00:05.
00:05Look, Timmy.
00:06Yeah!
00:06Sherry's carrying guys.
00:09Wow, that's satisfying.
00:11Oh, my God.
00:12It's strong.
00:13I'm concerned for my sister's health.
00:15Any amount of cat food is alarming.
00:17I'm worried for you, and I'm concerned of what it's doing to you.
00:21Probably the first time for people seeing a charcuterie board with butter.
00:26That is king, queen, and everything in between.
00:28This will be done in a week, easy.
00:30It's been the treat of my life, literally.
00:32But what's all that juice?
00:33It's butter.
00:34Dude, that's gross.
00:35Yo, when's the last time you went to the doctor?
00:40Out of all the cleaning products, this is the one that I love the most.
00:43I even got my nails to match the cleaning powder.
00:45It's my favorite color.
00:47Girl, you have a little...
00:48What were you doing, girl?
00:49The smell drew me into it, and it feels really, really good.
00:52I feel like I'm, like, floating on top of the stars for, like, five minutes.
00:56Has anybody ever died from it?
00:57Absolutely.
00:58Yeah.
00:59It can cause sudden death just doing it one time.
01:22I love skateboarding because it just makes you feel really free.
01:25Like, you're skating.
01:26If you want to go slower, you can go slower.
01:29You just feel the wind, especially if it's a pretty day outside.
01:34Ever since I was a little girl, I remember I would be so excited to go to the store and
01:38pick out my skateboard.
01:40Make sure that everything was nice and clean just so the wheels could whoosh.
01:44So I love skateboarding.
01:55Meow.
01:57So after a good skate sesh, my little favorite snack, I like to munch on it.
02:04Meow.
02:06Meow.
02:07My name's Abigail.
02:08I'm 25 years old.
02:16Gravy.
02:28And I'm addicted to eating cat food.
02:35Wow.
02:37I can taste the gravy.
02:39So here we have Chicken Feast Chunky.
02:43Let's see.
02:48Wow.
02:49That's satisfying to me.
02:51That.
02:59I've been eating cat food for about 20 years now.
03:02Meow.
03:03I became addicted when I was five years old.
03:06I was feeding my cat and I saw the baggie and I was like, this looks kind of interesting.
03:11It smells kind of good.
03:12So as soon as I fed the cats, I see them eating with so much enthusiasm.
03:17So I was like, well, let me try it out.
03:19I brought you guys some turkey trout.
03:30Wait, hold on.
03:33I've never had a cat food like this.
03:36This is extremely pate.
03:41Meow.
03:42Look, Timmy.
03:42It's okay.
03:43I like to eat cat food in different ways.
03:45Sometimes I use a chopstick.
03:47Sometimes a fork.
03:48A spoon.
03:49My favorite is definitely my hands.
03:57Something like a Sunday morning.
04:00Eating some of the cat food.
04:02Sharing is caring, guys.
04:07My favorite cat food would definitely have to be the beef and gravy.
04:13Meow.
04:13Meow.
04:14It reminds me so much of a big steak.
04:18No, not steak.
04:20A strawberry burger.
04:22How do you say that?
04:24How do you say it?
04:24Salisbury steak.
04:25Salisbury steak.
04:26It's literally the same in tiny little chunks.
04:35I live here with my parents.
04:38And I like when my sister comes to visit because it just becomes like the family again.
04:42Where's Abby?
04:44You went to your house.
04:51That sound.
04:52I love it.
05:05I'm concerned for my sister's health.
05:07I think it's fine that she likes to feed the cats outside, but I don't think it's okay for her
05:12to be having some of the cat food.
05:15I'm not sure the amount that she consumes, but any amount of cat food is alarming.
05:25In my whole life, I feel like I've ate about 10,000 cans of cat food from five all the
05:32way to 25.
05:33In a day, I eat about five to seven cans of cat food.
05:44I also do eat human food throughout the day.
05:47Sometimes I have my breakfast, and then dinner, and then the cat food.
05:51Or sometimes I have it for lunch, and then I don't have it for dinner.
05:55It just depends what I'm feeling.
05:56Or, midnight snack.
05:58The best part.
06:01No, stop, please.
06:09You know, just a little bit.
06:13My parents and I care and love Abby a lot, and her behavior is getting worse.
06:18I would like her to go to the doctor to go get checked.
