00:07At about 5.30am on Monday 27th April 2026, CCTV footage captured a man arriving at a
00:15vacant home on Cuthberts Road in a silver ute.
00:19He is seen allegedly forcing entry and pouring an accelerant around the home before setting
00:25it alight and fleeing.
00:26The display home sustained extensive fire and smoke damage.
