us.
13:05Right.
13:06Everything you were mentioning, Fred, that's what our life is supposed to look like with
13:11God, and that was always His intention.
13:14I think sometimes people think all of the problems in the world are because God is not a good God.
13:21The world is bad because God is evil or He doesn't care.
13:29And the reality is that God's intention for us is the life that Fred's mentioning.
13:37Right.
13:37And salvation is us not having that because we don't have that relationship with God.
13:42Our sins have separated us from that, from having that.
13:46And it's through faith in Jesus that He brings us back to what was always intended for us.
13:53Salvation is the answer for all the world's problems, for the ending of war and poverty,
13:58everything, suffering, lack of peace.
14:03I think the biggest thing that I might take away from salvation is that it's the free gift
14:09of the love of God, you know, that every other religion teaches this idea that salvation is
14:17like making life or the world better through human efforts.
14:22Maybe if we can have the best government or the best system or if I can make this list of
14:31good deeds to do and if everyone can do all these good deeds, we'll make the world perfect.
14:36And salvation tells me that, the gospel tells me, that no one can accomplish that.
14:42Only God can accomplish it.
14:45And it sets me free because it says that God wants to give me everything Fred has described.
14:50And all I have to do is to trust the message of Jesus, that Jesus really is God in the
14:58flesh.
14:58God did not just sit by idly and let us go on in our suffering, but He came as one
15:05of us
15:05and entered into creation and died on our behalf in order to freely set us free from this stuff.
15:14It's amazing why He would freely offer that I can be forgiven and I can have everything
15:22Fred's describing.
15:24And all I have to do is trust that He really loves me that much, that He died for me
15:29and
15:29rose from the dead for me.
15:31That's salvation to me.
15:33Wow.
15:34Amen.
15:34I mean, powerful.
15:35And, you know, many of you, for those who, and I can resonate with that, many of you, you
15:42know my story as well, that, you know, coming from drugs, alcohol, sex, wild parties, gang
15:50activity, when you mentioned hope, hopelessness, that hopelessness that you mentioned, Bishop
15:57Fred, that I think they, so many of us, especially what Sean just piggybacked on and touched, that
16:07even when it comes to our society and our government, that how many people are in our world that is
16:15depending on the government, depending on, you know, presidents, depending on, you know,
16:21we're here in America.
16:23But it's not just in America, throughout the world, depending on all these men, but men can
16:32only go so far.
16:34And I think that is, that's the absence of, of, of where we are in our world today.
16:40So salvation, I want to just say, you know, if you're watching and you're not saved, you
16:45know, I hope you're hearing what is being said today, because God is, God wants to save
16:50you.
16:51He wants to touch you right where you are.
16:53It doesn't matter your background or where you're from, or even what society you're in.
16:59God can pull you out of and bring you into.
17:03And so I think that's so powerful, but how did you know, Sean, that because some people
17:13out there, you know, they, okay, they're, they're saved and they, they, they're walking
17:20with God and, you know, they, they love God, but they're saying, okay, but how, what do I
17:27do?
17:27They're sitting here.
17:28I'm saved.
17:29I know I'm saved, but where do I fit in for ministry in the body of Christ?
17:37Where is my purpose?
17:40What am I here to do as I'm in the body of Christ?
17:43So I want to ask, how did you know when God started calling you into ministry?
17:49So if you are there, you want to, you want to find out, okay, Lord, I'm saved, but how
17:56can you use me?
17:57What do I do?
17:59So I want you to just tell the people, how do you know, how did you know personally when
18:05God called you into ministry?
18:08You got a lot of good questions in those cards.
18:14I want to answer your first question and then to that question.
18:17Go ahead.
18:17That's okay.
18:20You know, I think sometimes we get this view that our purpose for existence is to like worship
18:26God in the sense of my purpose as a Christian is to sing songs and that's my purpose for
18:33existing.
18:34And maybe it's part of it, but I think our main purpose when people are asking what's
18:39my purpose now that I'm a Christian, it says in the Garden of Eden that God made man and
18:44woman.
18:45And he would walk with them in the cool of the day and then he told them to tend the
18:50garden
18:50and to keep it, right?
18:52So I'd say first of all, our purpose as a Christian is like this.
18:59Our purpose for existing, why are we here, is to have a relationship with God, a close
19:04relationship with God, walking with him every day.
19:08And then the second part is that our purpose is to join him in the world that he calls good.
19:15He calls it a good world.