06:21So, I'm going to talk to my sister and hopefully get through with her.
06:25Have you ever Googled, Ma, the side effects of eating cat food?
06:32I know that my sister's really concerned about me, but personally, I don't want to stop eating cat food.
06:37Everyone's going to have their own opinions, but in the end of the day, it's what I want to do.
06:41And I can't leave the cat food behind.
06:44Eating cat food brings me so much joy.
06:46I'm not ready to stop.
06:50Wow.
07:09Check my lights, and they're not bent, broken, or cracked.
07:13My name is Sierra. I live in Katy, Texas.
07:18I'm a truck driver. I've been driving for eight years.
07:43And I'm addicted to Snorting cleaning powder.
07:50Smells good.
07:51The smell drew me into it, and it feels really, really good.
07:54And when I'm sniffing it, it's amazing.
07:56I even got my nails to match the cleaning powder.
07:59It's my favorite color.
08:00This is lemon scented, and I love lemons. It's my favorite.
08:08Yeah, more of a relaxation.
08:10I can do this all day.
08:12Out of all the cleaning products, this is the one that I love the most.
08:19I was smelling it every single day from the time I discovered it.
08:23It became part of my life.
08:25It was very strong, and I like the smell of it.
08:28And so I want to take it to the next level.
08:30Then I start snoring it.
08:31Then I start feeling kind of high.
08:33And then that's when I just got used to it.
08:35When I inhale it, the effects only last about two minutes, not very long.
08:39But when I snort it, I'm like, okay, that's more like it.
08:42Sometimes I'm like kind of dizzy or feel lightheaded.
08:50I forgot what I was going to say.
08:52Okay, so I take my first hit in the morning, all from night to morning throughout the day.
08:59And then I take hits all throughout the day until I'm tired and I'm relaxed, until I can't anymore.
09:06I feel like I'm like floating on top of the stars for like five minutes.
09:10It does hurt, and it's very painful, and it does burn.
09:14So it leaves my skin feeling very like painful and red sometimes.
09:20I was scared at first because when you read the back of the product, it says it can kill you,
09:24but I need it.
09:24I tried to stop it for one week, but I couldn't.
09:28If I figure I didn't die yet, why not keep continuing?
09:40I'm using 28 cans in one month.
09:43So that's almost a can a day.
09:45Yeah, pretty much, yes.
09:48I remember when I was a kid, I was very lonely, didn't have any friends.
09:53So I would turn to the cleaning powder as support.
09:55I just saw my mom cleaning, and then I would help her clean.
09:59And sometimes when she would leave, I would just smell it.
10:04It's been going on since I was 17, so like 13 years.
10:09Being on a road, it gives me more space because I don't have to worry about anyone staring at me
10:14or looking at me or asking me what I'm doing.
10:21When I'm not on a road with my family, I keep my cleaning powder under the bed so my family
10:27does not see where it's at.
10:35I got to have it at all times. If I don't have it, then it's not going to be good.
10:44I'm afraid people might think that I'm on drugs or something, because the way I'm doing it, it looks like
10:49it appears like it's drugs, but it's not.
10:51So that's one of my biggest fears, like if I get caught and be like, oh, she's doing drugs.
10:56I don't do drugs. I'm not into doing drugs because my job does drug tests every week, so I can't
11:02do drugs, even if I wanted to.
11:07I feel like it has affected my brain because I feel like now I normally would be able to process
11:15things faster, but now it seems like it's taking a stored process.
11:26I've been doing it my whole life, and I didn't think that the cleaning powder was affecting me, but within
11:33the last year or so, I start feeling it.
11:36I'm like, something's taking effect of my body. Since I'm afraid to go to the doctor to find out what
11:41it is, I'm like, maybe I'll just relax and whatever it is, it'll go away.
11:51This is dangerous if it can kill me.
11:54Are you scared?
11:57I would say I am kind of scared because I don't know what I've actually done to my body with
12:03the cleaning powder.
12:18This is the energy right here, so I down it.
12:22Sure, I'm spending 50 bucks on butter a week, but every block of butter is an investment in my health.
12:28Butter's always messy.
12:29All the haters out there, this is my lifestyle. It's not yours.
12:33You know what would go better with this?
12:36Abby, stop. I respect your concern. If they were to tell you that it's really bad and you're harming yourself,
12:41will you stop?
