00:04Let's see what's in this goodie bag.
00:06I've got mealworms.
00:07They're just wonderful.
00:08Now with these, I've got to be careful.
00:10Poor little fella.
00:10People could be very judgmental about something like that.
00:13Sometimes I've got to hide them in the house.
00:15Oh my God.
00:16Carlos!
00:17Absolutely grotesque.
00:18The problem is you are contaminating your body.
00:22He is on the verge of having every single organ affected.
00:27Now I'm ready for the good step.
00:28In the mornings, I'll get a fresh batch,
00:31which means it came directly out of my husband.
00:34Product has arrived, babe.
00:36I love the way that it feels on my skin.
00:37It has a very sticky texture to it.
00:40My golden product.
00:42I'm just like floored.
00:44Flabbergasted.
00:45Shocked.
00:48I am a makeup artist.
00:50I could go through one of these in like five to seven days.
00:53Actually, I don't think anyone at this point knows.
00:56I probably should have warned you.
01:00Are you mad?
01:01I just was like, why?
01:30I don't know.
01:33Orange.
01:39Hey, how's it going, man?
01:41I'm curious about these live bugs that you carry here.
01:44Would you go as far as saying they're food grade?
01:49For like, yeah, for lizards.
01:50For lizards, okay.
01:52Tell you what, I have $8 right now.
01:54Let's just do a mix of the mealworms and the roaches.
01:58Okay.
01:59My name is Carlos, I'm 26 years old.
02:01I've recently lost my job and I'm unemployed.
02:03I live in Chicago, Illinois.
02:05Cool.
02:07Yeah, no worries.
02:09Huh.
02:24And I'm addicted to eating live bugs.
02:31Ever since I can remember as a child at a very young age, I always had a curiosity about
02:35eating them.
02:36How old were you when you first ate a live bug?
02:39It's hard to say, but my earliest memory as a child was when I was like four years old.
02:44And I was eating bugs at that age.
02:46So I think it'd be safe to say about that age, but probably earlier.
02:50It kind of feels good in your mouth.
02:51It like massages your tongue a bit.
02:53You know?
02:53Yeah.
02:55I'm usually not used to seeing people eat live bugs.
02:59I mean, we're a reptile specific store, so all our feeders are for reptiles.
03:03Cockroaches.
03:05Yeah.
03:06Yeah.
03:06Yeah.
03:06When they're fresh, I can't resist eating them right away, even if there's people around.
03:10Oh, my God.
03:11I can hear the crunch.
03:12Yeah.
03:12You know, I like to let them swarm in my mouth a little bit.
03:15You know, I like to play with my food.
03:17I've never seen anyone eat anything like that, and in person, that's so nasty.
03:21So, so crunchy.
03:22It's not like a bag of chips.
03:24I mean, do you want to try some?
03:25They're pretty good.
03:25Oh, okay.
03:26Oh, okay.
03:26Tastes like custard.
03:28Tastes like custard?
03:29Yeah.
03:30On the inside.
03:31Oh, yeah.
03:32Fair enough.
03:33All right.
03:34I will certainly be coming back.
03:36All right.
03:37Have a great day.
03:49Perfect.
03:49Nobody's home.
03:51Let's see what's in this goodie bag.
03:53Okay, so I've got mealworms.
03:55Contender for like one of my most favorite insects.
03:59And my favorite thing about them is the flavor.
04:03It's a lot like buttered popcorn.
04:04Yeah, they're just wonderful.
04:05I mean, they look like noodles.
04:07They don't really put up as much of a fight as some other bugs.
04:09You know, some other bugs do bite.
04:12I mean, it's part of the fun, but it's not always what I'm looking for.
04:17There you go.
04:18I'm just gonna...
04:18Whoa.
04:19Mmm.
04:20I'm not gonna lie.
04:21I do kind of get a bit of a kick out of like that little like swarming sensation in my
04:25mouth.
04:26You know, I love how it just tickles my throat.
04:28Mmm.
04:28There's an earthiness sort of, you know, with some notes of like buttery, uh, ooh, like velvety, uh, like some
04:36kinds of French cheeses, I would assume.
04:40It's certainly an acquired taste.
04:45Oh, oh no.
04:46Mmm.
04:46Mmm.
04:48Okay.
04:49And this is what makes it worth it.
04:51It's like when it like squiggles around your mouth.
04:57Very rewarding.
04:59You don't get that from any other kind of food.
