00:19The elephants, called Dara, Amoi and Kalat, and collectively known as Dark, are now at
00:26Tennoji Zoo in Osaka, where they have become the focus of renewed calls for their return
00:31to Malaysia following concerns about their long-term welfare.
00:35The Solidarity with Dark Secretariat held a gathering on Saturday and handed over a memorandum
00:41to a representative of the Taiping Municipal Council.
00:44They urged the federal government to form a special task force to reassess the agreement
00:50and the animals' current conditions.
