00:00Speaking of the songs, you've got the single A Thousand Lifetimes out.
00:02What's the story behind that one? How did it come to be?
00:04I just got off the road with Ket Moore in Europe.
00:07I just got back to Nashville. It was like a day or two when I got back.
00:09And I was just straight into writing them.
00:12And I was writing with a friend of mine, and then he's two other writers I'd never met before.
00:16But we were going to the session. We didn't know what we were going to write.
00:20And we just thought, I come in with two ideas.
00:23It's either a love song or a heartbreak song. There's no in between.
00:27And we said we'll write a love song.
00:28And it just happened to be when we wrote that song.
00:30We're like, this song is the perfect wedding song. It's the first dance song.
00:33And that's why we put a version out then.
00:35The first version came out just at the start of this year.
00:37That was the first release of this year.
00:39And we said we wanted to do a wedding version,
00:41like a more stripped-back piano kind of ballad version of it.
00:44So we put that out.
00:45And so far, we've had people telling me that it's been used for their first dance and stuff.
00:50And I think my girlfriend, I met her six months ago,
00:53so I can relate to the song a lot more now.