13:04I'm James, 38 years old. I live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and work in sports marketing.
13:22And I'm addicted to butter.
13:31Butter is my go-to snack because it's full of fat. I run on fat. I don't run on sugar.
13:36I don't run on carbs.
13:38This is the energy right here. So, I down it.
13:46Fat is king, queen, and everything in between.
13:50Excuse me. Burping butter.
13:59To me, butter tastes like candy. It's delicious.
14:04Oh, dang. I love butter in here.
14:07I started eating butter about two years ago and it's been the treat of my life, literally.
14:13I'll eat it in any form, whether it's in its solid form or melted form.
14:17This time I got lucky that I actually left it in the jar.
14:20But, you know, it's okay if I got to dig in and get that butter.
14:27The funny thing is, I can do this with butter and it's weird.
14:30If I did this with cake, it would be normal.
14:42Sure, I'm spending 40 to 50 bucks on butter a week, but every block of butter is an investment in
14:48my health.
14:50This refrigerator stays stacked with butter because we go through it so quickly.
14:54It's part of nearly every meal in this house.
14:56This will be done in a week. Easy.
14:58Every meal, we're going through half a stick of butter, let alone having a snack.
15:02There are all kinds of butter. There's standard unsalted butter, salted butter, cultured butter, grass-fed butter.
15:09You've got European butter, you've got clarified ghee butter.
15:14I mean, the list goes on and on.
15:16I prefer salted because salt is a natural mineral.
15:23I eat about 20 pounds of butter every month, which is 5 pounds a week.
15:30Butter pops.
15:31I can really pick up on sweetness.
15:35Why haven't I been doing this my whole life?
15:37I mean, we're told that it's unhealthy, but observation says otherwise.
15:46Growing up, we ate like most Americans, lots of fast food, lots of processed foods, microwave foods.
15:52Not much was made on the stove top.
15:55I was overweight. I grew sicker and unhealthier.
15:58I got into negative metabolic health issues such as prediabetes, anxiety, depression.
16:04I didn't realize they were directly tied to the food that I was eating.
16:10And I knew I had to change something.
16:13Oof.
16:15It's a full stick of butter with six eggs.
16:18Don't hide from the fat. Don't hide from the fat. Eat it.
16:22Our brains are made of fat. Our cells are made of fat.
16:26So the more fat, the better.
16:28So I started to eat butter all the time.
16:31And life opened up for me.
16:33I've improved my health.
16:35I've improved my workouts.
16:37I've improved my mental capacity.
16:39I've responded the best to eating butter.
16:52What's up? You want some butter eggs too, huh?
16:56I don't get sick of butter.
16:57I don't get sick of anything that's good for you.
17:02I love the way it makes me feel, and I love the way it tastes.
17:05And it's good for you.
17:16Mmm.
17:21Butter's always messy.
17:22It's alright. That's worth it.
17:24All the haters out there that want to say stop eating butter.
17:27Absolutely not.
17:29This is my lifestyle.
17:31It's not yours. It's not anybody else's. It's mine.
17:34I'll look at you straight in the eyes.
17:36I'm not going to stop eating butter.
17:37Like a kid would finish milk with cereal, I'm going to finish the butter.
17:45I'm going to finish the butter.
17:50I'm going to finish the butter.
17:58It's a matter of cake.
17:59It's like I think it's a bit more fun.
18:00So it's a little, blackberry.
18:01Do you want to be okay?
18:01Do you want to become good?
18:03I think it's a little bit more.
18:04So I think it's a little bit more.
18:05Don't even better.
18:05Yay!
18:06Cheers.
18:07Yes.
18:08Today I'm at the coffee shop of the restaurant and dining room.
18:10with my sister, she doesn't live at home anymore.
18:12So it's good to catch up.
18:15How are your online classes going?
18:17It's a lot, but I like it.
18:19Over the years, my sister has expressed her concern
18:22of me eating cat food,
18:24and she's still surprised that I'm doing it.
18:26So this drink is really good,
18:29but you know what would go better with this?
18:33Oh God.
18:34Some cat food.
18:35Wow, yeah.
18:41From the sound.
18:42I feel uncomfortable opening it.
18:45That you're about to do that, honestly.
18:47Oh God, mm-hmm, stop.
18:49To the smell, it's beautiful.
18:54Oh my God, it's strong.
18:56I can't believe this.
