00:28What are you doing here?
00:30What I tell you, what you do in my house, go out.
00:39It's the guard, you know?
00:41It's the bodyguard of the house.
00:43When you arrive in the house, you need to talk with this guy or this guy to go in.
00:47Is this a solid coat?
00:49I don't think so. Look, it's not so solid.
00:54This is some funny picture.
00:57This is me in a different situation, you see?
01:01You like that, eh, bad man?
01:04This is Garibaldi.
01:06My favorite is Kekevara.
01:10You know, I sure was not the boring life.
01:16My name is Travio Briatore.
01:18I'm the advisor of the channel at Renault.
01:21And the name of the team is Alping.
01:24Hi, guys.
01:28When I started Formula One with Benetton, I signed Schumacher.
01:33And we went to the championship with the team.
01:35And this was only possible.
01:38Because I fired Moreno.
01:42And Renault, we went to the championship with Toronto.
01:45All because I replaced Tenso Battles.
01:48Did you enjoy firing people?
01:50I still enjoy if the people are not doing the job, you know?
01:55Whatever business you're doing, everybody follow the leader.
01:59And managing Formula One people is exactly the same.
02:03Sometimes you want the stick and beat everybody in the head.
02:08Flavio is known as a very controversial character.
02:11He was one of the most ruthless team bosses in Formula One history.
02:16Last season, I came back to Formula One
02:18to help the team from the bottom of the championship.
02:22This year, what they're looking for is to finish in the first six.
02:27In the 1990s and 2000s, Flavio gave Formula One
02:31some brilliant world champions.
02:33He's the last of the old guard
02:35who plays hard on and off the track.
02:37But how much do those old ways still ring true in the modern era?
02:42I'm not a dictator.
02:44But you do whatever I tell you to do.
02:46And if somebody is not in the same direction, it'll be out.
02:49Simple as that.
03:11Like…
03:12Here, give me a B.
03:15Like…
03:18Pierre Gasly.
03:20Gangster from France.
03:22Normandy.
03:24This season, Jack Doan is my teammates.
03:27He's a rookie, so it's always difficult coming in
03:30with no experience, but he's a great dude, honestly.
03:33I really like him.
03:34Australian, very chilled.
03:36It's a good chance for him.
03:38What are we going to do now?
03:39We're going to reveal delivery to team sponsors and media.
03:42And myself.
03:42And you for the first time.
03:49Fuck it, let's run it.
03:50It's better like that.
03:52Jack Doan, Formula 1 driver for BWT Alpine Formula 1 team.
03:57Bang.
03:58My aspirations this season are to show what I can do
04:02and obviously prove my worth.
04:04You two will be the ones revealing the car.
04:06Okay.
04:07And then it's the reserve drivers.
04:08The band.
04:09The band of reserve drivers.
04:10They can sing drums and guitar.
04:15How are you?
04:16Good to see you.
04:17How are you?
04:18Good.
04:19Reserve drivers, we've got a few.
04:20We can probably put a football team together, so...
04:26Oh!
04:28Why are there so many drivers?
04:30You suck them all!
04:32Every team has reserve drivers in case the lead drivers can't race.
04:37Like this season, in typical Flavio style.
04:40He's set about signing up pretty much every young driver they could find.
04:44And they're just waiting in the wings.
04:47To the new ones.
04:48It's great to have you here.
04:49You're the only RJ team.
04:51I'm the only one.
04:52You were a lot better than I thought.
04:53Yes.
04:56I'm Franco Colapinto, VWT, Alpine Formula One team reserve driver.
05:01Last year in Williams, it was a great start to my iPhone career.
05:05Oh!
05:07Thank you, my God.
05:08That was amazing.
05:10Franco Colapinto, Argentina's first blitz scorer since 1982.
05:18Get ready, okay?
05:19Yes.
05:20It's super to have Colapinto in the team.
05:23Everybody pushing for Franco, Colapinto, Franco, Franco.