19:16We join him in his good world to make it better.
19:20We join him as he's gardening and making the world better.
19:23We're joining hands with him.
19:25So that looks like I'm in relationship with God and my purpose as a Christian is to have
19:31relationship with God and to daily join him in loving the world as he would love the world,
19:38day by day, in lots of different ways.
19:41It can look like lots of different ways.
19:43But more specifically to your other question, I think the way I knew that God had called me
19:53into a more specific, like what does that look like, a more specific thing, I knew immediately
19:59that I was maybe called to do more than just be a Christian, maybe to do something more
20:07in like leadership or something like that, almost right away.
20:11All I could think was, right away?
20:13Right away.
20:14I mean, the moment I had that encounter, Jesus appeared to me in the church and I saw him
20:18in his glory, all I could think about afterwards, all my bitterness, all my anger, all of wanting
20:25to knife the drummer, all I could think was I wanted to hug him.
20:29I'm like, I want to hug this guy because he's only been trying to tell me about salvation.
20:36And I've been angry at him, but he's really just been trying to lead me to salvation.
20:42And I thought, man, I just want to hug him.
20:44I want to hug this guy.
20:46And then I was shocked.
20:47What?
20:47I want to hug the guy that previously I wanted to put a knife to his throat.
20:53Whoa.
20:54And my other thought was, I mean, even before leaving the church service was, I thought
21:01about running to the gas station at the end of the street and just running inside and
21:05telling everyone there about Jesus and that they all need to come down to this church because
21:10I thought at that time, yeah, you need to come to church.
21:12That's where you hear about Jesus.
21:14Right, right, right.
21:15But I thought, wow, I could give my, I've wasted my whole life so far.
21:19I could give my whole life just to this, just to telling people about Jesus.
21:24This is the best thing I could ever do.
21:27But yeah, within a few weeks, I asked God, two things happened.
21:32I asked God what, my best friend came to me.
21:36Terry, we were speaking to my friend on the phone yesterday.
21:41And he came to me and he said, Sean, you really seem to hear the Holy Spirit.
21:46Mind you, we've been saved for like, we've been Christians for like three weeks, maybe.
21:51And he says, will you pray and ask God what I'm supposed to do with my life?
21:56And I thought, what?
21:59Man, that's a lot of pressure.
22:00What if I'm wrong?
22:03What if I ask God and whatever I think I'm hearing, I'm wrong.
22:06I'm going to ruin my friend's life.
22:09But at the same time, I thought, how can I tell him, no, I won't ask God?
22:12Right, right, right.
22:13Because the Bible says, ask and you'll receive.
22:15Right, right.
22:16Right?
22:17Knock and the door will be open.
22:18So I can't say that I, I can't refuse to ask.
22:23But I felt a lot of pressure.
22:25So I asked.
22:26And then I saw a vision of like a restaurant with, it was an open air restaurant.
22:34There were no walls.
22:35There were like, two of the walls were open to the street, you know?
22:38Yeah, yeah.
22:39And so I could see into this restaurant and it had like chairs and tables.
22:45And then there was a bar.
22:46And up in the corner from the, hanging from the ceiling was a TV, one of those old bubble
22:52TVs and it had like a metal cage around it.
22:55So no one would steal it.
22:58And I could see on the TV, I saw my friend on the TV.
23:02He was on a stage with a microphone preaching.
23:07And I just told him what I saw.
23:09And the Lord began to tell me that your friend is going to be in like a TV ministry and
23:16preaching.
23:18So I said, okay.
23:19I told him what I was seeing.
23:20And as I was telling him what I'm seeing, I also saw that I'm standing on the street
23:25outside of this restaurant and it's a dirt, red dirt road, all of the, like a brownish
23:33red dirt road.
23:34And you know, Africa is just that red dirt.
23:37So the Lord says, yeah, your friend's going to be on TV and you will go to Africa.
23:44That's where you're standing.
23:45You'll be in Africa.
23:47Wow.
23:47So I told my friend, you'll be there about the TV ministry.
23:50And then, okay, I'm going to Africa.
23:52Sure enough, now he now works for Christian Broadcasting Network.
23:56So he works for a TV ministry.
24:02That was like almost 13 years ago.
24:04And then about a week later, after that vision, we were at a conference and I said, God, I
24:11was just worshiping.
24:12And I said, you know, I'll do anything.
24:15I've wasted my whole life, all of my life.
24:18I've wasted it.
