00:00It has been a year to the day since Operation Sindhoor was conducted and as the then DGMO,
00:09I look back at not only a military operation but possibly a defining moment in India's strategic
00:18journey. Operation Sindhoor saw India very consciously and coherently go beyond its erstwhile
00:29approaches and methods and target terror across the line of control and our international
00:37boundary with Pakistan, with precision, proportionality and a clarity of purpose.

01:04objectives and the operational flexibility to achieve these. The clearly stated end to destroy
01:13and degrade terror ecosystems, disrupt their planning and deter future aggression from these
01:20bases was very unambiguously spelt out, while the armed forces were entrusted the wherewithal
01:29to plan and execute this operation.
01:31So, let's take a look at the operation.
