Peter Kay’s Birmingham arena show has been given a new date after it was stopped during the performance. Ticket holders can attend the rescheduled show or claim a refund if they are unable to go.

00:01Peter Kaye has rescheduled his arena show after it was stopped mid-performance because of an
00:06alleged bomb hoax. Thousands were evacuated from the Utility Arena on Friday of last week after
00:11Kaye was taken off stage about 45 minutes into his set. His promoters say tickets remain valid
00:17for the new date on Saturday 25th July with refunds for people who can't attend. They
00:23apologise for the inconvenience and said safety was the highest priority after the evacuation.
00:28West Midlands police said nothing suspicious was found. A 19 year old Birmingham man has been
00:33charged with communicating false information and is due at Birmingham Crown Court on the 1st of June.
