President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday led the welcome honors for Paraguay President Santiago Peña Palacios at the Kalayaan Grounds in Malacañang. Peña is in the country for a two-day state visit. This is the first time a Paraguayan president has set foot in the Philippines since the establishment of diplomatic ties in 1962.
