00:00As a Knicks fan, I'd rather see the Celtics.
00:03I think the Knicks match up better with Boston.
00:06And I've been saying that for quite some time.
00:08And look, I give credit to the Celtics for the year that they had.
00:12You know, you lose one of your best players,
00:14certainly between Tatum and Brown, you know, take your pick.
00:17But Jason Tatum with the Achilles injury,
00:20missing a large part of the year.
00:22For the Celtics to be the two-seed after losing their entire front court,
00:26you know, no Cornette, no KP, no Horford, all those guys are gone.
00:31Tatum missing most of the season.
00:32For the Celtics to get the two-seed, that's a huge accomplishment.
00:35It shows you they have a heart of a champion.
00:36So hats off to them.
00:37That's a terrific regular season by the Celtics.
00:41But when I look at these two teams,
00:43I think the Sixers present more of an issue for the Knicks.
00:48Maxie, Vijay, they're both tough guards.
00:52And when you think about Embiid,
00:55and I understand at times he isn't 100% or anything close to that,
00:59but he is a terrific basketball player.
01:01I know we hate his guts.
01:03I understand that.
01:03But he's still a great talent.
01:06And the Celtics have nothing even close to Embiid.
01:10Like, the Celtics' front court stinks.
01:12And the Knicks hold a major advantage,
01:14like they did in this series.
01:16Now, I don't think if the Knicks played Boston,
01:17they would win by 40 night in and night out,
01:19like they did in these last three games, basically, against Atlanta.
01:22But in a similar fashion,
01:24the Knicks are bigger and better than the Boston Celtics.
01:28I think the Knicks are better than the Sixers as well,
01:30and I'd be supremely confident that the Knicks are beating either team.
01:34But since I have my pick right now,
01:36as I'm sitting back as a Knicks fan watching Game 7 on Saturday,
01:39I'd rather the Boston Celtics win that game.