18:57Look at the chunks.
18:59You wanna try it now?
18:59No, I'm good.
19:00Not good.
19:02You're really gonna have some?
19:03Oh my God, Abby, stop.
19:05Stop.
19:06When I tell you this is amazing,
19:09I mean, oh my God, that's crazy, dude.
19:12I just...
19:13I think my sister is addicted to eating cat food,
19:15but I don't think she sees it that way,
19:17and it makes me feel very worried for her.
19:20I can imagine it can be very harmful.
19:23Honestly, like, I am very concerned.
19:25Like, just seeing this right now,
19:26I just, I can't deal with it.
19:28I respect your, you know, I respect your concern.
19:31Yeah, and you continue to eat it, like, oh my God.
19:34To be honest though, I've been eating it for so long.
19:36That's the concerning part, like, the long-term effects.
19:40It's a long, I know, but I feel fine, I'm energized,
19:43I feel good.
19:43But have you gone to the doctor?
19:46Just because you're not getting symptoms
19:48doesn't mean that it's not doing something bad to you.
19:50Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
19:52So you acknowledge that?
19:53Yeah, acknowledge that.
19:55I don't want you to think that I'm trying to judge you.
19:57I'm just, like, I'm worried for you,
19:59and I'm concerned of what it's doing to you.
20:02I think you should go get checked.
20:04Like, all of us, we're really concerned for you,
20:08and I think you should go and find out, honestly.
20:14Look, I don't feel like I need to go,
20:16but I want to make sure you, mom and dad,
20:19the family feels comfortable.
20:21If that's what you guys want, for me to go to a doctor,
20:24I'll definitely do that.
20:26Okay.
20:27Yeah.
20:27Yeah.
20:28But if they were to tell you that it's really bad,
20:30and, like, you're harming yourself,
20:32you're harming yourself, will you stop?
20:38That's a hard question,
20:39and I can't answer that right now.
20:44I hate keeping a secret from my friends.
20:46I don't know how they're going to look at me.
20:49I don't know if they'll still be my friend after this.
20:50I got you having to know.
20:51What were you doing, girl?
20:54Cat food is designed for cats.
20:56It can lead to issues with our kidneys,
20:58with our cardiovascular system.
20:59Cat food has different fillers,
21:01different chemicals in it.
21:02It's not something that we're meant to consume.
21:14My family convinced me to come into the doctor's office,
21:17so today I brought my parents.
21:18We're all going to hear what the doctor has to say.
21:24I'm worried because there won't be something serious.
21:28I exercise.
21:29I eat normal food.
21:30My family can just deal with it.
21:32It's not hurting anyone.
21:34Okay.
21:35So we're going to go ahead and talk to his room.
21:37We can take a seat over here and your parents.
21:39If you want to take a seat on the chairs, please.
21:43I'm not planning on stopping anytime soon.
21:47Hey, everybody.
21:48Hello.
21:48How are y'all?
21:49We're good.
21:49Hi. Nice to meet you, Dr. Atore.
21:51Mucho gusto.
21:52Hola.
21:52I'm going to go over a couple of things, right,
22:02and just ask you a couple of questions,
22:03then we'll go over your labs.
22:04Sound fair?
22:05Okay.
22:05So talk to me about your diet,
22:07since that's the big concern and that's the big focus, right?
22:10Okay.
22:11What does your diet typically consist of?
22:14My food and diet, I feel like it's just regular, like,
22:18tacos here and there, burgers and stuff.
22:21I mean, just, I guess, like, pretty much junk food,
22:23but also I love cat food.
22:27So how much of your diet is made up of from the cat food?
22:32Let's say my whole diet's, like, 100%.
22:35Cat food I eat it, like, 60%.
22:40Eating cat food can have serious consequences in the long run, right?
22:44The nutrition that they eat is very different than ours.
22:47Cat food is high protein, high fat, has different fillers,
22:51different chemicals in it, right, for preservatives.
22:53So that's not something that we're meant to consume.
22:56So the big concern, right, is that cats are carnivores.
23:01Like, their whole diet...
23:02100% carnivores?
23:03Yeah.
23:03Oh, wow, I didn't know that.
23:04Yeah.
23:04All of the food that we feed them is made with that in mind.
23:08So high protein, high fat, right?
23:11Okay.
23:11The high protein can lead to issues with absorption for us.
