00:00I live literally down the road, so I do like Sutton, but we're just saying, talking about when the old
00:05days and the bigger shops were here and, you know, we had all the variety and there's quite a big
00:10change now and there's so many shops that are empty. But I do think Sutton is a great place to
00:18visit and they've got some lovely shops.
00:21Well, I've lived here for over 20 years and I've watched it go downhill. You know, it's just totally dead
00:28now. I mean, it's either cafes or kids' shops and things like that.
00:32I don't know, I think it's up and coming again now. There's more things going on. Obviously, Harvey Norman's bought
00:37a lot of sort of like new people. I think it did close a lot of shops, didn't it, like
00:45at the end of the day, but everything's getting more and more and it's getting busier and busier as it
00:49goes.
00:50I think it's really sad. It used to be a beautiful town centre and it's just desolate now.
00:58It's compact, which helps. Everything's in the same place. You haven't got to go very far.
01:03And I love the layout and I know we'll have the new Aldi opening soon. Yeah, I think it's, I'm
01:11happy enough with Sutton. I think just a few more shops and...
01:15I mean, it used to be vibrance and, you know, you had every shop under the sun, you know, at
01:19one point. Now you don't get anything, you know. I mean, I wanted to just come in to get my
01:23hair cut. That was all today. But otherwise, you know, there's not really anything worth looking at.
01:29You know, when you're looking at it, we haven't got a guest yet.
01:30Bye.
01:30Bye.
