00:00The first wave of Game Pass titles for May of 2026 has come out, so let's go ahead and jump
00:06in and see all games which have been confirmed so far.
00:11So starting things off, we have Final Fantasy V coming to a Premium, Ultimate, and PC on May 5th.
00:17This one continues the trend of classic Final Fantasy titles hitting Game Pass every month.
00:22If you ever wanted to go back and see where the series found its identity, now is the perfect time
00:26to jump in,
00:27with Square Enix seemingly bringing these classics over on a steady monthly schedule.
00:33Also on May 5th is Motor Slice, which is a day one release.
00:37It's a third-person parkour game set in a brutalist post-apocalyptic world,
00:41where you play as a girl named Pee trying to make your way through a series of deadly traps.
00:46The focus is on movement, running, sliding, wall running, climbing, crouching, and using a chainsaw to cross gaps,
00:52as you navigate this desolate environment.
00:59Coming on May 6th is Ben 10 Power Trip.
01:02This one follows Ben Tennyson on a European adventure as he takes on Hex and a set of crystal-powered
01:08enemies.
01:08You can transform into different aliens, fight through encounters, solve light puzzles,
01:12and explore a 3D world, either solo or in co-op.
01:20Also on May 6th is Descenders Next, arriving as a game preview release.
01:24This game lets you take on extreme sports courses across snowy slopes and rugged terrain,
01:29using either a snowboard or mountain board.
01:31Career and Grand Tour are now linked, making it easier to unlock parks, slope styles, and races.
01:37If you wanted to play with others, you can also squad up with Descenders Next players and take on the
01:41mountain together.
01:45We've also got Wheel World.
01:47This one's a cosmic biking adventure where you play as Cat, a young rider trying to cover legendary bike parts
01:53and perform something called the Great Shift, a ritual meant to restore balance to a collapsing universe.
01:59You'll move through neon highways, forests, and large zones, meet strange spirits,
02:04and take on rival cyclists across a semi-open world.
02:12Next up is Wild Gate.
02:14It's a PvP-V-E multiplayer shooter that mixes tactical ship-to-ship combat with first-person action.
02:20You're navigating hazards, searching for weapons and upgrades,
02:23and switching between three different modes built around that blend of ship combat and on-foot firefights.
02:32And rounding out May 6th is Wuchang Fallen Feathers.
02:36This one's a Souls-like action RPG set in the final days of the Ming Dynasty.
02:41You're going to play as Wuchang, a pirate warrior dealing with memory loss and a curse,
02:46working through the brutal combat and character progression
02:48while uncovering what's behind the chaos spreading through the world.
02:55Mixtape, releasing on May 7th as a Day 1 Game Pass title,
03:00this one's a narrative coming-of-age adventure where three friends revisit big moments
03:04that shape them, all framed through a playlist of memories.
03:08You'll be skating, taking photos, drifting through these dream-like vignettes,
03:12and basically playing through the highlights of their teenage years.
03:15It leans into that late 80s, early 90s alt-rock vibe with music and bands that define the era.
03:28Then on May 11th, we have Outbound, a Day 1 release.
03:32It's a cozy open-world exploration game where you start with an empty camper van
03:36and turn it into a mobile home.
03:38In the game, you'll gather materials, craft, and build onto your vehicle,
03:42exploring different biomes in electric camper,
03:44grow plants, cook meals, and even adopt a companion animal.
03:48The whole game can be played solo or in co-op with up to four players.
03:57On May 12th, we've got Black Jacket.
04:00It's a purgatorial card game where lost souls gamble their way toward escape,
04:04all built around a dark, painterly twist on blackjack.
04:08You're wagering coins, dealing with the ferryman,
04:10and using whatever tricks you can, cheating included,
04:13to survive to each round.
04:20Call of the Elder Gods is another Day 1 Game Pass release, coming on May 12th.
04:25This one looks like a puzzle-driven adventure where you switch between two characters
04:29to solve object-based and observation-based puzzles across different locations and time periods.
