00:01:57My day begins at 4.30 in the morning, we're milk over 230 cattle
00:02:02The milk then goes into our family business where we create our very own luxury dairy ice cream using our
00:02:08very own cow's milk
00:02:10Growing up on a farm, you developed a strong work ethic, I train six times a week
00:02:16I would say I developed my strength from carrying two massive 20-litre pails every day
00:02:23We call that the real farmer's carry
00:02:27My family are ecstatic, especially my nieces and nephews
00:02:31One of my nieces calls me Aunty Muscles, so I can't wait to show her what Aunty Muscles can really

00:10:48I think it helps us as a group of men with our mental health,

00:11:01is I want to show children a challenge is a good thing.

00:11:31I've also got a group of kids who literally light up the room,
00:11:35compete against it, even though they tell them a million times