23:14It can lead to issues with our kidneys, right?
23:16The high fat can lead to issues with our cardiovascular system.
23:19So eating a really high content of fat in the long run is going to mess with your heart.
23:26Okay.
23:27Okay?
23:27Yeah.
23:28Now, as far as your labs go, you're not anemic.
23:30Thankfully, white blood cells, platelets are good.
23:33Kidney function, again, is normal.
23:34Liver looks good.
23:36Cholesterols.
23:36So this is one of the things that you can already see some affectation because of the cat food.
23:41Oh, is it extremely high?
23:43So it's high enough to where it's not normal for you.
23:46Could it be contributed to by the cat food?
23:48Absolutely.
23:49Oh, right.
23:49Okay.
23:50Wow, that's crazy.
23:51Honestly, I've been eating cat food for so long.
23:55I feel okay.
23:56I haven't felt bad.
23:57I did eat dog food once and that I didn't lick.
24:00It was terrible.
24:01And that actually hurt my stomach.
24:05Remember, not only does it have different nutrients, the standards for what is pet food
24:11and what is human food is also different.
24:13So sometimes they can have things like salmonella that can make us get sick.
24:28Cat food contains animal byproducts, whether that's parts of the guts, parts of the other
24:33organs that are just thrown in there that we don't necessarily typically eat.
24:37Like organs?
24:38Right.
24:39Right.
24:40Really?
24:41Yes.
24:41Why is it so good then?
24:43So it's just with the flavoring and the mixes that come in.
24:47Wow, I didn't know organs were going to taste that good.
24:51That's crazy.
24:53Your food should be human food and it should be varied.
24:56Okay?
24:56Because we have very, very different nutritional requirements compared to cats.
25:00Cat food's really good.
25:02It's squishy.
25:03I like the cat food.
25:04I don't know, man.
25:04I like some human food too, though.
25:06Well, look, I'm going to be honest with you.
25:08It tastes like Salisbury steak.
25:10If you get the beef one, it tastes kind of the same.
25:13So why not eat Salisbury steak?
25:15Maybe I'll take into consideration about how much I eat.
25:19That's fair.
25:20At least that's forward progress.
25:21Yeah.
25:22Maybe I'll stop eating as much.
25:25Let's say I'm like at, in the whole year, let's say I'm at 60%.
25:29Instead of 60, I'll do 50.
25:32Typical addict behavior, right?
25:34Okay, I'll consider it, but.
25:36So the deflection, right?
25:37I'm really not going to make a change.
25:40Whenever you try to talk to somebody about making a change, there's several steps that go through that.
25:44So she's not even contemplating the change fundamentally yet for herself.
25:47My advice would be this, right?
25:50Cat food is for cats, right?
25:53We are not meant to eat what they eat.
25:55Okay.
25:56Okay?
25:57That's okay, yeah.
25:57For sure.
25:58Cool.
25:59All right.
25:59Well, guys, nice to meet you.
26:04As a doctor, he's going to be concerned.
26:06My parents were concerned, but the results were not that bad.
26:09So, I knew it.
26:32Tonight, I'm meeting up with two girlfriends of mine.
26:34I like it.
26:35It's nice.
26:36It is cute, yeah.
26:37Me and Deborah, we're pretty close, because we grew up together.
26:40So, she's almost like a sister to me, but she's a friend.
26:43Rooftop.
26:44And then, Lonnie, we always go out together, have fun, go to the restaurant, have drinks and cocktails.
26:50What's new?
26:52Well, I've been traveling, living life, working.
26:57Yeah, that looks really good.
27:02Well, I'm going to go use the restroom, and I'll be right back.
27:06Okay.
27:06My friends know me very well, but they have no idea about my addiction, because I've been keeping it to
27:11myself.
27:12Don't know how to come clean to my friends, but I've got to have it wherever I'm at.
27:16Whatever I'm doing, I've got to stop what I'm doing, and I've got to have it.
27:19dark, but I've got to go away and look inside the room for that.
27:23I've got to go, and walk across the room for, and, I say oh.
27:53When Tierra was younger,
27:55she would constantly go to the bathroom.
27:58You know, I thought that was normal for a bit
28:00until I noticed that it would be for hours.
28:04She spends more time in the bathroom than anybody I know.
28:06What do you think she could be doing?