05:01I guarantee.
05:02Maybe octopus.
05:03Well, if you're lucky.
05:06You eat other food too, right?
05:08I mean, yes, of course.
05:09I eat other foods.
05:10But I mean, I don't know.
05:11I mean, I just prefer meaty bugs.
05:14Oh, come my pretties.
05:16They aren't getting off that easy.
05:18All right.
05:20Oh, my precious little worms.
05:23I feel like my palate has matured over time and I do prefer them live.
05:27Now with these, I gotta be careful.
05:29Like, they're the biggest concern as far as like, you know, escape.
05:33You see, it's putting up a fight.
05:35Not much though, because it's been refrigerated.
05:39Poor little fella.
05:40You know, I can eat up to a hundred of these in one day.
05:43You know, especially if I'm like substituting like a conventional meal.
05:55Crickets has a more vegetal taste.
05:58But typically this is more like a delicacy.
06:03I'm pretty animalistic and primal about it.
06:05I mean, I just, I just eat them.
06:14I mean, I guess that is, you know, like channeling the, the inner predator, right?
06:18That's, there might be something holy there.
06:21If you look, I don't know.
06:25Oh, another favorite of mine.
06:27They're called Dubai roaches.
06:28Dubai is known for like its wealth and, you know, there's like Dubai chocolates.
06:32You know, it's, uh, why not?
06:35Oh.
06:41This little guy.
06:42Cute.
06:43Cute.
06:43No, no, no, no, no.
06:44Mmm.
06:45When I eat and chew live bugs, it makes me feel like I am the master of their destiny.
06:52That feeling doesn't really last too long because then the craving just, uh, kicks.
06:56Yeah.
06:58Yeah.
06:59No matter how punitive that feeling may sound, like, you know, it gives me, uh, you know,
07:03some semblance of control.
07:06Hmm.
07:08Maybe that wasn't fair to the bug, but, uh, it does taste pretty good.
07:11I think the mealworms have like an edge as far as like flavor.
07:15These ones are a little bit more aggressive and sometimes they like bite.
07:18So I like to kind of like, at least chomp the head and then like, you know.
07:23Oh, I just pinched my mouth.
07:30Do you like a food that bites back?
07:31I do.
07:32Yes.
07:32I do like food that bites back.
07:34I like a certain like boldness and intensity in my food.
07:37I don't know why I like it, but I do.
07:39Uh, it alienates me from people, which is a shame.
07:43How people could be very judgmental about something like that.
07:47I'm really just eating them in secret sometimes.
07:49Sometimes I got to hide them in the house.
07:54Just, just, just out of like shame.
07:56And that's just a really dark place to be in, you know.
07:58I find myself craving eating bugs the most in times of crisis.
08:04And, uh, yeah, it really is a coping mechanism.
08:09Times aren't easy.
08:09Ah, baby.
08:13I recently became a father, uh, about 10 months ago.
08:18And, uh, it's pretty tough, uh, being a young dad and, you know, being in between jobs.
08:24And what makes it even more difficult is my partner Ashley does not eat bugs.
08:30I just don't think that it's her thing, you know.
08:33I think she's somebody who has the choice of, uh, hey, do you want to eat bugs or not?
08:36And she just happens to be, you know, I don't really want to eat bugs.
08:42Oh, my God.
08:44When I first found out about Carlos's bugging, I thought it was, I guess, cute.
08:52But as time has gone on, it's become evident that it's a major crutch for him.
08:58What?
09:00I don't think that she's too keen on my, uh, craving live bugs.
09:05Oh, my God.
09:07And I can't ignore it anymore.
09:09Carlos!
09:10We talked about this!
09:12But there's no way that I'm going to stop eating bugs.
09:36So, right now, I'm removing all my makeup off, getting the skin nice and clean.
09:46Preparation is key.
09:47Missing my curls.
09:49My name is Brandy.
09:50I live in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
09:53I am a licensed cosmetologist.
09:55I have a full background in skincare, all things cosmetology.
10:00Okay, now I'm ready for the good stuff.
10:05Product has arrived, babe.
10:07Thanks, baby.
10:09Looks like you worked hard for it.
10:11Of course I did.
10:12This is good.
10:13This is good.
10:14This is really good.
10:15And I'm addicted to semen facials.
10:25Just like that.
10:39I've been giving myself semen facials for about four years now.
10:43I love the way that it feels on my skin.