05:26Yeah.
05:26In this moment, we have Jacques in the car.
05:30So, you know, we see.
05:32Okay, can we make one?
05:33Just the official drivers, please.
05:36As a rookie, I think, you know, if you underperform, your future's at stake, for sure.
05:41It is a bit sink or swim.
05:42I just focus on myself.
05:44Drive my race car as fast as I can.
05:47Are the reserves done?
05:48Yep.
05:49Well, stay here in case you're caught up on it.
05:50I'm only a reserve driver, but I want to be driving again.
05:54That's why I came to a team.
05:56And for me to be in, someone needs to live, so...
05:59I would be happy to take the seat of anyone.
06:02That's the reality.
06:06They want to do a selfie with love.
06:08Oh, yeah, yeah, great, great, of course.
06:09For decades, Formula One team principals have been termed the Piranha Club
06:14because they are ruthless.
06:16They will chew you up and they will spit you out.
06:22And for Flavio, who knows what it is to operate within this Piranha Club.
06:27When one of his drivers has a couple of bad races, they're on thin ice.
06:32You need to push the bottom.
06:34Bravo.
06:37Jack could be replaced at any moment by one of these reserves.
06:41So he has to impress Flavio if he wants to keep his seat.
07:11You've got to watch your back in this sport show.
07:14The Piranha Club.
07:14The Piranha Club is, I'd say, a pretty accurate description.
07:18Pretty much everybody is trying to fuck each other.
07:21What?
07:24You know?
07:27You're going to stop them for a second.
07:29Yeah.
07:29It's a good stuff.
07:31Piranhas are small little fishes to bite.
07:34How many drivers have you got these days?
07:36You've got, like, a football team.
07:37Yeah.
07:38There's a lot of skullduggery that goes on.
07:43we're here to win it's better to kill than to be killed these weekends don't kill you nothing will
07:57Jonathan yeah are you a member of the piranha club
08:02he told you that just one my member I don't know I don't think you're a proper member unless you're
08:08in the whatsapp group you still haven't arrived really have you Jonathan Wheatley team principal
08:14stake F1 team kick salver and if I knew I had to write that much I'd have printed it out
08:21before
08:22I got here action good morning good morning thank you think that's yours that's mine
08:37it's been a roller coaster hasn't it really yeah I've only been here a couple of months it seems
08:42like a heartbeat ago now this is my first season for Salva but I started as a mechanic with Benetton
08:49and I worked my way through the ranks ending in sporting director at Red Bull who'd have thought
08:55that back in 1991 I know it's incredible isn't it there's so many people still there from those
09:00days you know Flavio big personality oh yeah and it was terrifying when you were a 20 year old
09:08mechanic Flavio was my boss for a very long period of time I learned so much from him but he
09:15could be
09:16incredibly intimidating the way I work is different to that my approach is to really believe that a team
09:24can achieve incredible things and create a culture where positivity is the norm you know because in a
09:31positive culture I mean it's extraordinary it makes makes the heads stand up on the back of your
09:35neck to work in a Formula One team where everything's pushing in the same direction
09:42this year our driver lineup is tremendously exciting
09:51okay Nico Halkenberg stake F1 team kick Sauber
09:57I think at the moment currently I'm the the third longest serving driver obviously behind Fernando and
10:02Luis I think Jonathan's a strong leader for the team he's been in the business I don't know 30 35
10:09years something like that so obviously he brings a lot of experience to the table it's an interesting
10:15dynamic this year I have a new teammate Gabriel he's a new kid on the block he's in his rookie
10:21season if
10:23you don't mind taking that seat over there it's like a job interview please take a seat tell me what
10:30makes you think you're suitable for this job I'm Brazilian I love me you're in I'm Gabriel
10:39Bertoletto I'm racing for stake F1 team kick Sauber sometimes it feels a bit scary to get to Formula One
10:47there
10:47are so many things to learn talking points for the weekend the focus is on optimizing the package in terms
10:54of stability and downforce I'm a rookie you know there's a lot of pressure in
