00:09Now, this is just a day after announcing that Washington was looking at reducing the number of military personnel in

00:15Germany.

00:19You talked about possibly pulling out some troops out of Germany. Would you be considering the same thing for Spain

00:27and Italy?

00:27I mean, they haven't been exactly on board.

00:30Yeah, probably. Yeah, I probably will. Why should I? You know, look, why shouldn't I?

00:36Italy has not been of any help to us, and Spain has been horrible, absolutely horrible.

00:45You know, as NATO, it's not even the fact that they're bad.

00:48It's one thing if they said nicely, or if they said, okay, we'll help, but the help's a little slow.

00:56But the level. And we helped them with Ukraine.

00:59You know, they made a mess out of Ukraine, a total mess.

01:03And we helped them with Ukraine.

01:06Ukraine has nothing to do, you know, we're an ocean apart.

01:10It has to do with them. It's like, for them, it's their frontier.

01:12We helped them.

01:14And Biden gave them $350 billion, which was insane.

01:18It's one of the reasons the war went on.

01:20But when we needed them, they were not there.

01:24We have to remember that.

01:26And so if we ever have a big one, because we didn't need any help with Iran.

01:31And we had Iran right from the first day, it was over.

01:34It was over.

01:36And now it's even more so.

01:38We're so locked and loaded that we wanted to.

01:40But we didn't need the help.

01:42And to a certain extent, I asked them, I didn't need the help, but I said, yeah, we'd love to

01:46have you help.

01:47Because I wanted to see if they'd do it.

01:49And they, in all cases, they said, we don't want to get involved.

01:54And, you know, the amazing thing is they use the Strait of Harmony, we don't.

01:58We don't use it.

01:59We don't need it.

02:01And, well, wait a minute.

02:03And they use it, we don't.