28:07Girl, checking herself out of the mirror.
28:09You know, how she loved the way she looked, you know?
28:12Yeah.
28:25Oh, finally. Three eons later.
28:28Goodness.
28:28Did you guys miss me?
28:30Yeah.
28:31Goodness.
28:32What were you guys talking about?
28:33You.
28:34Being in another world, girl.
28:36Girl, you have a little...
28:38What?
28:39What were you doing, girl?
28:40It's giving coke.
28:42It is.
28:44No, I don't do any hard, girl.
28:46What were you doing, playing in the makeup, girl?
28:47I'm trying to figure out the best way to spit it out,
28:50so you guys would look at me like,
28:51what's going on?
28:53Okay, so basically, um...
29:01Health maxing requires more butter.
29:04Dude, that's gross.
29:05Wait till you taste it.
29:06You want me to myself after?
29:07I don't know if this is what I want to be doing.
29:10What do you think?
29:10Oh!
29:11That is not good, dude.
29:13I can't even taste the steak.
29:19Girl, you have a little...
29:20What were you doing, girl?
29:22I mean, I'm used to you going back and forth,
29:24I mean, being obsessed with the bathroom,
29:26but this time it's like a little...
29:28Yeah, but those things are a little strange.
29:31I don't want to look like a drug addict,
29:33so I need to come clean and let them know.
29:35I'm trying to figure out the best way to spit it out,
29:38so you guys would look at me like,
29:40what's going on?
29:41Okay, so basically, um...
29:45Let me see how to say it.
29:53So basically,
29:56I'm addicted to...
29:58cleaning powder.
30:01Girl, what?
30:02Huh?
30:06What are you doing with the cleaning powder?
30:10Are you sniffing the cleaning powder?
30:13Yeah.
30:15Is that what you're doing in the bathroom?
30:17I always keep it in my...
30:19bags.
30:20Is this a joke?
30:23Uh...
30:23Like, what?
30:26Let me see the powder.
30:27Let me see the cleaning powder right now.
30:28Yes.
30:28Let me see.
30:29I don't think you made it.
30:30Right.
30:30It's on her bag.
30:31I see the residue.
30:33Oh, my God.
30:36That was not on my bingo card.
30:37I did not expect that at all.
30:39I would have never, ever thought that.
30:42I'm very shocked.
30:43And I'm also, like I said, concerned,
30:44because of her health.
30:46I didn't want to tell you guys about it,
30:47because I didn't want you guys to start getting addicted to it.
30:50No, that won't happen.
30:51Oh, my...
30:52The cleaning products have a weird smell.
30:54Okay.
30:54No, I think it smells very good.
30:56It's better than any perfume, anything.
30:58I like the smell of it.
30:59The lemon scent.
31:00Because I like the lemon scent.
31:01So maybe some alternatives could be some lozenges,
31:03maybe even suck a lemon.
31:05All right.
31:06Or, you know, just sniff on a lemon.
31:08You know.
31:08Here's a lemon.
31:09That's a lemon.
31:10It's not the same.
31:11It's like something you feel like you need.
31:13Something that I need.
31:14It's not something that I want, but I need it.
31:17Even if it's hurting you?
31:18Yeah, sometimes it burns my nose.
31:22That's not a good sign.
31:23What if you just kill over at the bar?
31:24You know what I'm saying?
31:25Look, I think you're in the bathroom,
31:26but you're in there slumped over dead.
31:28Now I feel like I have to check on you
31:29whenever you're in the bathroom.
31:30It is strange, but it's not about it being strange.
31:33It's about that it's dangerous.
31:35There's a big warning label that says,
31:37do not consume.
31:38And that doesn't mean eating.
31:40It means snorting.
31:40So, we love our friend.
31:42We do not want her to have killed over
31:43because of this stuff, so...
31:44We want her to be here with us.
31:47You thought I was doing coke at family?
31:49I almost would rather you have, you know, because...
31:51Yeah, they're super related, you know?
31:53Yeah, I mean, this is for your bathroom.
31:54Can coke kill you too?
31:55Yeah, but I mean, this is not for consumption.
31:58This is for getting mold and grime off your floor.
32:01So, we need to stop snorting the poison.
32:03Right.
32:04Okay?
32:04Does it have any, like, health effects?
32:06Have you been to a doctor?
32:08I haven't been to a doctor yet.