10:59on her shoulders and and it's not easy we also believe that we have the potential to challenge
11:05four points here in Miami this season we started in a very difficult way we know we are struggling
11:13but Jonathan is very calm what have you been doing the last I had a couple of days off to
11:17spend with my
11:18family so it's good recharge energy reconnect see my nephews he's a great guy he's been supporting
11:24me a lot any questions on that oh good no oh clear and obviously I have a strong teammate have
11:31you any idea where you might end up performance wise this weekend golden question I I do not know
11:37to be honest you tell me doesn't look good currently the team is not competitive enough and in these
11:45situations for rookie to come into Formula One it is difficult we just need to see the points so I
11:52can improve and do a better job myself people don't perform immediately as a team we're taking a long-term
11:59view Jonathan Wheatley's coming into a team that's been in a very tricky situation with no experience of
12:07being a team principal but he has a chance to prove himself and what better way than by beating his
12:14old
12:14boss probably has been here now about eight to nine months what are you made of him as a character
12:20as a
12:20personality there's no BS there's no mucking around you find out what's going on very very quickly the
12:28beginning of the season was not fantastic so I have a big accident in Australia very big accident in Japan
13:05I'm okay what happened every time you crash is a mistake I hope it's done I hope it's only very
13:14quickly as well do you understand why you are the target of all this noise about your future I think
13:25uh this is how it is uh for my time right now and uh for sure I'll um benefit from
13:31it more than
13:32anything and and more than anything else how do you react I'm so sorry we've got it we've got to
13:37go
13:37we've got to go to the broadcast come on sorry cheers guys thank you thank you rumor from one is
13:49what you have every day you know it's full of the rumor about anything about everything
14:02obviously there's a lot of rumors it isn't easy just kind of like just saying like fuck them all
14:07you know what I mean like fuck all this just crack on with you and that's all that you can
14:11do
14:13there's been so much shit in the press over the last two three months it was an insane you gotta
14:21focus
14:22on what you can control getting in your zone so yeah everybody's talking about Jack being replaced and
14:28I feel for for the guy cuz everybody's talking about him in a way which is you know quite toxic
14:4022 years old it's not easy to to deal with this sort of you know pressure attention bad press
14:52on top of all this I got serious death threats for this Grand Prix so they're gonna kill me here
14:56if I'm
14:56not out of the car I had six or seven emails saying that if I'm still in the car by
15:03Miami that I'll be
15:04you know all my limbs will be cut off Wednesday I'm there with my fucking girlfriend and my trainer
15:10and I've got three fucking men like armed men one of that window one there and I had to call
15:14my police
15:15escort to come get it under control I'm saying whatever I want to go I don't give a shit anymore
15:22I'm just missing a phone call
15:25I'm already closed-lipped fucking 99% of the time anything they'll hear anyway is only a third of
15:31what I'm allowed to say pretty heavy stuff it's not the nicest way to be going racing
15:55Don't I break it O
15:56Don't I break it O
15:59Don't I break it O
16:00Go on, Abito! Go on, Abito!
16:11It's important to understand what our friend wants to dream.
16:18I'm just thinking, like, fuck.
16:22I have to try and prove my worth, show what I can do,
16:25and make sure I'm not letting things out of my control get to me.
16:30What does Jack need to do to keep his seat?
16:33This is quite simple.
16:36You go quick and no crash. It's simple as that.
16:45Let's try to maximize it. We will.
16:48Let's go.
16:51Gabriel has everything you need to score points.
16:53But I'm not setting any targets
16:55because he's got a tough challenge ahead of him.
16:57It's about supporting.
17:01My team trusts in my potential,
17:04so I don't want to disappoint anyone.
17:09OK, so straight out.
17:11OK.
17:20Gabriel Borfleto outqualified his teammate Nico Hülkenberg,
17:23and starts in 13th.
