00:22not look that big but it's important to remember black holes are among the most dense objects in
00:27the universe meaning they look much much smaller than their hefty mass would indicate in fact as
00:32it zooms out it shows the black hole at the center of our own galaxy which no doubt looks big
00:36but
00:36probably not quite as large as you might imagine for something with enough gravity to force an entire
00:40galaxy to orbit around it but as the video zooms even further it finally reveals the largest black
00:45hole known to humankind ton 618 experts estimate that black hole is some 66 billion times the mass
00:53of our sun and it's so large it has actually defied the upper limit physicists say they thought
00:57possible and for reference is hundreds of times the diameter of our entire solar system