32:10I don't know how to.
32:12Yeah.
32:13Explain it to them.
32:14They might check me into the mental institution.
32:17I want you to go to the doctor.
32:19We want to make sure that you don't have any, like,
32:20immediate health concerns, so you don't...
32:22Yeah.
32:23...croak, you know, at any point.
32:25But we need to talk about what happens if you're not fine.
32:28Oh, yeah, that's the scariest part.
32:30Yeah.
32:30What if they say, hey, stop this or you'll die?
32:33Could you stop?
32:51Good job.
32:53Bondu.
32:54Let's see how this goes.
32:55My friend's coming over.
32:56I'm trying to make some food for us to enjoy.
32:59A nice charcuterie board.
33:01It's probably a first time for many people seeing a charcuterie board with butter.
33:07Tastes awesome.
33:16As much surface area in the butter as possible.
33:19That's the goal.
33:20Not in enough butter, though.
33:22We got a health max.
33:24Health maxing requires more butter.
33:29Santee's here.
33:31Hey, what's up, Santee?
33:32What's up, bro?
33:32How are you?
33:33Good to see you, darling.
33:34Good to see you.
33:34How you been?
33:35I've been good.
33:35How about you?
33:36You hungry?
33:37I'm starving.
33:38Let's go.
33:39My name's Santiago.
33:40I've known James for a couple of years, met him at work, and we really became friends
33:43once we saw each other working out at the same gym.
33:46I see this little charcuterie board.
33:48I'm ready to dig in.
33:49Yeah.
33:49I see prosciutto, salami.
33:52Cheese.
33:53And I think the most optimal item on this board is the frozen butter.
34:01What do you do?
34:02You just, like, spread it on top of something?
34:08You're not serious right now.
34:11This is serious right here.
34:18Dude, you're gonna feel sick.
34:20Not at all.
34:23I would never eat a stick of butter as a snack.
34:25I've never seen anything like that.
34:27Here we go.
34:29I got some steak.
34:31But what's all that juice?
34:32It's butter.
34:34Dude, that's gross.
34:36Wait till you taste it, though.
34:37Wait till I taste it?
34:38What are you talking about?
34:39What are you worried about?
34:40Cream, a single ingredient food, with salt, which is a mineral.
34:44You want me to myself after?
34:46Like, what is this?
34:47This is actually going to bring you optimal performance right here.
34:51Dude, but, like, still a little different, don't you think?
34:54I don't know.
34:55Give it a go.
34:57You know what?
34:58I'm gonna try it just to please you real quick.
35:01But really?
35:02Just butter.
35:02I don't know if this is what I want to be doing.
35:05Like, look at this.
35:05It's dripping.
35:06I gotta shake it crazy just to get the excess butter.
35:10That's a good thing.
35:12What do you think?
35:13I mean, it doesn't...
35:15I was gonna say it doesn't taste bad, but that is not good, dude.
35:20It's straight butter.
35:21I can't even taste the steak.
35:23It's good.
35:24What do you mean good?
35:26Yeah, dude, I'm happy you got your butter, but I'm okay without it.
35:30This is the most optimal food right here is the butter.
35:35How much butter are you really eating in a day?
35:37I'm cooking butter with every meal, two meals a day, plus snacks in between.
35:42And your snacks are butter?
35:43Snacks are butter.
35:47Yo, when's the last time you went to the doctor?
35:49Eight months ago.
35:51Eight months ago?
35:52Yeah.
35:52And what did the doctor tell you when you went there?
35:54So my last visit, they told me, get this, your cholesterol is high.
36:00Makes sense.
36:02Why are you smiling about that like that's good?
36:04I'm smiling because it is good.
36:06I feel great and I don't think anything's gonna change.
36:10I'm not gonna stop eating butter just because the doctor feels a certain type of way about it.
36:16But these doctors, they went to school for a reason.
36:18Have you tried to eat just butter?
36:20Just that?
36:21Definitely not.
36:22I mean, I just tried it right now and it didn't feel good.
36:24You have to get adapted.
36:25But the point is, if you haven't tried it, you can't knock it.
36:29How do you have the space to tell me that my diet's unhealthy even though you've never tried it?
36:35I'm just going based off the years and years of research of people that are trying to get us to
36:40live longer and be healthier.
36:42Let me stop you there.
