00:06Pangkor on Monday has risen to eight after another body was recovered on Thursday.
00:12Marine Police Region 1, Operations Headquarters, Commanding Officer Masrache Mahmud said the
00:19latest body was discovered floating by the search and rescue team at about 11.30 a.m.,
00:25around three nautical miles from Tukun Terendak. Authorities said the identity of the victim has
00:31yet to be established, while efforts are continuing to locate the remaining six missing victims.
00:36The search and rescue operation entered its fourth day on Thursday, with the search now
00:42focused on seven sectors covering more than 219 square nautical miles. According to the
00:49PERAC Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency, the operation resumed at 7 a.m. involving
00:55air and sea assets from the MMEA, the Royal Malaysian Navy and the Marine Police.
