03:24A man has spotted a hornet's nest by the pool.
03:29We do have issues with wasps and bees and hornets.
03:33I generally remove the hornet's nests with a garden hose.
03:37If you soak them enough, they tend to fall apart.
03:39Since the nests are basically paper, and by the next day, everything's fine.
03:45They've really never bothered us.
03:46But they were never invited to our barbecues, for sure.
03:51We were sitting in our hot tub, and we noticed a large nest in the woods behind our house.
03:55I soaked the nest.
03:57The next day, when we got up, we noticed that the hornets were rebuilding the nest.
04:02I've kind of annoyed.
04:04Like, I pay the property taxes, not them.
04:07There was so little left, he probably figured we don't have to drag out the hose.
04:11Just get the pool skimmer and knock that little bit down.
04:14And that little bit held a lot more danger than we realized.
04:22As soon as I hit the nest, I realized I had made a mistake.
04:27I heard the buzzing, and I saw a cloud of hornets coming at me.
04:31The nest hanging in a tree, now I know, tells you.
04:34They actually are wasps, but they're mostly known as bald-faced hornets.
04:38And they are particularly vicious.
04:44I did not know at the time that the bald-faced hornets spray their victim with a hormone
04:50so that the rest of the nest can follow them.
04:53So as I ran around the pool, the whole nest was following me.
04:56Jump in the water, jump in the water, jump in the water.
05:00My first thought was, oh, my God, I hope he's not going in the house.
05:04But then it's a matter of how long can you hold your breath, because they were waiting for him.
05:12My lungs were empty of oxygen, so I had to come up.
05:15And I didn't realize that they were going to still come back at me.
05:19I was trying hard not to laugh, but I couldn't, so I had to cover my face and do this.

05:59The next day, they were still continuing to build the nest, so we called the exterminator,

06:06The hornets have not come back, but what I did was not a good idea, and I'm never going to

08:39To me prom is very important, it's the one thing as a little girl you're waiting your
08:44whole life to do, so to have a handsome date and have the promposal, have the pretty dress,
08:50it's all part of the whole experience.
08:52I'd kind of been like hinting at him to ask me, so I was kind of getting a little impatient.
08:57I start looking at Pinterest for like ideas, and then I'm just sitting in my living room
09:02and I see my brother's like huge shark head.
09:07Ever since Carly was little, I think she found her love of sharks after reading some books.
09:12We always go to the aquarium, we always see the sharks.
09:15They're really not as harmful as you think, they're just so cool and fascinating.
09:20Any chance she gets, like she's talking about sharks, and I was like, well, it'd be pretty
09:23funny if I just like show up to her house in a shark mask or so, you know.
09:27It was really spontaneous, I just built up the courage, made the sign, grabbed the shark
09:32head and I was like, let's do it, let's go, let's go do this proposal, you know.
09:43I hear the footsteps behind me, I just see this guy like set a package down and like take
09:47a picture and I'm just like, perfect.
09:50Crazy timing.
09:52I guess those drivers see a lot, but I mean, you just saw a dude in a shark mask stand

09:56with a sign and did not say a word, he wasn't concerned at all.
10:07Even now the memory makes me giggle and laugh, and then knowing that he did it for Carly made
10:12it really special.
10:15I was in my room fully under the impression I was not getting a proposal, then I just hear
10:23laughter, and I'm like, what could possibly be going on?

10:32I finished getting my makeup ready, putting on my cute outfit, grabbing my phone so I could
10:38take pictures, because obviously I've been waiting for this moment.

10:48I'm sure that delivery guy at least got 10 more houses in before we clocked out, before
10:54she actually came out.

11:01When I saw the shark head and the shark related sign, I'm like, oh my gosh, this is perfect.
11:07I was a little bummed out they didn't, you know, keep it recording so that way they could
11:11see her come out and us take pictures, just the whole idea, but her reaction was worth it.

11:39Grayson is always getting himself into embarrassing moments, but it makes me laugh, so it's one of
11:44the things I like about him.

14:58in terms of sleep talking i have an rem behavior disorder so i'm constantly
15:04essentially acting out whatever dreams i'm having 99% of the time i don't remember anything that has
15:09gone on over the course of the night the last time i had a full night's sleep was about 10
15:14years ago
15:15when we first met i often try to encourage the shenanigans i i must admit that true
15:26it was saturday or sunday and he was uh still very asleep and he just started yapping
15:33and i just went with it all right so we'll move on with the details here i can't read it

15:39for some reason i'm doing this with my eyes closed he appeared to be on a phone call with a

15:45um and i think i was making his life a little difficult all right so first and foremost be
15:50injured in any way yeah i got a crick in my neck

16:44should probably seek treatment for for this cricket it's not natural to have uh a creature living