36:42The same research that is saying that three glasses of wine is healthy one year and the very next they
36:47say one glass of wine.
36:49But I'm telling you right now, I'm standing in my own life and my own business and owning my own
36:54health and I feel better than I ever have.
37:09I enjoy snorting cleaning products.
37:13Have you noticed any symptoms?
37:14My brain will start hurting and then I'll feel pain in my nose area.
37:19It can cause damage to her brain, to her kidneys, to her lungs.
37:22It can actually result in sudden death.
37:34Today we're at the doctor's office because my friends want me to come see a doctor and I respect what
37:39they have to say so I'm here today.
37:41I'm here to get a checkup.
37:43Sure.
37:44I'm feeling a little concerned and scared because I don't know what they're going to find or what's going to
37:49happen after they find out some things that I may not be prepared for.
37:56Hi, how are you Ms. Tiara?
37:57I'm good, how are you?
37:58I'm Dr. Thomas, nice to meet you.
37:59Nice to meet you too.
38:00How are you doing today?
38:02I'm doing great.
38:02Um, so tell me what's going on.
38:05Oh, I'm here today because I enjoy snorting cleaning products.
38:11Uh huh.
38:12And I'm here to see if I've done any damage to my body.
38:15Yeah, yeah.
38:16So how long has this been going on?
38:18Since I was 17 years old.
38:20Okay, and how frequently do you do this?
38:23Every day, all day, throughout the day.
38:25Oh.
38:25Any chance I get.
38:27This is the first time I've seen a patient that intentionally inhales chemicals every single day.
38:31Cleaning products in general, when you're using them, you should be in a well-ventilated area.
38:36You should be in an open space.
38:37You really shouldn't be getting that concentrated chemical into your body.
38:41It can cause damage to all of your organs.
38:43Have you noticed any symptoms that happen after you do that?
38:47Sometimes my eyes get really, really red, and then my brain will start hurting, and then I'll feel pain in
38:54my nose area.
38:55So headaches?
38:56Headaches, yes.
38:57Do you feel dizzy at all?
38:59I've been dizzy before, but it doesn't happen frequently.
39:02People should not be inhaling cleaning products.
39:04It can go straight to your brain and cause brain damage.
39:07She said that she feels dizzy sometimes or confused, and that could definitely be the reason why.
39:13So I'll just start out with just taking a listen to your heart and your lungs, if that's okay.
39:19Take a deep breath for me in and out.
39:23I'm going to take a look in your mouth and your nose as well.
39:27Does anything hurt in the back of your throat or anything?
39:29What about in your nose?
39:31Not right now.
39:33Okay.
39:34I'm going to do a quick neurological exam on you, if you don't mind.
39:37I'm going to have you follow my finger with your eyes.
39:49Wonderful.
39:49Okay.
39:50So your neurological exam also looks normal.
39:53Your heart and lungs sounded good to me.
39:55That's good.
39:56That's great.
39:57Yeah.
39:57So I recommend we run some blood work.
40:00But as far as what you're doing every day, every time you inhale these chemicals,
40:05it can actually result in sudden death.
40:07So it's very, very dangerous to do this.
40:10But in addition to that, even if that doesn't happen, it can cause damage to your lungs,
40:15to your kidneys, to your brain.
40:17All of that is irreversible.
40:19So it can be very dangerous.
40:22Has anybody ever died from it?
40:24Absolutely.
40:25Yeah.
40:25Oh my goodness.
40:26It can cause sudden death just doing it one time.
40:28So as soon as you can stop, the better.
40:31Wow.
40:32That's crazy.
40:33Are you willing to stop or try to stop doing this?
40:37I'm willing to stop, but probably not today.
40:42I am very concerned that she doesn't understand the repercussions.
40:45That every time she inhales these chemicals, it can cause damage to her brain, to her kidneys,
40:50to her lungs.
40:51There's a risk of sudden death with just one inhalation.
40:58I guess I'm liking one of God's favorites.
41:00Yeah.
41:01Prior to today, I didn't think it was really killing me.
41:04But today I realized like, oh, this is something serious.
41:08I want to stop, but having an addiction, I know it's very hard to control since I've been doing it
41:13so long.
41:15I can't stop today because I recently bought more cleaning powder.
41:20So I don't want my money to go to waste.
41:22But I definitely will stop tomorrow.
41:24Bye.
41:25Bye.
