07:09The first step is to create what is called a directory in which Claude will work.
07:13We'll call this directory an invoice.
07:15We're going to give Claude some work, a file to process.
07:18This case will involve invoices.
07:19To make Claude work the way we want, we're going to give it what's called a template.
07:23We'll tell Claude, here are the invoices, I need them, you extract this information.
07:27And so this will serve as our basis for defining what we call a standardized few shots.
07:30Once Claude has finished processing the information, he will have to move the invoices to a new directory.
07:37put them in a folder which will be processed, do the accounting in the CSV or XLS file
07:43to keep track of each of the files he has worked on by looking at the information that has been extracted from the
07:47documents.
07:48That's the logic we're going to implement at the prompt level.
07:50Here's a perfect prompt idea for Claude 4.6.
07:53It is a prompt which is composed of two sections.
07:55A YALM section in which we have the descriptive part, the name and description, and the tools that we

08:13We create what are called SOPs, Standard Operating Systems for Production.
08:18At each stage, it is necessary to know how the model will behave and to ensure that it is perfectly reproducible throughout.

11:59We cannot let Claude decide which information he will choose regarding the invoices.

12:04So, we're going to give it a starter template.
12:07Similarly, we will right-click and create this new folder inside.
12:11And now we're going to transfer the files.
12:13We will have the files to process, which are the images of the invoices that Claude 4.6 will analyze.
12:19And then, the Template section that Claude 4.6 will handle in the Cowork operating interface
12:25to execute the billing analysis workflow.
12:27Now, the important step is to check that our prompt matches.
12:31And Claude, to reassure those who fear that Claude might tackle other cases,
12:36Claude will be confined to performing work in the directories that have been defined in the prompt system.
