Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano admitted that on Wednesday, May 13, Sen. Ronald Dela Rosa was in his car before they arrived at the Senate for Monday’s plenary session. He made this statement soon after Pia Cayetano denied Panfilo Lacson’s claim that the Cayetano siblings already knew Dela Rosa would show up in time for the leadership change vote.