10:45It's nice and smooth.
10:46It has a very sticky texture to it.
10:49And I also love the glow that it gives me at the end of the day.
11:00I like to call my husband semen the product.
11:04I usually give myself a semen facial, I would say, twice a day.
11:08In the mornings, I'll get a fresh batch, which usually means it came directly out of my husband and then
11:15later on in the night.
11:16I really love the way that it feels, especially when it's fresh and warm.
11:20And then once I see that it's exactly where I want it to be, I go in and start to
11:25press in the semen just like this.
11:30And it's just giving me that plumpness that I really love.
11:34The semen facials started off as something that I really enjoyed doing just on different parts of my skin.
11:41And I then decided to move that into the bathroom to see what else I could make of it.
11:47I think my first reaction to Brandi requesting the semen facials was absolutely not.
11:54You know, I kind of didn't want my wife doing that.
11:57But once we had the conversation, she showed me some things that she looked at online as far as research
12:03and the benefits, and she pleaded her case.
12:06I think the turning point was just more sex, right?
12:12More times that I wouldn't have to ask for sex or there wouldn't be any pressure to, you know, do
12:19anything extra to get sex.
12:21So, yeah, I was all for that.
12:25So, I have a picture of what my skin looked like before I started doing this.
12:29I had a lot of redness right here on my forehead, as you can see.
12:33Even some hyperpigmentation right there and how much of a difference it's been after about a few months in this
12:40picture here.
12:45So, one of the other ways that I like to store the semen is in these ice trays.
12:51I like to keep it nice and tucked away in our freezer so that our kids can't grab it.
12:56So, I make these what I like to call noobs.
12:59Noob is basically nut and ice cube. Nut is semen. So, I just combine the two together and you have
13:05a noob.
13:06When I know that my husband is going to be gone from me, let's say he's gone for a weekend,
13:11I know to go ahead and stock up.
13:14I've definitely become obsessed with the product. I don't like to go 12 hours without it. I can't go 24
13:21hours without it.
13:23There you go. Fill it up.
13:29There's no other product that I have in my regimen that can fully replace the benefits of it.
13:35There's no secret that I have to supply her every day.
13:38So, I have a refuel process where I definitely am drinking a lot of water, getting a lot of different
13:43fluids in me.
13:43I try to make sure I have it to her before she asks so I don't get my head bitten
13:47off.
13:48If my husband wanted to stop giving me his semen, I'd probably ask him why.
13:52That's the first question I would ask.
13:55I wouldn't be happy about it.
13:57I'm so used to using it all the time and reaching for it.
14:01It does stress me out when I don't have it.
14:09Ooh, what we got?
14:11Got everything you need, right?
14:13Thank you. You did good.
14:15That's a good one.
14:17I will never stop giving myself semen facials. I need the semen.
14:22I'm pulling over. I need to get my makeup sponge here.
14:25Okay. Okay, I got my sponge. I feel better.
14:29I struggle with this addiction, but I'm just ready to be like, you know what? This is what I do.
14:34You don't like it? It's my flat ass.
14:36Get over it, bitch.
14:39Pineapple mojito.
14:41No.
14:42When he eats things that are more on the acidic side, it affects my skin in certain ways.
14:47Make sure you drink your water now.
14:48It's a lot to keep up with her skincare demands. I definitely see some frustration on her end. Definitely some
14:54attitude.
14:54Loaded.
15:16My name's Anthony. I live in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and I am a makeup artist.
15:23I'm also a great performer. I like to think of myself as an icon a little bit.
15:34And I'm addicted to eating makeup.
15:40I really don't know exactly how much I consume day to day. It's kind of like just throughout the day
15:45here and there.
15:46I try some mascara maybe. Usually with the lipstick, I don't bite into it. I like lick it. Sometimes I
15:52put like some foundation in my mouth. Like maybe like 10 pumps of foundation a day.
15:58Apply multiple layers. But it doesn't say consume multiple layers. So probably not meant for that. But there's really nothing
16:07that I haven't tried yet at this point, I feel like.
16:12I tend to like certain makeups at different times. So like my foundation tastes like coffee. So that's some warning.
16:20I could go through one of these in like five to seven days.
16:23As far as the eye shadow. You can probably tell what my favorite flavors are. Where'd it go? Where's my
16:29bait? Where's...
16:36I'm looking for my favorite. I can't find it. And it is actually my favorite. So I'm kind of panicking
16:40now. Oh God. Where the French did it go?