17:25Pretty good, Jack.
17:26OK, copy.
17:28That's the case.
17:29That's the case. I've brought something right now.
17:30Copy.
17:31Behind in 14th is Jack Dewitt,
17:34who did a great job under pressure
17:35to out-qualify his teammate Pierre Gasly.
17:39I'm just absolutely shitting myself on all levels.
17:45I really want my first points.
17:47And no matter what happens,
17:48I'll leave it all out on track.
18:07Jack Dewitt going wheel-to-wheel.
18:09It's the first turn of the circuit.
18:10It's the first turn of the circuit.
18:15Jack Dewitt makes contact with the racing bull.
18:25Jack, let's just, uh, be careful here.
18:37Out of the way.
18:44What do you want me to do?
18:45Jack, we're going to need to retire the car here.
18:48OK.
18:53I don't know what I could have done.
19:00Dewan, for the second time this season,
19:03out on lap one.
19:12OK, Gabby.
19:13We're doing a good job.
19:14Let's keep it up.
19:15Yeah, copy.
19:15We can push as much as you can.
19:17Push as much as you can.
19:18Come on, Gabby.
19:21Check my exit.
19:22I'm losing power.
19:26Yeah, I cannot ride like this.
19:28You'll see that.
19:31OK, Gabby.
19:33This is very unfortunate.
19:35We want to start the track in a safe place.
19:37All right, I'm switching off.
19:39They are pretending to work with each other.
19:42We've lost two of the six rookies we've got.
19:49Nico, Gasly's in front.
19:51Let's keep pushing.
19:55Oh, now they're far behind.
20:01We're at one second faster than Gasly currently.
20:07I've got points, you want?
20:09Pick up pace if you want him attack.
20:12Last lap, last lap.
20:15Looks like Gasly's recovering some pace.
20:21Good job, let's keep it up.
20:27That's the checkered flag.
20:29P-13.
20:30Tough afternoon out there.
20:32I'm pretty tough weekend first.
20:34Gotta figure out how to get this performance back.
20:41That's the checkered flag, Nico.
20:43P-14.
20:45That was about all we could take, unfortunately.
20:50It's not my first rodeo, but I think you have to be humble about the challenge we have ahead of
20:57us.
21:00For Alpine and Sauber, who find themselves really at the bottom of the pack in 2025, they have to show
21:07some form of improvement.
21:09There was a lot to learn during a high-stress situation, but I still think there's, yeah, it's good.
21:15It means there's lots to go through.
21:17When you take on new talent, there's a development, there's a pathway, and that's what we'll be helping Gabby with.
21:25Gabrielle's a tremendous talent.
21:28Jonathan's approach is very much arm around the shoulder, supportive.
21:34Some people might argue that it just creates a soft team.
21:38It doesn't create the sharp edges that you need to win.
21:44Other team principles embrace those sharp edges.
21:47Is there something I could do, or I didn't look like it because it was fully packed out in that
21:52turn one?
21:59If you have a talent, you make it.
22:02Sixth race, if you're not...
22:06If you have the chance, you need to take it.
22:18Hello. Hey, David.
22:21So, we decided to take Colapinto for the next race.
22:27From Ebola.
22:29Yeah.
22:29Yeah.
22:33You know what I mean?
22:35I thought that it was all bullshit.
22:37Yeah.
22:38And now they get to be right.
22:40The press.
22:41The press, yeah.
22:43That's what annoys me at most.
22:54So, unfortunately, I lost my race seat.
22:59So, very, very difficult to take and also just a bit of shock.
23:06I wasn't able to enjoy being a Formula One driver.
23:09Something that I dreamt of for so long.
23:12So, yeah, it's pretty shit.
23:14Really, really, really shit.
23:31I'm Franco El Apinto, BWT Alpine Formula One driver.
23:35Ha, ha, ha, ha.
23:41Good morning.
23:43How are you?