24:19I had been a drug dealer.
24:20I dropped out of school.
24:21I'd been a gang leader.
24:23And I thought, I've wasted my life.
24:25So you can do a better job with it.
24:28Wow.
24:29So he should not be here right now.
24:30I should definitely not.
24:32Definitely not.
24:33Yeah.
24:34I've had guns put in my head plenty of times.
24:36And I have no idea why I'm still here.
24:41Man, it would distract from the conversation.
24:44But yeah, I should not be here.
24:45So I said, God, you know, I've wasted my whole life.
24:50I've wasted my whole life.
24:52So you can do a better job with it.
24:54So what do you want me to do with my life?
24:58And I was thinking, man, I was thinking of the worst job I could do, you know, just to
25:02show him I really mean anything.
25:05Whatever you tell me, I'll do it.
25:06So I thought, even if you want me to be a janitor, just cleaning the floors, I'll do
25:12it.
25:12Amen.
25:13I'll do it.
25:14That will be my career.
25:15And the next thing I saw was this stage.
25:22And Jesus was in the middle of the stage preaching.
25:25And then it was as though I was about to walk up on the stage to also begin to preach
25:30and
25:30like join.
25:31Wow.
25:32And I didn't understand it.
25:33I've only been a Christian for maybe three or four weeks at this point.
25:36Right.
25:36And then I looked out to the right.
25:39And to the right of the stage, I looked out and there was this sea of people.
25:44Thousands.
25:44I couldn't count them as far as like it's just all the way.
25:47There were trees way in the distance, but this big field and thousands of people in this
25:51field, they were getting saved.
25:54Some were being healed.
25:55Others were being delivered of demons.
25:57Some are just encountering the Holy Spirit all over.
26:01They're having their own personal encounters with God in different ways.
26:05And I thought, what is this?
26:07And he said, this is what you'll do.
26:10But when you go to speak, they won't see you.
26:12They'll see me.
26:14They'll not see you.
26:15They're going to see me.
26:16Hallelujah.
26:17So all I knew is you're called to Africa.
26:21One day you'll go to Africa and there'll be fields of people that get saved.
26:24That's all I knew.
26:26But I knew I was called to ministry.
26:29I knew for sure right then.
26:32Whatever comes next, that's my calling.
26:35Is that.
26:37Wow.
26:38Powerful.
26:38Powerful.
26:39And, you know, I'm going to go ahead and let Bishop just tell his story as well, how he
26:46was called into ministry.
26:48But, you know, Sean, I just want to highlight something.
26:51You said something that really stuck out to me.
26:54And a lot of people don't believe this, which is unfortunate.
26:58A lot of people don't think that God can speak to you through a vision, through whether
27:04it be a dream, a person, through a vision.
27:09But to hear that, you know, a lot of us out there, you're probably having that vision and
27:15you can't, you're not around anybody.
27:18There's no one else is happening to around you.
27:21You know, it's a very vulnerable place.
27:23But I think that brings so much encouragement that if God is talking to you, this is between
27:30you and God.
27:31This is not between any man or any person.
27:35This is between you and Jesus.
27:37And what I'm hearing from you and when you told that powerful testimony about how God
27:42called you into ministry with your background and not even, you know, thinking that, okay,
27:50Lord, do you even have a future for me?
27:52That God steps in and gives you a vision of what you'll be doing and here you are today.
27:57And I think that is, you should really grab a hold of that, that God is speaking to you.
28:04If you're getting a vision, write that thing down, receive that, you know, because that's
28:11between you and Jesus.
28:12No other man is going to stand before God for you, but you and Jesus.
28:17Why not hear the call of Jesus and walk with him in where he wants you to be?
28:25So go ahead, Bishop.
28:27I just want you to also share.
28:29How did you know when you got started into ministry that God was calling you to ministry?
28:36How did you know that?
28:37Thank you so much, Jason.
28:40Just to remind you that when I gave my life to Christ, I was almost a rabbi.
28:50But before that, encountering so many things that were happening in my country, as a young
29:01man, I was still in school.
29:04And then, as you know, in school, before you go to class, they used to call us and we would
29:13assemble for some prayers, general prayers.
29:18And I remember I was in this.
29:25It's easy to paint a pretty picture.
29:28Talk about gold and silver, but it got to be some souls delivered.
29:32I know some people city bound in overtime.
29:35Little Haiti, forget it, man, it's world round.
29:38Be hungry out here, trying to, trying to make.