16:45Oh my God. I know where it went. Travel bag. Because this is my favorite. It tastes like cupcakes. It's
16:53very dessert-y. So like this I'll have like...
16:57Well, I say at night time. But I think I kind of at this point have it all the time.
17:02Butter gloss is what you're going to want to try.
17:06I don't know. Can you see it on my tongue? Yeah.
17:17So I've been addicted to eating makeup for about three years now. I was doing a theater production. I got
17:24too much makeup on my face accidentally rushing.
17:26And I kind of just licked it off the side of my face. It was kind of an innocent thing.
17:32Didn't really think much of it at the time.
17:35And then it turned into me kind of trying it at home like when I'm watching a movie and bored
17:39and felt like I was kind of almost craving it in a way.
17:42And then it just kind of led to where I'm at now where it's to the point where I'm consuming
17:48makeup every single day.
17:53I'm pulling over. For a minute. I need to get my makeup sponge here. Oh God.
18:00I would say when I'm engaging and eating the makeup I feel comfort. I feel relaxed. I feel content.
18:06Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. I got my sponge. I feel better.
18:13I'm still an icon. But I feel like I struggle with this addiction because actually I don't think anyone at
18:23this point knows.
18:26There's people in my life, especially family, that are still very conservative.
18:30They would be judging me based on wearing the makeup, let alone eating it.
18:35But I feel like at this point I have to live my life for me.
18:39I'm just ready to be like, you know what? This is what I do. You don't like it? Kiss my
18:42flat ass. I don't know. I really don't give a damn.
18:45Yes, I'm eating some makeup. Get over it, bitch.
19:03So, me and my husband are going out to dinner tonight. A much needed date night. We don't get many
19:10of those.
19:10But also, this is good preparation to get him ready to refill for my skincare.
19:18Another method I like to do with the semen is to pour it in my little handy dandy steamer.
19:25I like to kind of do it equal parts of semen and water. That way it doesn't get too clogged
19:31up because it tends to be a little thick.
19:32So, I just like to go in before I apply either my skincare or my makeup.
19:40Keeps me nice and hydrated.
19:46Just like that.
19:49Oh, my goodness. You look good, right?
19:54Thank you. You look nice. We match him.
19:58Thank you, baby.
19:59I got my shoes.
20:01One of the reasons that we've been able to keep our spark alive is just being very open, trying new
20:07things, and being very adventurous in the bedroom. That's definitely one way we keep our flame going.
20:22Hi, guys. Welcome to Parkside. I made it for you today?
20:26Just two hours.
20:26Just for? Great.
20:32Thank you, sir.
20:33You're welcome. Can I get you guys started with some water?
20:36Um, yeah. Yes, please.
20:37I definitely think that diet contributes to the quality of semen, whether that be the texture, the taste, the smell,
20:44things like that.
20:45Strawberry, basil, they got all the signature cocktails.
20:49Pineapple mojito.
20:51No.
20:52Following a diet definitely makes going out to dinner very hard. We have to be conscious, or I have to
20:58be conscious specifically, of what I'm eating, what I'm putting in my body at all times.
21:02Pineapples used to be my favorite fruit, but I definitely had to cut those out because I was scolded.
21:08Did you guys have any questions?
21:10I think a lot of times when he eats things that are more on the acidic side, it definitely affects
21:16my skin in certain ways.
21:18What do you have? What greens do you have?
21:19We have green beans, collard greens.
21:21How are your collard greens?
21:23They're good. They're good on the vinegary side, if you like that.
21:26Green beans.
21:27Yeah.
21:27Okay.
21:28I'll be right back.
21:30Usually when I see him eating things like that, I'm like, you know, we need to wash that down with
21:36a whole bunch of water because it's definitely going to affect my skin later.
21:39Make sure you drink your water now.
21:41Oh, man.
21:42Okay, okay, okay.
21:43Drink good.
21:44Now I drink.
21:45This is my third cup.
21:48Hello, guys.
21:49Got a pork chop?
21:50Thank you, man.
21:51You're welcome.
21:52Yummy.
21:54Amazing.
21:55This looks yummy, guys.
21:57It's like a refuel platter right there.
21:59That's it.
21:59You got your protein, your greens, your water.
22:02I got it all.
22:03It'll be a nice heavy load.
22:05It's a lot to keep up with her skincare demands, but I've seen the effects by not producing what she
22:11needs.