23:43All right. Welcome back.
23:45You're the man of the moment.
23:47It feels great to be back in Formula One.
23:49Flavio has put a lot of trust in me.
23:51So, I'm gonna try to do my best.
24:02Franco.
24:04You need to be very careful, eh?
24:06You don't need to put any mistakes.
24:10Flavio has always been ruthless.
24:13And so the decisions that he's making are quite reactionary.
24:17And they are intended to bring a step up in performance
24:22for a team that's sitting close to the bottom of the World Championship.
24:36Flavio is expecting Franco to be on the pace immediately.
24:44100% proper there.
24:48Nice push.
24:59You're okay, buddy? You're okay?
25:02Sorry.
25:04I'm being in one.
25:07I've always got tomorrow as well, so don't worry.
25:09Yeah.
25:10Sorry.
25:11No, no, sorry.
25:12But at this time, I don't need to do it.
25:14I'm sorry.
25:15It's my ass.
25:16I don't know if it's your ass.
25:17But if it's your ass, it's my ass.
25:20It's my ass.
25:22It's my ass.
25:34It's my ass.
25:39Yeah.
25:39Oh, shit.
25:41That's Gasly behind.
25:43Okay, mate.
25:44It's the chequered flag.
25:45P13.
25:46Sorry, guys.
25:48That was P16 in the end.
25:50We've got some work to do here.
25:54We are P18.
25:57At the moment, both teams are finding it tough.
26:03Alpine are just one point ahead of Sauber
26:05at the bottom of the Constructors' World Championship.
26:09Flavio's not going to be happy.
26:57Flavio doesn't really mess around.
26:59If he's going to tell you something, he's very straight.
27:02Which I quite like, because you don't really waste any time.
27:16With the team's rookies struggling, the only realistic way to pick up significant points
27:21will be through their veteran drivers.
27:35Morning.
27:39Hmm.
27:42Too many phones.
27:44Yeah, I know.
27:45But do you know what?
27:46It's quite nice sometimes in the evening to leave the work phone in the office.
27:49Yes.
27:50So which number I got you on?
27:52You've got both of mine.
27:55I think the summer stint could be interesting.
27:59Yeah.
27:59It's still a young team.
28:00You know, we're still knitting together.
28:03Each week I'm with the team, I understand a little bit more how it works, the way that
28:07we go about our racing.
28:10I've been around the block with different teams, which, yeah, unfortunately never quite,
28:14you know, clicked for me.
28:16It's a fact that I've done many, many races and haven't stepped on that podium.
28:20But hopefully with Jonathan, we have a team boss that knows, you know, what it takes to
28:25develop and to grow.
28:26And I think in that respect, you know, he's a great leader.
28:30Yeah.
28:31It's just about finding the last bit, being professional there.
28:34We need to try to keep the momentum up, keep it going.
28:38I have absolutely no doubt of what he's capable of.
28:42Being a team principal, it's about helping that driver on their journey to outperform themselves.
29:07We have an incredible week ahead of us at the British Grand Prix.
29:12Not taking any drink.
29:14No alcohol.
29:14No alcohol, I think.
29:16No alcohol.
29:16I don't drink a lot.
29:17Hi.
29:18Nice to see you.
29:19Yeah, yeah, yeah.
29:20Nice to see you.
29:21How are you?
29:22Joe is with me.
29:23Yeah, yeah, yeah.
29:23Sauber, future Audi.
29:25Yeah.
29:25Then I owe...
29:27Sorry.
29:27Andy Cowell.
29:28How are you?
29:30Shit.
29:35You know, I have too many, too much, too many people, too many business.
29:40Keep life simple.
29:41Yeah, yeah.
29:42But now, yes.
29:43I'm 74.
29:44Wow.
29:44Tomorrow we go to Silverstone.
29:47It's going to be a great weekend.
29:48A little bit of rain, make it exciting.
29:51Yeah.
29:51Alpine can win.