04:34You'll be digging through environments for clues,
04:37flipping perspectives, and working through multi-part problems
04:40as the story leans into the Lovecraftian-inspired mystery
04:43about missing people and strange visions.
04:51Also on May 12th is Elite Dangerous.
04:54It's a massively multiplayer space sim set in a full recreation of the Milky Way,
04:59where you start with a small ship and work your way up
05:01by trading, fighting, exploring, mining, or smuggling.
05:04The Horizon's content is included, letting you land on planets,
05:08use the SRV, craft gear, and run multi-crew missions.
05:12Everything happens in a connected galaxy where player actions shape the wider narrative.
05:18Then on May 14th we have Doom The Dark Ages.
05:22This one is a prequel to Doom and Doom Eternal, set in a medieval war against health.
05:27You're stepping into the Slayer's early days using classic weapons alongside new ones
05:31like the Shield Saw, fighting through grounded, brutal combat across massive dark fantasy environments.
05:37You'll also take flight on a mecha dragon, pilot the Atlan mech,
05:41and push through some of id's largest levels as the story builds toward the Slayer's legend.
05:51We've got Subnautica 2, which is coming to Game Pass.
05:55This one's an underwater survival game set in a new alien ocean planet,
05:59with a fresh story and bigger focus on adapting to the environment.
06:03You can play the game solo or with up to three friends,
06:06explore ruins, build bases, craft submersibles, and push deeper into the world
06:10as you uncover what's actually going on.
06:13It keeps the core Subnautica style, but adds co-op and more customization to the building and tools.
06:23Forza Horizon 6 lands on May 19th as a Day 1 Game Pass release as well.
06:28This one takes the series to Japan, with over 550 cars and a map that mixes rural areas
06:33with the biggest city the franchise has done so far.
06:36You'll be driving through Tokyo, the suburbs, industrial districts,
06:40and a bunch of different regions around Japan,
06:42while picking up new homes, customizing your garages to show off your collection.
06:46This one's basically the next big Horizon entry just set in Japan this time.
06:55On May 21st, we've got a couple of games.
06:57First is Bistro.
06:59You play as Panko, a young chef running a small restaurant in the village of Palapuri,
07:04while monsters gather outside the walls.
07:07You'll gather ingredients, grow crops, cook dishes, through mini-games,
07:10and serve both the townsfolk and the caretakers.
07:13Adventurers who head out to fight those monsters.
07:16The meals that you make are going to shape their abilities through a deck-building combat system
07:21built around the ingredient effects.
07:27The other game on May 21st is Luna Abyss.
07:30You play as a prisoner sent into a massive derelict megastructure beneath the mimic moon Luna.
07:37Searching for lost technology under the watch of an AI warden named Aelin,
07:40The ruins echo with remnants of the fallen colony of Greymon,
07:44pulling you deeper with voices, factions, and hints of what destroyed it.
07:53Then on May 27th, we have Echo Generation 2.
07:56It's a turn-based sci-fi deck-building RPG where you play as Jack,
08:00an ordinary dad trapped in a strange new dimension.
08:03You'll build decks from a hundred cards, recruit quirky allies,
08:07and take on cosmic creatures across voxel-style worlds.
08:10The story fills in Jack's missing years and ties directly into the events of the original Echo Generation.
08:21May 28th, we have Crash O' Crew.
08:24It's a frantic co-op forklift game where up to four players race around a warehouse built like a full
08:29-on obstacle course.
08:30You'll boost, drift, grab, stack, and ship increasingly ridiculous orders,
08:35everything from lemons to explosives,
08:37while trying not to bury the place in chaos.
08:40Upgrades help, but disaster is pretty much guaranteed.
08:48Also coming out in May, but with a date to be decided, is RV There Yet?
08:52It's a co-op adventure about getting your RV home after being forced onto a dangerous backcountry route.
08:58You'll manage supplies, keep everyone alive through hazards in Mabats Valley,
09:02and use a physics-based winch system to pull the RV over whatever's blocking the road.
09:07Scavenging, repairs, and teamwork keep both the vehicle and the friendships intact.