22:12I definitely see some frustration on her end, definitely some attitude, but just knowing that, you know, happy wife, happy
22:18life.
22:22I'd imagine that Bryce is a little tired, but my husband has never declined giving me semen.
22:28And the better quality semen he can get, the more I'm going to use it.
22:33Load it up.
22:36How much are you spending on these a week?
22:38Less than we spend money on food.
22:40Oh, my God.
22:41We don't have any extra funds right now for eating bugs the way he is.
22:45You know we don't have the money for this.
22:49These are semen cubes.
22:51Are you for real?
22:52I'm for real.
22:53I put it on my cheeks, go up here to my forehead.
22:55I'm a little nervous because I've definitely lost friends to this in the past.
22:59Feeling judged by a friend is never a good feeling.
23:11My partner, Ashley, found out that I was eating bugs pretty early on into our relationship.
23:16Don't ever eat bugs like Daddy. That's disgusting.
23:19You know we don't have the money for this.
23:22How much are you spending on these a week?
23:25I mean, not a lot.
23:29Well, it's not a lot.
23:32You know, less than we spend money on food.
23:35Oh, my God.
23:37Money's really tight right now as Carlos has recently lost his job.
23:40We don't have any extra funds right now for eating bugs the way he is at the rate that he's
23:47eating them as well.
23:48You just lost your job and you're spending more on these things.
23:52I don't really get it, you know.
23:54It's not really that much money that these crickets cost.
23:58And it's unhealthy.
23:59We don't know who or where they're coming from.
24:02They could have so many different types of diseases we don't know.
24:05This is an organic food source.
24:08I mean, come on.
24:10Let's not be ethnocentric here.
24:12I mean, do you realize that 70% of the globe eats insects?
24:16Not live.
24:18It's definitely a health concern.
24:20And I'm concerned for his well-being.
24:26Okay.
24:35That's disgusting.
24:37That is absolutely grotesque.
24:42I just want Jillian to have a father who's alive and healthy and focused on us.
24:48But he prioritizes his own comfort over the comfort and security of our family.
24:55And that's really difficult.
24:59You just, that's so gross.
25:02Go to a doctor.
25:03It's a problem.
25:06You're going to make her a social pariah.
25:08Why should she be a social pariah?
25:09Just because her dad likes bugs.
25:13I mean, I might be willing to see a doctor,
25:15but I don't think they're going to convince me to stop eating bugs.
25:38I'm going to have two of my girlfriends come over today.
25:41We're going to have a day of just self-care.
25:43And because I'm educated in cosmetology,
25:46they know I always keep hair products, skin care products, all the things on me.
25:51I'm going to show them my semen facial cues.
25:54I'm not going to lie, I'm a little nervous because I've definitely lost friends to this in the past.
25:58Even though this is something that I enjoy doing,
26:01feeling judged by it by a friend is never, it's never a good feeling.
26:05But I just want to live out loud.
26:07So hopefully they don't run away too.
26:16Hey!
26:17Hey girl!
26:18Coffee.
26:19Coffee.
26:20Good to see you.
26:22Thanks for coming.
26:23Of course.
26:23Hey sister.
26:26It's hot.
26:27It is.
26:27It's way too hot.
26:29So good to see you, friend.
26:31I know.
26:32Look at this.
26:33Cute.
26:34Y'all put this together for y'all.
26:36It looks so good.
26:38So cute.
26:38You know, I love the charcuterie boy.
26:40Well, I was about to say, this is more your speed, but I tried my best.
26:44So what are we doing today?
26:45I do have some beauty products over here that I wanted us to try today.
26:51Brandy is a wild card.
26:53Like, you can't put anything past her.
26:54She's very, like, outgoing.
26:56I love that about her.
26:58Oh.
26:58What do y'all use?
26:59What do you use to take your makeup off?
27:00I just use makeup wipes.
27:01Oh.
27:02I like to use the balms, actually.
27:04Oh, yeah.
27:04I have a balm right here, too.
27:06We're really close friends.
27:07Like, nothing is off the table with this.
27:09Put it on your hand.
27:11Yeah.
27:12Oh, yeah.
27:12Yeah.
27:12Another product that I want to share with you guys.
27:15Oh, let me go grab it.
27:17Let's see.
27:18She got the good stuff.
27:19I know.
27:24All right, so these are what I like to call noobs.
27:29Aren't they cute?
