00:00Does Europe have the legitimacy and the credibility to help build a new world order and can and should they
00:08do that without Russia or Chinese involvement?
00:10I mean, I think you can say that there is a degree of legitimacy and that there is a degree
00:15of willingness, but building a world order is not something you do on the basis of your morality or on
00:23the basis of your own political ideology alone.
00:26It also requires power. It requires money. It requires having capacities in order to establish institutions and rules that others
00:35also are going to follow.
00:38And I mean, I think I think sort of what Mark Carney is saying is in in a way, it's
00:44it's pretty obvious and it's pretty clear.
00:46And I think it's pretty good in another way. He's also is trying to create tension where perhaps there isn't
00:53that type of tension.
00:54I mean, we we do come from sort of a couple of recent experiences which have sort of rather proven
01:04that the system we had was no longer capable of achieving things.
