00:19Your boss calling you her little Arab boy toy at a work event inside one of the biggest banks
00:27on the planet. That's what one J.P. Morgan banker is claiming, and the internet has completely lost its
00:34mind. Here's what happened. Shirayu Rana, a 35-year-old Indian origin senior VP, joins J.P. Morgan
00:43in early 2024. His boss, Lorna Hygiene, executive director, NYU Stern grad, been at the bank over a
00:53decade. According to Rana's lawsuit filed in April 2026, what followed was months of racial
01:00humiliation and sexual coercion. Rana alleges that Hygiene used her seniority to pressure him into
01:08sexual encounters, threatening his promotion, his bonus, his entire career trajectory if he didn't
01:14comply. But here's where it gets to the heart of today's video. The lawsuit is littered with alleged
01:21racial slurs. At a work social event at her private members club, she allegedly grabbed him and said,
01:28and I'm quoting the filing here, you're going to need to earn it my little Arab boy toy. He's Indian.
01:35She apparently didn't care about the distinction. There are references to my little brown boy,
01:41comments questioning whether management would ever let some brown boy Indian lead originations,
01:46and remarks so degrading about his ethnicity that I genuinely had to reread them twice. He also claims
01:54she showed up at his apartment, that she admitted to spiking his drink with Roy Hypnall, that she made
01:59derogatory comments about his wife. Heavy, heavy allegations. J.P. Morgan investigated and said,
02:07no merit whatsoever. Rana reportedly refused to cooperate with the probe. Hygiene's lawyers called it a
02:14complete fabrication and announced plans to sue him for defamation. The phrase my little Arab boy toy
02:22hit social media like a freight train. Memes, debates, reaction videos, all of it. People were
02:28shocked by the racial language, the gender flip, a female executive accused of harassing a male
02:34subordinate, and the sheer audacity of it happening inside J.P. Morgan. The lawsuit was quietly withdrawn
02:42shortly after filing. The legal status? Still unclear. No court has ruled. Nothing is proven. Both sides get
02:50their day. But those words, spoken in a professional setting, allegedly used as a weapon, that's the part