27:30Look at the little heart shapes.
27:32So these are semen cubes.
27:41And I call them noobs because it's, like, a combination of, like, nut and ice cube.
27:47Are you for real?
27:48I'm so sorry.
27:49Is this a joke?
27:49I'm for real.
27:50No, it's not a joke.
27:51This is Bryce.
27:51This is Bryce.
27:55Bryce!
27:56Bryce is on the kitchen table?
27:59I thought we were being pranked.
28:01I did not think she actually froze Bryce's semen and put them in ice cubes.
28:05I thought it was a joke.
28:06And I'm telling you, this has been, like, my golden product.
28:12I put it on my cheeks, go up here to my forehead, and then I'll go over here.
28:17That's a lot.
28:18Now, put them back in the freezer.
28:21I'm just, like, floored.
28:26Flabbergasted.
28:29Shocked.
28:30How many times are you making him do this?
28:33I like to make sure he does it at least twice a day.
28:37I basically treat it like it's a mask when I have, like, what I like to call a fresh batch.
28:42And that's the secret.
28:43So why you're saying the phone?
28:44This is my secret, yeah.
28:45Is it safe?
28:46Like, have you asked your dermatologist about this?
28:48I have not.
28:49Maybe you should, like, talk to an esthetician or a dermatologist, just to be sure, you know?
28:54I would think that it's safe because I know, you know, Bryce is clean.
28:57He doesn't have anything that I can contract.
28:59So, I mean, even if they tell me that I shouldn't do it, I'm still going to do it.
29:03Like, why would I stop?
29:06You know we love you, right?
29:07We're not judging you, but I really think you should go see the esthetician.
29:11You think so?
29:12Yeah.
29:12You just never know.
29:14So my girls are always concerned about me, you know, just like how friends are.
29:18They want to make sure that you're doing something that's not going to harm yourself.
29:22Okay, since I can tell you guys are serious, I'll go see somebody, but only because y'all seem very
29:29concerned.
29:31As you should.
29:32Yeah.
29:32So I'm going to take their advice.
29:33I'm going to go to a med spa and just kind of get that second opinion, see what they think
29:37about it.
29:38But I know that it's not causing me any harm, so I don't see a reason to stop.
29:46He was chewing it up and swallowing it.
29:48I have never seen that before.
29:49Did you just eat that?
29:51It's like flavorful.
29:52I knew he loved doing makeup.
29:54I didn't know he loved eating it though.
29:56This is what I do.
29:57You don't like it.
29:58I really don't give a damn.
30:12I love going to the makeup store.
30:15It's like going to the grocery store for me in a way.
30:18So I got to get what I want.
30:24At first when I saw him, I was like, is he actually eating that or is he just trying it
30:29on?
30:30But he was not just putting it on his lips.
30:32He was nibbling it off and he was chewing it up and swallowing it.
30:36I have never seen that before.
30:38I would think that people see.
30:40Excuse me.
30:41I'm sorry about that.
30:42Eating makeup as not the social norm.
30:45I did.
30:46Yeah, those actually taste really good.
30:49And I kind of get a little embarrassed, but I got to have the best of the best.
30:59Can you reach that?
31:01I've always kind of put my relationships on a back burner kind of thing because of this addiction.
31:07Okay, let's see.
31:09But I kind of am at the point where I'm like, let's just tell the world.
31:15Hello.
31:16Hey.
31:17How are you?
31:18Good to see you.
31:19Today, I'm doing makeup for my friend that has a drag show coming up tonight.
31:24And she has no idea that I eat makeup.
31:26I just want my eyes and my lips done.
31:29Okay.
31:30That sounds good.
31:31She is a drag queen and now drag queens are very shady, honey.
31:34She may be like, what in the hot mess that you got going on?
31:38Do you know what numbers you're going to do next?
31:40I'm not sure yet.
31:41It can definitely be tempting when I'm working on somebody's face.
31:46You're eye closed.
31:50And the makeup's like on my fingers.
31:52I'm like, ugh.
31:53I want to have some of this damn makeup.
31:59Just give me one second here.
32:05Did you just eat that?
32:08Uh, yeah.
32:09I was just kind of trying it.
32:13It's so good.
32:14It's like a bean.
32:15It's like flavorful.
32:18They're, um, colors, not flavors.
32:21When I saw Anthony eating makeup, I just was like, why?
32:26I like the tastes.
32:28Like, I like the different kinds.
