00:15ahead of the Greens, Labour, the Conservatives, the Liberal Democrats and Independents.

00:26Reform councillor Jex Parkin says his group will try to form an administration,
00:31but says it is too early to speculate on any coalition.
00:35Liberal Democrat leader councillor Roger Harmer says the political split is not unworkable,
00:41although he has ruled out working with Reform UK.
