00:00History has been made in the Bundesliga, with Marie-Louise Etter appointed as Union Berlin's new head coach until the
00:07end of the season.
00:09It's a landmark decision, as the 34-year-old will become the first female to coach a men's team in
00:15Europe's top five leagues, stepping up from Union's under-19s.
00:20It's not the first time Etter has shattered the glass ceiling. In November 2023, she became the Bundesliga's first female
00:27assistant coach.
00:28Two months later, she deputized as manager of Union Berlin, the first woman to lead a Bundesliga team from the
00:35touchline.
00:37Etter guided Union to a 1-0 win over Darmstadt on that occasion, and she will be hoping for another
00:42positive result when her side hosts Wolfsburg on Saturday.
00:51Barcelona were less than impressed with the refereeing during their Champions League match against Atletico Madrid, filing an official complaint
00:58to UEFA.
01:00Barca are furious over what they describe as incomprehensible refereeing, after Atleti defender Marc Pubil handled the ball in the
01:08box during a goal-kick restart.
01:11Barca was very focused today for Atletico, so it's like that. He's a German guy, thanks to Germany.
01:23It's for me a clear red card, or double yellow, and there's a red card and penalty.
01:28And maybe it changed totally different.
01:32The Catalans claimed the decision, and lack of VAR intervention was a significant error, requesting an investigation of the incidents.
01:46Luciano Spalletti will stay on as Juventus' head coach beyond this season, after inking a new two-year contract with
01:52the Bianconeri.
01:55Spalletti was hired back in October, and was initially given the job on an eight-month deal, with Champions League
02:00qualification the primary goal.
02:04With six games to go, Juventus are on track for a top-four finish, convincing the club that Spalletti is
02:10the right man for the job moving forward.
02:14Juve have won four out of their past five matches under the Italian, who took over when the old lady
02:19were down in seventh place in Syria.
02:26After nine years of tremendous service, Andy Robertson will leave Liverpool when his contract expires at the end of the
02:33season.
02:34The 32-year-old has made 374 appearances for the Reds, and collected nine trophies, including two Premier League titles
02:42and the Champions League.
02:45Robertson has found himself on the altar, and was linked with a move away from Anfield in January, but ultimately
02:50stayed despite interest from Tottenham Hotspur.
02:54Won everything over here, served this club for so many years, really loves this club, so it's been a great
03:04eight or nine years for him at the club.
03:09But I think it's also, we saw also that this season he didn't play as much as he was used
03:15to.
03:16The left-back will depart Liverpool as a club legend this summer.
03:20Not bad for an £8 million signing from Hull City.