32:30I knew he loved doing makeup.
32:32I didn't know he loved eating it, though.
32:34I mean, I like all of it.
32:36But, yeah.
32:38I probably should have warned you.
32:46Are you mad?
32:47No.
32:48I'm not mad.
32:49But you don't, like, think bad of me.
32:51I don't think bad of you, but I think it's bad for you.
32:54It's not good to ingest.
32:56Yeah.
32:57Have you read the warning labels?
33:00I haven't.
33:01A warning label has never stopped me on a makeup that I want to eat.
33:05I've never really felt sick off eating it.
33:07Except for one time when I had, like, half a bottle.
33:11But...
33:11There's literally warning signs on this stuff.
33:14You're putting toxic and poisonous chemicals in your system.
33:17I would have gotten sick by now if it was, like, really harming my body.
33:22It's still not food.
33:25Yeah, you're right.
33:26All right.
33:27Remember that.
33:28It's not food.
33:28I got you.
33:29Well, I love you, and thank you for coming.
33:32You're welcome.
33:33It felt good to finally admit to what I've been doing.
33:37And she was concerned, but not, like, mean about it.
33:40Good to see you.
33:40It was good to see you.
33:41Thank you so much.
33:42Have fun at the show, okay?
33:43Good luck. Thank you.
33:45She did say I'm basically poisoning myself, but...
33:48I don't know.
33:49I just am kind of at the point where I'm, like,
33:51I don't care what people think.
33:53Honey, nothing's gonna get me to stop eating the makeup.
33:56I'm still a person.
33:58I'm still talented.
34:00And if you are a casting director, book me now.
34:21So I had a few people that were concerned about the semen facials
34:24and how often I was doing it, so today we are at a med spa.
34:28Hi.
34:28Hi.
34:29We're here to get a professional opinion.
34:31You can put yourself there and take a seat here.
34:34And I'm a little anxious to go inside.
34:37So what are you coming in for today?
34:39So I'm here to basically get a second opinion about a product
34:43that I've been using on my skin.
34:47Yeah.
34:47Um, I've been using my husband's semen.
34:50Oh, okay.
34:51As a part of my facial routine.
34:53And how long have you been doing this?
34:54For about two years now.
34:56About two years.
34:56I wouldn't mind getting a little assessment.
34:58Yeah, absolutely.
34:59Let me get you a mirror.
35:00Yeah.
35:01I have been in the field and practicing medicine for 14 years,
35:05but I've actually only seen one other patient
35:08that uses human sperm on their face
35:10to try to get the desired goals that they're looking for.
35:13I'm going to give you this mirror.
35:14Okay.
35:14And we're going to look at your skin
35:15and tell me the areas that are concerning you,
35:18and that's the reason why you use your husband's sperm.
35:21Okay.
35:21It's always my forehead.
35:22Okay.
35:23And each cheek.
35:25Have you ever had a reaction?
35:26No.
35:27I've never had a reaction.
35:28But I also, my husband's pretty clean.
35:30Um, but it's just one of those things where it's like,
35:32it's been working for me, so why would I try something else?
35:35And if there is something that's better, then I can just add it.
35:38I can just add it to my regimen, but not kick out what I'm already doing.
35:42Okay.
35:44There's no evidence-based research that proves it's doing anything.
35:49It can actually put you in harm.
35:51Okay.
35:52So it can give you atopical dermatitis.
35:54You can get different types of infections from it.
35:56And then also you're putting yourself at risk for STDs in the eyes,
36:00oral area, and if you do get an STD in the eyes,
36:04it can cause blindness.
36:05Ooh.
36:06Yeah.
36:06It has happened.
36:08Okay.
36:08The human sperm is not cleansed or purified.
36:11So we don't know if it, not only if it's not giving her benefits,
36:15but it could be causing some harm.
36:18It's not benefiting you.
36:20That's the way that I would look at it.
36:21Okay.
36:23I can't say right now that I would totally toss out my husband's semen right now
36:30because I feel like if it's not doing any harm up until this point,
36:35I think for now I'll keep using it.
36:38And like I said, it's obviously not giving you any reaction yet.
36:42Right.
36:42But I would highly recommend not doing that with your husband's sperm.
36:46With no husband's sperm.
36:46Okay.
36:46Yes.
36:47You're increasing your risk of infection by a great deal.
36:50Okay.
36:50Okay.
36:52So I feel good about my visit today.