29:52Yeah.
29:53Who knows?
29:55Yeah.
30:02The difference between me and Jonathan is that we have a different experience in business.
30:08You know, I'm an entrepreneur.
30:11You need to be ruthless.
30:15But Jonathan is a nice guy.
30:22I don't think my management style is the same as Flavio.
30:26I come across as quite laid back, relaxed, pragmatic, but don't confuse kindness with
30:33weakness.
30:47How's that, man?
30:47You OK?
30:48Good.
30:48Yeah.
30:49Very good.
30:50See you behind us this week.
30:51Yeah.
30:52For Alpine and Sauber, who find themselves really languishing at the bottom this year,
30:58every position they can make up in the team championship is critical because it's worth five
31:04to ten million dollars.
31:07The weather's been all over the place, hasn't it?
31:09Yeah.
31:09It's incredible.
31:10It's crazy.
31:12I just hope you have some fucking points.
31:13God, they would have played this.
31:16Weekends for nothing.
31:17No way.
31:17Yeah.
31:24And then we have to go in the wake of this race.
31:27We can't be behind all of that group.
31:35The team at this point in the season is under massive pressure.
31:38We've got to deliver more than we are doing at the moment.
31:43Yeah, Gasly doing a great job in qualifying, putting that car on P8.
31:48OK, what next go?
31:50Yeah.
31:55Franco Colapinto is starting from the pit lane.
31:58He spun off in qualifying yesterday.
32:01When you are in this situation, what can I say?
32:06Formula One may be a gladiator of job, you know, not a little child.
32:14Good luck today, mate.
32:16Are you OK?
32:17It's going to be tough to score points.
32:20But we're in this battle where every single tiny thing makes a difference.
32:27I'm going to do a trick.
32:30Gabriel Bortoleto, 16th on the grid.
32:32Nico Hülkenberg, he starts 19th.
32:37P19 on the grid, virtually last.
32:40We need to maximize every opportunity that we get.
32:4620 seconds.
32:48Good.
33:12It looks like Colapinto has an issue.
33:15Something is broken.
33:16here. What the fuck? What's happening? Okay mate, not really sure what's wrong here mate,
33:23we're stuck in gear and we can't pull away. Oh my god.
33:37Colopinto stuck in second gear, car stalled, he's out of the race.
33:46Okay mate, well done. Keep your pace up.
33:49Okay. The next stage looks like I've been trying already.
33:53You can go for a race mate, you can go for a race if you need to.
34:08Okay Javi, are you okay? Yeah man, sorry.
34:15The rain is coming in the three laps, Nico, to your best.
34:18Of course.
34:27Bugs. I'm going to the bugs.
34:30How do you do, Nico?
34:32Oh, Sauber rolling the dice with an early stop.
34:39The weather always has a big impact on the race.
34:43These are very tricky to read it, to preempt it.
34:49It's a close call between hero and zero.
34:51The rain reported, turn seven.
35:09That's your fucking thing.
35:12Hulkenberg using his experience to time that pit stop perfectly.
35:17We are boxed this lap, Pierre.
35:19Boxed this lap.
35:21The rest of the field are now forced to come in.
35:26And boxed, Pierre, boxed, boxed.
35:28Perfect.
35:30Great job Nico.
35:32Hulkenberg has gained significant ground, following his decisive pit stop ahead of the rain.
35:40We are currently P5.
35:44We have day building some of these goals.
35:48We are P6 at the moment.
35:50Guys in front.
35:51Oh, then Hulkenberg.
35:53Hulkenberg is fucking free.
35:55How the heck is this camped?
35:58From last.
35:59Crazy.
36:01Oh my god.
36:08Match of staff and speed's round from second position.
36:11And loses a handful of places.
36:13Match P4.
36:15We think the rain will stop for at least 40 minutes.
36:19Okay, understood.
36:22Four and a half second gap to Stroll.
36:24Okay.