36:55I took my friend's advice by coming here and getting a professional
36:58to really do a deep dive into my skin.
37:00But as I've said before,
37:04all of the risks that she was naming,
37:06I didn't feel as though I would be privy to those things
37:08because I know my man, I know my husband,
37:11and I haven't had anything up until this point.
37:13So even with her telling me to stop,
37:16I'm still going to continue to use the semen.
37:19You're welcome.
37:32When you eat these bugs live,
37:34you are contaminating your body with parasitic and bacterial infections.
37:39He is on the verge of having every single organ affected.
37:44The dark reality is like, I don't care if it's bad for me.
37:58I'm feeling a little bit nervous about going to this medical appointment
38:02because I'm afraid what they're going to say about my bug eating habits.
38:06All right, Carlos, you can follow me.
38:10I'm going to this appointment
38:11because I do want to respond to Ashley's concerns,
38:15even though I'm convinced that there's nothing wrong with it.
38:18Well, welcome.
38:19So what brings you in today?
38:21So I'm here because my partner is concerned about my addiction to eating live bugs.
38:27So, like, just grab a cricket and, uh...
38:39Okay, so what drew you to eating live bugs?
38:43Do you eat them on a daily basis?
38:44Yes.
38:45Okay.
38:46I understand that it's weird, right?
38:48By most conventional standards.
38:50However, I know for a fact that 70% of the world eats insects, right?
38:53Yes and no.
38:55In some cultures, eating bugs is accepted.
38:59But the big difference is live bugs are gutted and they're cooked.
39:03Have you ever researched, um, purchasing bugs that are safe for human consumption?
39:09I really get my kicks out of eating them alive.
39:11The problem is when you eat these bugs live,
39:14you are contaminating your body with active, live, parasitic and bacterial infections.
39:23You're kind of putting your body in a constant inflammatory state.
39:27Now, um, have you ever seen a provider before and had any tests to kind of decipher
39:36if you came across any medical issues that came from eating the live bugs?
39:42I think I've been avoiding that topic.
39:45Any respiratory symptoms like shortness of breath, wheezing?
39:51Moderately.
39:52Um, do you mind if I actually take a listen to your heart and lungs?
39:55Yeah.
39:56Sure, sure, sure.
39:59So if Carlos doesn't stop eating live bugs, he's causing tremendous risks for his health.
40:06What Carlos is doing on a daily basis is exposing himself to harmful pathogens.
40:12And over time, these toxins can seep into the bloodstream, which can cause a multi-organ failure.
40:20Do you ever get any heart palpitations?
40:23Yeah, and I think I kind of like, I don't know, like, I've assumed that it has to do with
40:28anxiety, I think, yeah.
40:29I'm gonna take a listen to your lungs, too. You want to lean forward for me?
40:32Sure.
40:32All right, take some nice deep breaths.
40:38Ultimately, um, he is on the verge of having every single organ affected if he doesn't stop.
40:50So, from listening, heart sounds, lung sounds, both sound good.
40:55Your lungs are nice, loud, and clear.
40:57Good.
40:57But with the heart palpitations, sometimes that can mean their heart is stressing.
41:02And, you know, I am concerned because parasite infections can cause a tremendous amount of damage to the body.
41:09I mean, there's studies that show that parasitic infections can even travel to the brain
41:13and basically eat at your brain tissue and contribute to chronic diseases that resemble early dementia.
41:22Um, there's a lot we can do here to kind of get you going.
41:26So, my first suggestion would be if we're gonna eat bugs, not have them be live.
41:35Of all the bugs that you do eat, the most toxic one is the cockroaches.
41:39So, if it's gonna be more of kind of weaning you down, I don't recommend eating cockroaches.
41:44They're highly risky.
41:46They're highly toxic.
41:47Obviously, I would want to run some blood work on you.
41:50Okay.
41:50Kind of reevaluate the big picture.
41:53Oh, my God.
41:56Um, I think the dark reality is, like, I don't care if it's bad for me.
42:00Okay.
42:00But I know it doesn't end there because I'm a father.
42:04Yeah.
42:04And I have, you know, people that depend on me.
42:07I had no idea the full extent of, uh, damage that it could potentially cause.
42:13I do want to change.
42:15But I also really like eating bugs.
42:18It was basically, I heard what I feared most, which is the truth.
42:24It was a pleasure meeting you and I look forward to seeing you again.
42:28Okay.