36:29Behind, we've got Hamilton.
36:35Yeah.
36:35We've got Hamilton.
36:37Yeah.
36:38Yeah.
36:43Pace is good.
36:47Good job.
36:54All right.
36:5420 Stroll.
36:55Oh!
37:02Oh!
37:04Oh!
37:07P3.
37:08Great job, Nico.
37:10Nico Hulkenberg.
37:12He's got a 238 Grand Prix.
37:14The most by any driver without a podium finish.
37:19Hamilton is behind putting pressure.
37:21Good job.
37:23Juggling is mega out there.
37:25Hulkenberg has won a seven times world champion on his tail.
37:30Can he hold on?
37:33What's going on with Hamilton?
37:34Hamilton.
37:34There's a four and a half second gap to Hamilton.
37:40Let's get really close.
37:42And we left.
37:43Seven to go.
37:48Hamilton.
37:49Three and a half seconds.
37:50Fuck.
37:55And we're fast at metal front.
37:57Two more laps.
38:06My heart's pounding.
38:08All the pressure and all the tension.
38:10I'm pretty stressed.
38:14I got Luis behind me.
38:16Chasing me down.
38:17Trying to push me into a mistake.
38:20It's the ultimate challenge.
38:24The slightest mistake.
38:27And you can be out.
38:30Last lap.
38:34Stay clean.
38:35No mistakes.
38:36Bring it home.
38:36No.
38:57And finally, he gets to stand on the podium.
39:02It's third place for Hulkenberg.
39:05It's the Chugger flag, Nico.
39:07You did it.
39:07You did it, dude.
39:08Podium.
39:09You three babies.
39:10Oh my god.
39:16I don't think I can come from M to me.
39:18What we just done.
39:22Well done.
39:23That's P6.
39:24Yes.
39:25Very good job.
39:27Nico.
39:29Absolute masterclass today.
39:31This has been the most overdue podium in Formula One history.
39:35And you nailed it.
39:37Thank you, Jonathan.
39:39Oh my god.
39:40Nico.
39:40It's Gabby.
39:41Man, you don't know how happy I am for you.
39:43You are a fucking legend.
39:44Honestly.
39:46Absolutely insane what he did today.
39:48Thank you, buddy.
39:50Thank you very much.
39:50Appreciate that review.
39:51You know.
39:52You are right in the history.
39:54We are.
39:55Together we are.
39:57We are right.
39:58Look where we are now.
40:00Extraordinary.
40:01Meteoric rise from 10th to 6th in the championship.
40:05High-level s of self- heures.
40:12All right.
40:23That's enough for you.
40:25He's good.
40:26I'm totally innocent.
40:28Nobody gets raised...
40:28No.
40:29We don't even...
40:33No...
40:34I just have to go well...
40:35Nobody really expected it or saw it coming.
40:37I feel very happy and proud about it.
40:39Finally, you know, I've done it.
40:45I sit here at the moment really feeling like Salva is my team.
40:51You start to create a different culture
40:53and it blossoms around you.
40:59I've been very, very lucky to be a part of this journey so far
41:02and I'm excited about the next five, six, seven years.
41:12Can you stop following?
41:16When you are a leader in a business,
41:18it depends on your choice, the success or not.
41:23And only the future tells me if I'm right or wrong.
41:27I believe we need to be concentrated completely in 2026.
41:31Even next year, we have the bottom.
41:33I change the job, you know.
41:35Finito. Grazie.
41:42We have two number one drivers fighting for the championship.
41:46Well done.
41:46That's a recipe for disaster.
41:48The top two in the world championship side by side.
41:51I want to win badly, sometimes too badly.
41:58We're nowhere near where we should be.
42:01Something doesn't feel right with this car.
42:04I cannot drive.
42:05Williams has to get a handle on this situation.
42:08What the fuck is that in Portugal?
42:10That's not how I go racing, guys.
42:14I don't know.
42:14Thanks a lot.
